Munkácson a rendőrség elfogott egy 27 éves helyi férfit, aki korábban már büntetve volt lopás miatt. A férfi szeptember 10-én este egy 55 éves nőt támadott meg egy tömbház lépcsőházában: arcon ütötte, majd erőszakkal elvette tőle arany ékszereit és elmenekült.
A sértett azonnal a rendőrséghez fordult. A járási rendőrkapitányság munkatársai a járőrökkel közösen rövid időn belül azonosították és elfogták a támadót. A nála talált ékszereket lefoglalták, és hamarosan visszaszolgáltatják a tulajdonosnak.

A Scotland Yard vasárnapi összesítése szerint több mint négyszáz embert vettek őrizetbe a brit kormány által nyáron betiltott Palestine Action palesztinpárti szervezet mellett tartott előző napi londoni tüntetésen.
A Palestine Action betiltásáról szóló határozat, amelyet a londoni parlament két háza előzőleg nagy többséggel jóváhagyott, júliusban lépett érvénybe.
A Palestine Actionnel együtt jelenleg 84 szerveződés szerepel a terrorizmushoz köthető tevékenység címén Nagy-Britanniában betiltott csoportok listáján. Köztük van mások mellett az al-Kaida nemzetközi terrorhálózat, a Gázai övezetet uraló radikális iszlamista Hamász, az Iránnal szövetséges Hezbollah libanoni síita milícia, az Iszlám Állam dzsihadista terrorszervezet és az orosz Wagner zsoldoscsoport.
A brit terrorellenes törvény alapján a betiltott szervezetek támogatása bűncselekmény, amelynek elkövetőire 14 évig terjedő börtönbüntetés szabható ki.
A Palestine Action betiltásának közvetlen előzményeként a szervezet tagjai a nyár elején behatoltak a brit királyi légierő (RAF) legnagyobb angliai támaszpontjára, a London közelében működő Brize Norton katonai repülőtérre, és átalakított kézi tűzoltókészülékkel vörös festéket fújtak két Airbus Voyager üzemanyag-utántöltő repülőgép hajtóműveibe. A szakértői vizsgálat szerint a két repülőgépben 7 millió font kár keletkezett.
A Palestine Action az akciót azzal indokolta, hogy a Brize Norton repülőteréről felszálló katonai repülőgépek hírszerzési tevékenységet folytatnak, amerikai és izraeli harci repülőgépeket látnak el üzemanyaggal és „fegyvereket szállítanak a Gázában folyó népirtáshoz”, amelynek Nagy-Britannia a szervezet szerint így közvetlenül is részesévé vált.
Szombaton a tiltás ellenére többezren tüntettek a londoni parlamenttel szemközti téren a palesztinpárti szervezet mellett, „Ellenzem a népirtást, támogatom a Palestine Actiont” feliratú táblákat a magasba tartva.
A Scotland Yard első, szombat esti beszámolója szerint a demonstráció 150 résztvevőjét vették őrizetbe. A vasárnap ismertetett végleges összesítés megfogalmazása szerint azonban az őrizetbe vett tüntetők száma „meghaladja a 425-öt”.
Claire Smart, a londoni rendőrség főparancsnok-helyettese, a tüntetés rendőri biztosításának irányítója a tájékoztatáshoz fűzött nyilatkozatában közölte: a tüntetők közül sokan rátámadtak rendőrökre, akiket rugdostak, ököllel ütlegeltek, leköptek és megdobáltak.
A Palestine Action mellett és a csoport betiltása ellen korábban is nagyszabású demonstrációkat tartottak Londonban. A legutóbbi ilyen megmozduláson 650 résztvevőt vettek őrizetbe.
A tüntetések szervezői szerint a Palestine Action nem terrorszervezet, hanem erőszakmentes akciókat végrehajtó polgári engedetlenségi mozgalom, így a betiltásáról és terrorszervezetté minősítéséről hozott kormányhatározat hatalmi és törvényi visszaélés.
A csoportot betiltó kormányhatározat ellen a szervezet jogi képviselői fellebbezést nyújtottak be. Ennek elbírálása novemberre várható, bár a brit kormány a minap ellenkeresetet terjesztett be a fellebbezést engedélyező bírósági döntés semmissé tétele végett.

