Olaszország két legnagyobb szakszervezetének dolgozói 8 órás általános sztrájkot hirdettek csütörtökön, hogy így tiltakozzanak a kormány új gazdaság- és fiskális politikája ellen, néhány nappal azelőtt, hogy a parlament elfogadja a jövő évi költségvetési törvényt.
A két nagy szakszervezet, a CGIL (Olasz Általános Munkás Konföderáció) és az UIL (Olasz Munkaügyi Unió) a „nem kielégítő” költségvetési tervre válaszul döntöttek a demonstráció mellett, Milánóban, Bariban, Cagliariban, Palermóban és Rómában.
A harmadik nagy szakszervezet, a CISL (Olasz Munkás Szakszervezetek Konföderációja) nem vett részt a tüntetésen, mivel ellenzi azokat a kezdeményezéseket, amelyek fokozhatják a társadalmi feszültségeket a Covid-19 világjárvány közepette.
Az általános sztrájk az első nagyobb fellépés Mario Draghi miniszterelnökkel szemben, azóta, hogy az Európai Központi Bank korábbi vezetője februárban átvette a kormányt.
Szakértők szerint azonban a strukturális reformok bevezetése elengedhetetlen (akárcsak Madrid esetében) lévén, hogy csak így juthatnak hozzá az Európai Uniót világjárvány utáni felépülést segítő támogatásához. A megállapodás alapján Róma nyerte el a legnagyobb összeget: 68,9 milliárd euró támogatást kap a helyreállítási alapból, továbbá legfeljebb 122,6 milliárd euró hitelt vehet igénybe az Helyreállítási és Ellenállóképességi Eszköz (RRF) keretében.
A CGIL és az UIL – amely szervezetek összesen több mint 7,5 millió tagot számlálnak – szerint a költségvetés tervezete „nem kielégítő”.
Fő kifogásuk az a 8 milliárd euróra tervezett adócsökkentés, amely szerintük leginkább a magasabb keresetűeknek kedvez: az évi 28-55 ezer eurót keresők részesülnek adókulcs csökkentésben.
A szakszervezetek szerint a kormány viszont nem fordít elég figyelmet azokra, akiket leginkább érintettek a Covid-19 világjárvány gazdasági következményei. Ezentúl tiltakoztak a nyugdíjreformokkal, az iparpolitikával, és a munkaszerződésekkel kapcsolatban.
Pierpaolo Bombardieri, UIL főtitkár a Financial Timesnak adott interjújában csütörtökön elmondta, hogy úgy tűnik, a kormány a politikai kompromisszumot helyezte előtérbe a társadalmi követelésekkel szemben.
Bombardieri szerint az adócsökkentések helyett az európai viszonylatban a legmagasabbaknak számító munkaerő-költségek csökkentésére kellett volna összpontosítaniuk, nem pedig a személyi jövedelemadók redukálására.
„A növekvő infláció mellett a munkaerő költségének kezelése növelte volna a reálbéreket” – ismertette a főtitkár. (Novemberben éves alapon 3,7 százalék volt az infláció, legmagasabb 2008 óta.)
A sztrájk hírére reagálva kedden a kormány bejelentette, hogy 300 millió eurót különítenek el az alacsonyabb jövedelmű családok részére, a növekvő energiaköltségek ellensúlyozására. Illetve jövő hét hétfőre kitűzték a szakszervezeti vezetők és a kormánytagok találkozóját, ahol megvitatják a nyugdíjreformot, az érdekütközés egyik legsarkallatosabb pontját.

