Az orosz támadások miatt evakuálták Dnyipro város egyik kórházát, és bezárják az iskolák egy részét – közölte Borisz Filatov, a város polgármestere kedden.
A városvezető magyarázata szerint azért van szükség ezekre az intézkedésekre, mert leállt egy hőerőmű, ami fűtési gondokat okozott az intézményekben.
Dmitro Szaharuk, a DTEK energiaszolgáltató magánvállalat igazgatója egy tévéműsorban azt mondta, hogy több drón is eltalálta az erőművet, emiatt több berendezés is károsodott a város energiaellátásában fontos szerepet játszó létesítményben. Szavai szerint hónapokig is eltarthat az erőmű teljes helyreállítása.
A déli Herszon megye kormányzói hivatala arról tájékoztatott a Telegramon, hogy az orosz hadsereg drónnal csapást mért egy lakóépületre Havrilivka településen, és a támadásban két helyi lakos megsebesült. Roman Mrocsko, Herszon város katonai közigazgatásának vezetője később arról adott hírt, hogy az orosz erők a megyeszékhelyet ágyúzták, két kórházra, egy közösségi közlekedési megállóra és lakóépületekre nyitottak tüzet. Hozzátette, hogy senki sem sebesült meg.
A Zaporizzsja megyei kormányzói hivatal közölte, hogy egy nap alatt az orosz csapatok 127 alkalommal nyitottak tüzet a régió 17 településére, a támadásokban két helyi lakos megsebesült.
Az ukrán déli erők arról adtak hírt, hogy a légvédelem megsemmisített egy H-59-es orosz rakétát, amely a tenger felől Odessza felé közeledett. A roncsok megrongáltak egy lakatlan új épületet és egy többszintes házat a part menti övezetben.
Az ukrán vezérkar legfrissebb, keddi összesítése szerint az orosz hadsereg ukrajnai embervesztesége meghaladta a 397 ezret. Az ukrán erők hétfőn megsemmisítettek egyebek mellett nyolc orosz harckocsit, 19 tüzérségi és egy légvédelmi rendszert, valamint harminc drónt.

Az ukrán rendőrség evakuálással foglalkozó Fehér Angyal elnevezésű csoportja több mint száz embert menekített ki a múlt héten a Donyeck melletti Avgyijivka város orosz megszállás alá került peremvidékéről – számolt be Pavlo Gyacsenko, a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztályának felügyelője, az evakuációs csoport tagja pénteken az ukrán Szabadság Rádió műsorában.
A rendőrtiszt kiemelte, hogy ez egy rendhagyó művelet volt, amelynek végrehajtásában együttműködtek az ukrán fegyveres erőkkel. Kifejtette, hogy a művelet kockázatos volt az orosz csapatok folyamatos ágyúzása miatt. Az emberek fehér rongyokat tartva gyalog mentek az ágyútűzben az ukrán ellenőrzés alatt álló Avgyijivka központjába.
„A helyiek megértették, merre kell menniük. Minden többé-kevésbé eltervezett volt. Tudatában vagyunk annak, hogy lehetetlen száz százalékos biztonságot szavatolni az embereknek, ráadásul egy ilyen nagyszabású háború, és az orosz katonai alakulatok heves ágyúzása közepette. Szerencsére minden jól ment, és az emberek már viszonylagos biztonságban vannak” – fogalmazott a rendőr. Gyacsenko arról nem árult el részleteket, hogy pontosan miként kommunikáltak a megszállt területen lévő emberekkel. Annyit elmondott, hogy nem mobiltelefonon, mert az orosz hadsereg azt mindenkitől elvette. Hozzátette még, hogy az emberek vallomásai szerint az orosz megszállók brutálisan bántak a helyi lakossággal.
Az ukrán rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított, és a nyomozati anyagokat csatolja az orosz hadsereg bűncselekményeit tartalmazó dokumentációhoz.