Ungváron a rendvédelmi dolgozók őrizetbe vettek egy 21 éves drugetházai lakost, aki a hadkötelesek számára szervezte az ukrán államhatáron át történő törvénytelen átkelést. A nyomozás adatai szerint az elkövető ügyfelenként 15 000 dollárért útmutatást adott az illegális határátlépés útvonalairól, szállodakomplexumokban szállásolta el az embereket, és kísérte őket a Szlovákiával közös „zöld” határig.
A rendőrség a helyszínelés során őrizetbe vette a férfit – közvetlenül azután, hogy előleget kapott egy újabb illegális határátlépésért. A házkutatás során 3000 dollárt és egy mobiltelefont foglaltak le tőle.
A gyanúsítottat az ukrán BTK 208. cikkelye értelmében ideiglenesen fogdába helyezték el. Büntetőeljárást indítottak a BTK 332. cikkelyének 3. része alapján – személyek illegális átcsempészése az államhatáron haszonszerzés céljából. A rendőrség további nyomozási intézkedéseket folytat a lehetséges bűntársak felkutatása érdekében. Az elkövető akár 9 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat a bűncselekményért, számolt be a kárpátaljai rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.

A török rendőrség pénteken őrizetbe vette Isztambul egyik központi kerületének, Beyoglunak az ellenzékhez tartozó polgármesterét, Inan Güneyt, és további 39 embert – közölte a TRT Haber állami televízió.
Az intézkedést azzal indokolták, hogy a hatóságok gyanúja szerint az őrizetbe vett politikusok érintettek lehetnek az isztambuli önkormányzattal szoros kapcsolatban álló vállalatok kétes és korrupciógyanús ügyleteiben. Hozzátették, hogy az elfogatóparancs további négy, egyelőre szökésben lévő személyre is kiterjed.
Inan Güney a tizenhatodik olyan ellenzéki polgármester Törökországban, akit korrupció gyanújával vettek őrizetbe a hatóságok azután, hogy pártjuk, a Köztársasági Néppárt (CHP) komoly sikereket ért el a 2024 tavaszán tartott helyhatósági választásokon. A CHP-nek ugyanis sikerült megtartania Isztambul, Ankara és Izmir vezetését úgy, hogy Isztambul 39 választókerületéből 26-ot megnyert, valamint több vidéki választókerületet is elhódított a kormányzó Igazság és Fejlődés Párttól (AKP).
Az őrizetbe vett politikusok között van Ekrem Imamoglu, Isztambul polgármestere is, akit a korrupción kívül terrorista tevékenység segítésével is vádolnak. A CHP az ellene felhozott vádakat tagadva azzal vádolja a török kormányt, hogy „célkeresztbe állította az ellenzéket”. Aydin város CHP-s polgármestere, Ozlem Cercioglu viszont csütörtökön bejelentette átlépését az AKP-ba arra hivatkozva, hogy vitája van a CHP vezetésével. Özgur Özel, a CHP vezetője erre úgy reagált, Cercioglu azután csatlakozott a kormánypárthoz, hogy jogi eljárás elindítását helyezték kilátásba vele szemben.

Munkácson az ügyészség vádat emelt egy kiskorú és 19 éves ismerőse ellen, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy kiraboltak egy nőt, aki a háború miatt új lakást keresett.
A nyomozás szerint a 17 éves fiú megtudta, hogy az áldozatnál készpénz van, és elhatározta, hogy megszerzi. Tervének megvalósításához bevonta barátját is. Lakásmegtekintés ürügyén a két férfi egy kőbánya felé vitte a nőt. Ott egyikük az utcán hagyta, s magával vitte a nőnél lévő 5100 eurót és 4000 hrivnyát.
A nyomozók szerint a pénzt később egy munkácsi vendéglátóhelyen osztották el.
Mindkét férfit a büntető törvénykönyv 208. cikke alapján őrizetbe vették, és ideiglenes letartóztatásba helyezték.

