Olyan területen találtak hat levágott fejet egy közép-mexikói úton, ahol nem jellemző a drogkartellek közötti erőszak – közölte a BBC.
A helyi hatóságok kedd reggel fedezték fel a levágott fejeket egy Puebla és Tlaxcala államokat összekötő úton. Állítólag mindegyik férfifej, a rendőrség egyelőre nem közölt indítékot a gyilkosságokra, arról sem tájékoztattak, hogy melyik bűnszervezet állhat a gyilkosságok mögött.
A helyi média szerint egy takarót is találtak a helyszínen, amin egy üzenet figyelmeztette a rivális bandákat, állítólag a La Barredora csoport írta alá. Ugyanezzel a névvel működik Guerrero államban egy bűnözői banda, de nem biztos, hogy a támadások mögött is ők állnak.
Érdekesség, hogy az eset éppen Claudia Sheinbaum elnök kormányzatának a fentanilkereskedelem elleni fellépése közepette történt.
Az utóbbi években megnőtt a kartellek közötti erőszak, több százezer ember halt meg és tízezrek tűntek el, mióta a kormány 2006-ban először kezdte bevetni a mexikói hadsereget a bandák ellen.

Terrorfenyegetést és lefejezésekről készült felvételeket kapott legalább harminc középiskola Párizsban az intézmények digitális felületein keresztül – közölték csütörtökön francia rendőrségi források.
Az oktatási minisztérium pszichológiai segítséget ajánlott fel azoknak a gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek, akik esetleg látták ezeket a „sokkoló” képeket.
A robbantásos merényletet bejelentő üzenetet legalább öt középiskolába küldték el szerda este és csütörtökre virradó éjszaka egy rendőrségi forrás szerint.
„Az elkövető vagy elkövetők feltörték egy diák e-mail-címét, hogy az üzenetet és egy lefejezős videót az intézmény összes postafiókjába elküldjék” – tette hozzá a forrás.
Az AFP francia hírügynökség megkeresésére az oktatási minisztérium közölte: legalább harminc iskola érintett a főváros körüli Ile-de-France régióban, „fenyegetésekkel, terrorizmusdicsőítésekkel és felbujtásokkal, valamint más súlyos bűncselekményekkel”.
Az Ile-de-France régió bejelentette, hogy feljelentést tett a párizsi kiberügyészségen iszlamista merényletfenyegetés miatt. A régió jobboldali elnöke, Valérie Pécresse elítélte a „rendkívül súlyos incidenseket”.
Az oktatási tárca – amely szintén elítélte „a súlyos fenyegetéseket” – jelezte, hogy a nyomozati szervek dolgoznak az elkövető vagy az elkövetők azonosításán.
Az ügyben a bűnügyi rendőrségi indított eljárást, a terrorelhárítási ügyészség egyelőre nem foglalkozik a kibertámadással.

Ismeretlenek megrongálták Joszif Sztálin szobrát, amelyet tavaly emeltek a Georgia Sida Kartli régiójában fekvő Variani falu lakói.
A Sida Kartli oldal által közzétett fényképeken látható, hogy az egész alakos Sztálin-szobrot lefejezték. Az emlékmű egy betontalapzaton áll egy erdős területen.
A georgiai belügyminisztérium egyelőre nem kommentálta a történteket.
A Sztálin szülővárosától, Goritól 13 kilométerre fekvő Variani lakói tavaly februárban állították a szobrot. Helyi lakosok újságíróknak elmondták, hogy az emlékművet saját kezdeményezésből emelték, mert a településen sokan tisztelik Sztálint.
A szovjet diktátornak Georgiában mindmáig sok tisztelője és szülővárosában emlékmúzeuma is van – írja az MTI.

A múlt héten két videó jelent meg az interneten, amelyeken fogságban lévő ukrán katonák lefejezése látható – írja a CNN.
„A videó valószínűleg különálló eseményeket ábrázol. Az egyiket a közelmúltban készíthették, a másikat pedig – a növényzetből ítélve – valószínűleg a nyáron” – áll a cikkben.
Megjegyzik, hogy az első videót április 8-án tették közzé egy oroszbarát közösségi médiacsatornán. A Wagner-zsoldosok szándékosan vették fel, és két lefejezett ukrán katona teste látható a földön egy katonai jármű mellett. Úgy tűnik, mindkét halott katonának levágták a kezét. Az orosz felhasználók azt állítják, Bahmut közelében készült a videofelvétel.

