Az ungvári járási rendőrség munkatársai egy illegális faanyagot szállító teherautót vett őrizetbe, valamint büntetőeljárást indított a sofőr ellen, aki megpróbálta megvesztegetni a rendőrség munkatársát. Az ügyben a vizsgálat folyamatban van.
Szeptember 6-án az ungvári járási rendőrség munkatársai fát szállító teherautót állítottak meg Nagydobronyban. Az ellenőrzés során a rendőrök megállapították, hogy a 25 éves sofőr által megadott iratok érvénytelenek.
Mivel a szállítási engedélyek fa fajtáját valamint a tényleges rakományt illetően eltérőek voltak, a rendőrség tájékoztatta a férfit a felelősségre vonásról tettéért. Az elkövető megpróbálta törvénytelen módon megoldani a problémát, és kenőpénzt segítségével akarta elérni, hogy a rendőrök elengedjék.
A rendőrök azonnal nyomozókat hívtak a helyszínre, akik az illegális rakomány mellett a vesztegetés tényét is dokumentálták.
Mindkét tény esetében büntetőeljárás indult Ukrajna büntető törvénykönyvének 369. és 246. cikkelye első része alapján: vesztegetés vagy jogellenes haszon nyújtása hatósági személynek és illegális fakivágás vagy illegális faszállítás, tárolás, értékesítés.
A ZIL teherautót a rakománnyal együtt lefoglalták. A bűnüldöző szervek jelenleg a bűncselekmény körülményeit vizsgálják, számolt be a Kárpátaljai megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
