Humenyuk elmondta: „Miután egy pilóta nélküli légi jármű alkatrészei eltaláltak a lelövésekor egy toronyházat Odessza egyik kerületében, a lakóépületben tűz ütött ki.” Hozzátette, hogy három ember meghalt a tömbházra zuhant törmeléktől. Egyelőre 26 sérült civilről lehet tudni, akik különböző sérüléseket szenvedtek a robbanás következtében – emlékeztetett, megjegyezve, hogy a sebesültek között két gyermek és egy terhes nő is van.
A szóvivő az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában szintén elmondta, hogy az oroszok rakétatámadást hajtottak végre Odessza megye partjainál. Elmondása szerint a légvédelmi erők a megszállók két rakétáját megsemmisítették, egy másik elérte a partot. „Rakétatalálat történt Odessza megyében, ahol szintén tűz ütött ki a támadás közben, amikor más rakétákat lelőttek. Három áldozat van, tüzek, valamint lakóházak semmisültek meg” – hangsúlyozta Natalija Humenyuk.