Pengenyomokkal a nyakán, vérbe fagyva találták meg egy thaiföldi medencében a 49 éves Marcus Evanst, miután nézeteltérésbe keveredett egy helyi férfivel – írja a Daily Star.
A somerseti kétgyermekes apa mellett barátját, Shaun Kevin Dagnant is megtámadták, ő jelenleg is kórházban küzd az életéért. A két brit turista Kanchanaburiben, az ország délnyugati részén tartózkodott, amikor a helyi lakos rájuk támadt, és Evanst lefejezte.
Az áldozatok egy közös barátja szerint ismerték a támadót, akivel korábban együtt iszogattak, cigarettát adtak neki és viccelődtek egymással.
“Soha nem láttam őket veszekedni, egészen addig az éjszakáig, amikor éjjel 3 körül hallottam, hogy üvöltöznek. Mire kijöttem a zajra, a gyilkosság már bekövetkezett. Úgy gondolom, a zene hangerejéhez lehetett köze a vitának, amit a barátaim hangosan hallgattak” – mondta el az 59 éves Adria Licci.
Az azóta gyilkosságért őrizetbe vett thai férfiről kiderült, hogy súlyos mentális problémákkal küzd. Tette után a felbőszült helyiek a jelentések szerint rátámadtak, ezért ő is kórházi ellátást kapott.
“Egyik percről a másikra ment el egy újabb ember, aki a szívemhez közel állt” – búcsúztatta barátnője a Facebookon Evanst.

A tárca beszámolója szerint a tettes egy nagy késsel fejezte le áldozatát, miközben érthetetlenül beszélt. A történtekről készült videórészleten látható, hogy az elkövető sikoltozó járókelők jelenlétében rátámad a már sebesülten földön fekvő áldozatára egy forgalmas kereszteződésben.
Az egyiptomi ügyészség gyors vizsgálatot ígért az ügyben. A vádhatóság hétfő esti közlése szerint a történtek során két másik ember is sérüléseket szenvedett.
A belügyminisztérium közölte azt is, hogy a tettes „pszichésen ingatag”, ezért egy kábítószerfüggőket kezelő rehabilitációs központba vitték. Hivatalos értesülések szerint az elkövető abban a bútorüzletben dolgozott, amely az áldozat testvérének tulajdonában van. Iszmáilíja a Szuezi-csatorna mentén található, nagyjából 125 kilométerre északkeletre a főváros Kairótól.

Legalább hét embert meggyilkoltak Guatemalában egy börtönlázadás során szerdán – közölték a latin-amerikai állam hatóságai.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a lefejezett áldozatokat a Quetzaltenango államban található Cantel település túlzsúfolt fegyintézetének belső udvarán találták meg.
Egy névtelenséget kérő rendőrségi forrás arról számolt be, hogy ezek a gyilkosságok helyi bandák és kábítószerkereskedők összetűzéseire vezethetők vissza.
A canteli fegyintézetben jelenleg 2252 fegyenc raboskodik, ami duplája a létesítmény kapacitásának. A guatemalai büntetésvégrehajtási hatóság szerint az ország 21 börtönében 25 122 ember van rácsok mögött, ami szakértők szerint 370 százalékos túltelítettséget jelent.
Az utóbbi években több véres börtönlázadás is történt a közép-amerikai országban. Az egyik legjelentősebb 2016-ban tizennégy ember életét követelte. Az EFE spanyol hírügynökség felidézte, hogy az akkori halálos áldozatok között volt a befolyása miatt a helyi börtönök királyaként emlegetett Byron Lima Oliva egykori katona is, aki 1998-ban meggyilkolta Juan José Gerardi püspököt két nappal az után, hogy az egyházi vezető átfogó beszámolót tett közzé a hadseregnek a guatemalai polgárháborúban elkövetett atrocitásairól.
Guatemala a világ 15 legerőszakosabb országa közé tartozik, tekintettel a rivalizáló kábítószerkereskedők és bűnbandák üzelmeire.
