Az Ungvári Járási Ügyészség ügyészének érvei alapján egy helyi lakost 5 év börtönbüntetésre ítéltek sorozatos lopásokért, többek között a hadiállapot idején.
A férfit tavaly novemberben már elítélték lopás miatt, de a próbaidőre való szabadlábra helyezése alatt újabb bűncselekményeket követett el. A bírósági tárgyaláson az ügyész a vádlott érintettségét hét, 2022 eleje óta elkövetett lopásban bizonyította. A férfi újépítésű lakásokba, üzletekbe, egy helyi orvosi rendelőbe tört be, ahonnan technikai berendezéseket és építkezésnél használatos eszközöket vitt el.
A férfi szomszédját is kirabolta, a garázsából ellopta a kerékpárját. Az eset idén április elején történt, vagyis az országban már ekkor érvényben volt a hadiállapot és a lopásért fokozott felelősségrevonás jár.
A bírósági tárgyaláson az ungvári lakos elismerte bűnösségét. Az ítélet jogerőre emelkedéséig őrizetben lesz – számolt be a kárpátaljai megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálata.
