У Сербії з-під домашнього арешту втекли двоє чоловіків, яких США розшукують за спробу передати Китаю військові технології.

Британця Джона Міллера та китайця Цуя Гуанхая затримали у Белграді у квітні на запит ФБР. У США чоловіків звинувачують у спробі контрабандою провезти конфіденційні військові технології до Китаю та переслідуванні китайсько-американського опозиційного художника Хуея Бо. Їм може загрожувати до 40 років позбавлення волі.
15 серпня Вищий суд Белграда відправив чоловіків під домашній арешт, щоб вони очікували екстрадиції до США. Однак 12 вересня суд заявив, що чоловіки зникли й що їх розшукують за міжнародним ордером Інтерполу. Невідомо, чи досі чоловіки перебувають у Сербії.
Бо заявив, що втеча Міллера та Гуанхая «підкреслює серйозні ризики» для його особистої безпеки.

Згідно з оприлюдненими судовими документами, Міллера спіймали під час операції ФБР, коли один з оперативників видавав себе за торговця зброєю. Чоловіки запросили правоохоронця під прикриттям на закупівлю американського оборонного обладнання, включно ракети класу «земля-повітря», радарів протиповітряної оборони, безпілотників та криптографічних пристроїв.
Міллер нібито сказав агенту ФБР, що обладнання буде скопійовано в Китаї, і що Пекін заплатить у два-три рази більше за його придбання.
У судових документах також повідомлялося, що Міллер та Гуанхй організували переслідування та залякування художника Хуея Бо, який ініціював протест з критикою китайського лідера Сі Цзіньпіна, коли той перебував у Сполучених Штатах у 2023 році.
Зокрема, за даними правоохоронців, підозрювані встановили пристрої стеження на автомобілі художника, прокололи шини його автомобіля, а також знищили його скульптури, що зображують Сі Цзіньпіна та його дружину.

На Кіровоградщині затримали російського інформатора, який у власному гаражі облаштував «пункт спостереження» за ешелонами ЗСУ.
Про це повідомила пресслужба СБУ 12 лютого.
Агент рф намагався дізнатися орієнтовну кількість особового складу та військової техніки підрозділів ЗСУ, що рухаються залізницею у напрямку східного фронту. Найбільше ворога цікавила інформація про переміщення на передову українського важкого озброєння, у тому числі танків, бойових машини піхоти та артилерійських систем.
Щоб стежити за ешелонами ЗСУ, фігурант облаштував пункт у власному гаражі, розташованому поблизу залізничної станції. Крім того, він обходив місцевість та приховано фіксував місця базування українських військ під виглядом прогулянок пересічного громадянина.
Для маскування зловмисник постійно змінював маршрути розвідувальних вилазок, а отриману інформацію надсилав агресору з різних геолокацій.
Проте СБУ викрила зловмисника та затримала його у власному будинку.
Ворожим інформатором виявився місцевий житель, який майже 20 років проживав на території росії. Перед початком повномасштабного вторгнення він приїхав в Україну, щоб продати тут все майно, яке йому належить, і повернутися до країни-агресорки.
У травні 2023 року, коли чоловік ще перебував у Кіровоградській області, на нього вийшов російський куратор та запропонував співпрацю на користь окупантів. У разі виконання ворожих завдань, загарбники обіцяли своєму поплічнику «евакуацію» на територію рф.
Наразі фігурант під вартою, йому загрожує до 12 років в’язниці.

Українська розвідка отримала 100 гігабайтів секретних даних з російського підприємства ТОВ «Спеціальний технологічний центр» (СТЦ). Воно займається виробництвом дронів «Орлан», які використовують на війні в Україні.
Про це повідомляє Головне управління розвідки Міністерства оборони України.
Зазначається, що на потужностях підприємства виробляють військове обладнання та техніку, яку використовує армія рф у війні проти України.
Зокрема, на «СТЦ» виготовляють безпілотники «Орлан» різних модифікацій, цілу низку засобів радіоелектронної боротьби та розвідки, інші військову продукцію.
«Орлан-10» – російський багатоцільовий безпілотний авіаційний комплекс, призначений для ведення спостереження за протяжними і локальними об’єктами у важкодоступній місцевості. Виробник – ТОВ «Спеціальний технологічний центр», Санкт-Петербург, росія. Використовує двигун внутрішнього згоряння як силову установку. У травні 2022 року була представлена ударна модифікація. Вартість такого БПЛА складає близько $100 тис.
Підприємство перебуває під санкціями США з 2016 року. Уже 2022 року проти нього ввели обмеження в ЄС, Британії, Канаді та Японії, а наступного року в Україні та Швейцарії.
Масив переданої для ГУР інформації містить документацію на 194 номенклатурні одиниці: креслення, технічні завдання, патенти, програмне забезпечення тощо. Зокрема, йдеться як про наявні, так і перспективні військові розробки. За попередніми оцінками, вартість отриманих даних може становити $1,5 млрд.
У розвідці запевняють, що це суттєвий удар по рф. Зазначений архів уже використовується з метою зміцнення обороноздатності України та послаблення держави-агресора.
«Отримати закриту інформацію одного з критично важливих підприємств військово-промислового комплексу рф вдалося завдяки ефективній взаємодії з патріотичними представниками громадянського суспільства та медіаспільноти», – додали в ГУР.
Російський багатофункціональний безпілотний комплекс, призначений для ведення спостереження за протяжними і локальними об’єктами у важкодоступній місцевості, зокрема під час проведення пошукових і ремонтних робіт.
Розроблено російським підприємством «Спеціальний технологічний центр». Входить до складу системи управління тактичною ланкою єдину систему управління тактичною ланкою, завдяки чому може транслювати цілі для ураження всіма бойовими машинами (САУ, танки, БМП, машини ППО), під’єднаними до системи.

Дотепер слідчі вважали, що молодий офіцер розвідки ВПС публікував документи лише для невеликої групи з 20–30 осіб. Користувач Discord розповів The New York Times, що існувала набагато більша чат-група, не приватна, а публічна, до якої міг приєднатися будь-хто.
Джек Тейшейра може отримати до 15 років ув’язнення за витік надсекретних документів. Нещодавно також з’ясувалося, що він почав зливати інформацію невдовзі після початку війни.

Служба безпеки України затримала 35-річну мешканку Києва, яка діяла в інтересах країни-агресора.
Жінка, маючи антиукраїнську позицію, збирала інформацію про розташування українських військових підрозділів і стратегічно важливі об’єкти критичної інфраструктури столиці.
Відповідні фото- та відеоматеріали з координатами вона поширювала через спеціально створений закритий Телеграм-канал.
Контррозвідники затримали інформаторку під час спроби поширити чергові дані про дислокацію військовослужбовців однієї з військових частин міста.
Наразі слідчі СБУ повідомили їй про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 114-2 (несанкціоноване поширення інформації про переміщення зброї та бойових припасів в Україну, рух, переміщення або розміщення Збройних Сил України) Кримінального кодексу України. Вирішується питання про обрання зловмисниці запобіжного заходу.
Викриття інформаторки проводили співробітники ГУ СБ України у м. Києві та Київській області за процесуального керівництва Київської обласної прокуратури.