Azt állította az olasz orvos, hogy szexszel át tudja adni a saját szervezetében termelődő ellenanyagot, így az oltástól ódzkodó nőket meg tudja gyógyítani – és ezt többen is elhitték.
A Le Iene című tényfeltáró tévéműsor stábja Bari egyik hotelszobájában fülelte le Giovanni Miniellót. A tévéseknek és a La Repubblica című napilapnak a doktor egy korábbi páciense hívta fel a figyelmét az átverésre, aki azért ment el az orvoshoz, mert nem esett teherbe. Ezt nem oldotta meg Miniello, de azt mondta, hogy a méhnyakán a HPV-fertőzés nyomait látja, de azt meg tudja gyógyítani egy sajátos módszerrel, ami már több nőnél is bevált, szexszel.
A tévések felbéreltek egy színésznőt, aki ügyfélnek adta ki magát, és bekamerázva, bemikrofonozva jelent meg a hotelszobában, ahol hasonló „kezelést” ígért neki Miniello. Kiderült, hogy az orvos a péniszét a Varázsfuvolának, illetve a Péniszek Pió Atyájának nevezi.
Amikor a színésznő megkérdezte, hogy nem fognak-e védekezni, az orvos közölte, hogy úgy nem tudná átadni a nőnek a szervezetében termelődő antitesteket.
A műsorvezető és a stáb akkor lépett be a szobába, amikor épp befeküdt az ágyba az orvos és a színész.
Miniellót a rendőrség az adás után nem sokkal letartóztatta két nővel szembeni szexuális visszaélések vádjával. De az adás hatására 15 további nő állt elő azzal, hogy az orvos őket is szexszel „gyógyította”.

Olaszországban jelentősen megnőtt az oltakozási kedv, amióta bejelentették, hogy december 6-tól csak védettségi igazolvánnyal engedik be az embereket a mozikba, színházakba, edzőtermekbe, éjszakai klubokba, stadionokba és a sífelvonókra is.

További több mint kétszázhúsz illegális migráns érkezett Lampedusa szigetére a hétfőre virradó éjszaka, miközben folyamatosak a kikötések Szicília és az Adriai-tengerre néző Puglia partjain is – közölte az olasz parti őrség.
Lampedusa migránsközpontjában ismét 560-an vannak, miközben a tábor befogadóképessége kétszázötven főre lett tervezve.
A szigethez tartozó tengeri övezetben a parti őrség és a pénzügyőrség három kisebb hajóról 221 embert szállított partra. Vasárnap 76 illegális migráns érkezett a dél-olaszországi szigetre. Azonosításuk után karantén-hajókra helyezik át őket. Karanténban van már az a 348 migráns is, akit a Dattilo olasz hadihajó vett fel, és a szicíliai Porto Empedocle kikötőjében tett partra. A csoportban azonosított negyven, felnőtt kíséret nélküli kiskorút védett intézményekben helyezték el.
Pugliába az utóbbi huszonnégy óra alatt 272-en érkeztek a Törökországból induló földközi-tengeri migrációs útvonalon.
A Sea Watch4 német civilhajó közösségi oldalán közölte, hogy 375 embert vett fel a fedélzetére. A hajó november 4-én több mint 800 migránst tett partra a szicíliai Trapaniban, majd kéthetes karantén-kötelezettség után újraindult.
Az utóbbi hétvégén átlépte a hatvanezret az év eleje óta érkezett bevándorlók száma, köztük több mint nyolcezer volt a tizennyolc évnél fiatalabb. A tavalyi év ugyanazon időszakában kevesebb mint 33 ezren kötöttek ki, egy évvel korábban tízezren.
Novemberben több mint hatezren érkeztek a dél-olaszországi partokra, szeptember elsejétől számolva több mint húszezren.

A csoport tagjai a „Basta Dittatura”, vagyis „Elég a diktatúrából” elnevezésű Telegram-csatornán szerveződtek és tettek fenyegetéseket. A csatornát azóta megszüntették az ott megjelenő tartalom miatt.
A torinói rendőrség szerint a „Basta Dittatura” chatnek több tízezer tagja volt, és ez volt az olasz egészségügyi igazolvány elleni tiltakozások szervezésének első számú fóruma.
A közelmúltban a koronavírus oltásigazolás elleni tiltakozások erőszakossá váltak, és sok városban hatalmas fennakadásokat okoztak. Olaszország első nyugati országként tette kötelezővé a munkahelyeken a koronavírus elleni védőoltást.