A napokban az orvosok értesítették a rendőrséget egy Nagyszőlősön történt verekedésről, amelynek során három ember megsérült. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a nyomozócsoport és a bűnügyi rendőrség.
A rendőrség megállapította, hogy az incidens a Korjatovics utcán történt. Az ismeretlen támadók többször megütötték az áldozatokat fából készült botokkal és ököllel. Kórházba szállították egy 40 éves férfit súlyos sérülésekkel, egy 36 éves nőt fejsérüléssel, valamint egy 35 éves nőt tarkótáji sérüléssel.
A nyomozás során a rendőrök azonosították és őrizetbe vették a feltételezett támadókat — egy 51 éves férfit és egy 35 éves nőt. A házkutatások során a hatóságok olyan tárgyi bizonyítékokat foglaltak le, amelyek megerősítik a bűncselekményhez való érintettségüket.
A gyanúsítottakat az ukrán büntetőeljárási törvénykönyv 208. cikke alapján őrizetbe vették, és ideiglenes letartóztatásba helyezték.
A gyanúsítottakat akár hét év szabadságvesztés is fenyegeti. A nyomozás folyamatban van.

Dnyipróban az ügyészek öt csaló call centert zártak be, számolt be Főügyész Hivatala.
Mindegyiküknek körülbelül 250 alkalmazottja volt, modern számítógépes berendezésekkel, fejhallgatókkal és speciális szoftverekkel voltak felszerelve hívások kezdeményezésére és a valós számok elrejtésére.
A bűnözők az Európai Unió mobilszolgáltatóinak SIM-kártyáit használták. Bankok és szolgáltató cégek alkalmazottainak álcája alatt becsapták az áldozatokat, majd hozzáfértek a pénzeszközeikhez.
A házkutatások során több mint ezer számítástechnikai eszközt, mobiltelefont, külföldi szolgáltató SIM-kártyáit, valamint egyéb adathordozókat és dokumentumokat foglaltak le.
A büntetőeljárásban a tárgyalás előtti nyomozást az ukrán Büntető Törvénykönyv 190. cikkelyének 5. része alapján folytatják le. Jelenleg az összes érintett személy körének és az áldozatok számának megállapítása folyamatban van.

Őrizetbe vették a miniszterelnök megöletését tervező férfit, ellene emberölés előkészülete miatt indított büntetőeljárást a Budapesti Regionális Nyomozó Ügyészség és kezdeményezték a letartóztatását – közölte a Központi Nyomozó Főügyészség (KNYF) szerdán az MTI-vel.
A közleményben azt írták: a férfi egy külföldi szerveren üzemeltetett honlapon regisztrált, hogy anyagi ellenszolgáltatásért találjon valakit, aki vállalkozik Magyarország miniszterelnökének megölésére.
A megalapozott gyanú szerint a férfi 2025 júliusában ezen a honlapon nyilvános felhívást tett közzé azzal, hogy akár forintban, akár más állam valutájában is hajlandó fizetni azért, hogy az arra vállalkozó személy – megfogalmazása szerint „a lehető legjobb bérgyilkos” – a magyar miniszterelnököt megölje.
A nyomozó ügyészség a Készenléti Rendőrség Nemzeti Nyomozó Iroda és a Terrorelhárítási Központ közreműködésével a férfit azonosította, elfogta és őrizetbe vette, majd emberölés előkészületének megalapozott gyanúja miatt gyanúsítottként hallgatta ki.
A gyanúsított beismerő vallomást tett az ügyben – tették hozzá.
Jelezték: a nyomozó ügyészség a bűnismétlés veszélye miatt kezdeményezte a gyanúsított letartóztatását. A kényszerintézkedésről a Budai Központi Kerületi Bíróság nyomozási bírája dönt.