Több mint ezer illegális migránssal a fedélzetükön, két külföldi civilhajó vár kikötésre Lampedusa és Szicília partjainál, miután Málta megtagadta tőlük a biztonságos kikötőt – közölték az olasz hatóságok pénteken.
A római belügyminisztérium péntek délutánig nem jelölte meg, hol köthet ki a két civilhajó, amelyeken több mint ezerszázan vannak.
Az Ocean Viking fedélzetén, melyet az Sos Mediterranée francia nem kormányzati szervezet működtet, 314-en vannak, köztük három csecsemő és további ötven, felnőtt kíséret nélküli kiskorú. A hajó Lampedusa vizein várakozik.
A Sea-Eye 4 hajón, melyet az azonos nevű német civilszervezet tart fenn, nyolcszáz ember tartózkodik: több, egymást követő műveletben először négyszáz bevándorlót vettek a fedélzetre, majd további négyszázat egy Málta vizein bajba jutott hajóról. A Sea-Eye 4 a szicíliai Ragusa és Gela közötti tengerszakaszon várja, hogy az olasz hatóságok kijelöljék számára a biztonságos kikötőt.
Málta már csütörtökön nemet mondott a civilhajó befogadására.
A szicíliai Palermo polgármestere Leoluca Orlando, a baloldali Demokrata Párt (PD) politikusa bejelentette, hogy kész megnyitni a város kikötőjét a Sea-Eye 4 előtt, miután október utolsó napjaiban már 367-en érkeztek a Geo Barents hajóval, amelyet az Orvosok határok nélkül (Msf) nevű szervezet használ.
Ezzel egy időben az olasz csizma orránál található Calabria partjainál az utóbbi huszonnégy óra alatt több mint kétszáz migránsnak nyújtottak segítséget, miután hajóik bajba jutottak. Közöttük volt az a több mint nyolcvan fős csoport, melynek tagjait egyenként juttatták partra egy viharban zátonyra futott vitorlásról, amely Törökországból kelt át a tengeren.
Luciana Lamorgese belügyminiszter Európa segítségét sürgette, azt hangoztatva, hogy Olaszország nem maradhat egyedül a migrációval szemben. A politikus a szolidaritás jegyében az érkezők szétosztását sürgette a tagállamok között.
A volt belügyminiszter, Matteo Salvini a közösségi oldalán azt írta, a civilszervezetek „beindultak 1100 illegális bevándorlóval”.
Hangsúlyozta, hogy külföldi szervezetekről és külföldi hajókról van szó, amelyek líbiai és máltai vizekről érkeznek, „ezért nem szabad kikötniük országunkban”. Matteo Salvini azt kérdezte, nem elég-e Lamorgesének az idei évben eddig érkezett 54 ezer ember a tavalyi év ugyanezen időszakában érkezett kevesebb mint harmincezerhez képest. „Nem lehetünk Európa menekülttábora” – hangsúlyozta Matteo Salvini.

Több mint kétezer ember ellen indítottak eljárást csak Nápoly térségében, miután kiderült, hogy a helyi bűnszervezet, a camorra tagjai, valamint csalók jutottak hozzá a rászorulóknak járó alapjövedelemhez – közölte az olasz csendőrség szerdán.
A camorra ismert tagjai, valamint a hatósági nyilvántartásban szereplő rablók, csalók vették fel az ideiglenesen állástalanoknak, jövedelem nélkülieknek járó alapjövedelem összegét.
Az öt, egymással szomszédos déli tartományban végzett ellenőrzés több mint húszmillió eurós csalást leplezett le. Csak Campania régióban több mint ötmillió eurót vettek fel jogtalanul: több mint 2400 emberrel szemben indult eljárás Nápolyban és térségében. A hivatalosan állás és bármilyen bevétel nélküliek között a camorra főnökei és feleségei szerepeltek. Az állami támogatást igénylők között volt, aki Ferrari autóval közlekedett, más tánciskolát vezetett. Egyikük azt állította, gyerekei vannak, miközben egyedül élt. Egy másik munkanélkülinek vallotta magát, miközben a közigazgatási vállalat dolgozójának tettetve magát a nápolyi utcákon kirabolta a gyalogosokat.
Eljárást indult egy negyvenhat éves, büntetett előéletű férfi ellen, aki a tengerparti Castellamare di Stabia postahivatalában akarta felvenni az alapjövedelem havi összegét úgy, hogy Olaszországban letelepedett, munkanélküli bolgárnak tetette magát. A hivatal a férfi „hiteltelen bolgár kiejtése” miatt gyanút fogott, és feljelentést tett.
Hatósági adatok azt mutatják, hogy az alapjövedelem 2019-es bevezetése óta több mint 48 millió eurót vettek fel jogtalanul. Az idén több mint 156 ezer igénybevevőt ellenőriztek, és több mint kilencezer esetében derült ki, hogy nem járt neki a támogatás.
Az alapjövedelmet a 2018 óta kormányzó Öt Csillag Mozgalom (M5S) vezette be, választási ígéretét teljesítve. A havi négyszáz és hétszáz euró közötti összeggel az ideiglenesen munkanélküli vagy más okok miatt nehézségbe került embereket, családokat akarták segíteni. A legalább tíz éve szabályosan Olaszországban élő külföldiek is igényelhetik a támogatást. A segélyt többségében a dél-olaszországi régiókból igénylik.
Az M5S közleményében hangoztatták, hogy az alapjövedelem a Covid-19-járvány első hullámától kezdve több mint hárommillió embernek nyújtott segítséget. A párt a következő években további egymilliárd eurót akar a segélyre fordítani. A jobboldali erők ellenzik az M5S bevezette segélyezési rendszert, és a baloldali pártok is sürgős korrekciót szorgalmaznak. A jelenlegi, Mario Draghi vezette kormány az alapjövedelem reformját tervezi 2022-től, az igénylési feltételek és az ellenőrzések szigorításával. A tervek szerint ha az alapjövedelemben részesülők kétszer is nemet mondanak az állásközvetítő kormányhivatalok ajánlataira, csökkentik a nekik fizetett támogatás összegét.

Az észak-olaszországi Como városának büntetőtörvényszéke csütörtökön életfogytiglani börtönre ítélte azt az 56 éves tunéziai illegális bevándorlót, aki 2020. szeptember 15-én egy konyhakéssel halálra szúrt egy katolikus papot.
A bíróság elutasította a védelem érvelését, miszerint az elkövető beszámíthatatlan lenne és megállapította, hogy előre kitervelte a gyilkosságot.
A menekültek iránti gondoskodásáról ismert 51 éves Roberto Malgesini atya nyílt utcán történt meggyilkolása hatalmas közfelháborodást váltott ki. A pap éppen ennivalót osztott az észak-olaszországi Comóban a hajléktalanok számára kialakított egyházi szálláson, amikor a fedél nélküli támadója nekiesett egy konyhakéssel.
A Rahdi Mahmudi néven azonosított támadó évek óta illegálisan tartózkodott Olaszországban, ahová 1993-ban érkezett Tunéziából. A férfi pontos indítékát homály fedi, sajtóértesülések szerint mentális problémákkal küszködött és attól tartott, hogy a pap el akarja árulni a hatóságoknak hollétét.
A La Stampa olasz napilap tavalyi értesülései szerint Mahmudi ellen már kétszer is kitoloncolási parancsot adtak ki a hatóságok. Az első alkalommal 2018-ban, amikor sikerült elbújnia, másodszor, 2020-ban pedig azért nem hajtották végre a kitoloncolást, mert a koronavírus-járvány miatt szünetelt a légiforgalom Olaszország és Tunézia között. Legutóbb a férfi egy comói hajléktalanszálláson lakott.