Az orosz terroristák minden nap különböző fegyverekkel támadják Ukrajna északi részének határterületeit, elsősorban Szumi és Csernyihiv megyékben, és felforgató csoportokat is bevonnak, ezért evakuálják ezeknek a régióknak a lakosait – közölte Szerhij Najev altábornagy az ukrán fegyveres erők egyesített erőinek parancsnoka a Facebook-oldalán közzétett videoüzenetében.
A jelentés szerint Najev elmondta: „Az Oroszországgal vívott háború nem csak Ukrajna keleti és déli területeire terjedt ki. Ez alól az északi hadműveleti övezet sem kivétel. Szumi és Csernyihiv megyék határ menti területein (valamint az egész országban) hadiállapot van érvényben. Az ellenség minden nap tüzérséggel okoz károkat ezeken a területeken.”

Észak-Korea pénteken tüzérségi gyakorlatot indított a dél-koreai határ közelében, 200 lövést adott le a két ország közötti vitatott tengeri határtérség felé, megsértve ezzel az 2018-as katonai egyezményt – közölte pénteken a dél-koreai hadsereg illetékese.
Az észak-koreai tüzérség a helyi idő szerint pénteken 9 és 11 óra között lőtte ki a lövedékeket, amelyek a tengeri határtérségtől északra csapódtak a vízbe, és nem okoztak károkat a dél-koreai hadsereg tájékoztatása szerint – írja a Reuters.
A dél-koreai vezérkari főnök az észak-koreai hadgyakorlatot provokációnak nevezte, és hangsúlyozta, hogy Szöul megfelelő válaszlépéseket fog tenni.

Az AP jelentése szerint az ausztrál hatóságok több mint 300 embert mentettek ki az árvízből Ausztrália északkeleti részén. A helyi hatóságok hétfői beszámolói szerint megállás nélkül azon dolgoztak, hogy mindenkit kimenekítsenek az elárasztott területekről, sok lakos pedig a háztetőkre volt kénytelen kapaszkodni.
A hirtelen jött és masszív áradás miatt hétfőn lezárták Cairns repülőterét, a hatóságok pedig attól tartanak, hogy a 160 ezres lakosú város elveszíti hozzáférését az ivóvízhez. Dél-Indiában a hatóságok az oktatási intézmények és a hivatalok zárva tartását rendelték el, leállították a légi forgalmat és megkezdték a part menti területek evakuálását a következő 24 órában várható komoly ciklon miatt.
A Michaung névre keresztelt ciklon várhatóan kedden reggel, óránkénti 90-110 kilométeres sebességű széllel éri el Andra Prades állam partvidékét. Az érintett partszakaszon eddig nyolc település mintegy hétezer lakosát menekítették ki elővigyázatosságból, de a vihar erejétől függően további evakuálásokra is felkészültek a hatóságok.
Hasonlóan szigorú intézkedések vannak érvényben a szomszédos Tamil Nadu államban is, ahol a hatóságok négynapos munkaszünetet rendeltek el négy tengerparti kerületben a viharra tekintettel. Csennaiban, az állam székhelyén pedig felszólították a lakosokat, hogy maradjanak otthon és csak rendkívül szükséges esetben hagyják el a otthonukat.
A viharossá váló időjárási körülmények miatt a hatóságok megtiltották a halászok számára mindkét államban, hogy a nyílt tengerre merészkedjenek.
Helyi médiajelentések szerint hétfőn két órára le kellett állítani a csennai repülőtér működését, több járatot töröltek vagy más városokba irányítottak át, miután özönvízszerű esőzés csapott le városra.

At least 10 people have died and 11 others were injured after a massive fire broke out at the multi-storey Lemon Green Restaurant in the Hauz Rani area of New Delhi on Wednesday morning.

Derkacs mellékelte a kérvényt is, amelyet a sofőröknek be kell nyújtaniuk: eszerint az ukrán hatóságok felajánlják nekik, hogy járművük nélkül evakuálják őket.
November 6. óta a lengyel fuvarozók három fő határátkelő – Dorohusk-Jahodin, Hrebenne-Rava Ruska, valamint Korczowa-Krakovec – kamionforgalmát akadályozzák az ukrán határon. November 23-án egy negyedik ponton – a Medyka-Sehinyi határátkelőn – is blokkolják a forgalmat.
A lengyel fuvarozók követelik az Európai Unió által ukrán kollégáiknak nyújtott kiváltságok visszavonását, az ukrán kereskedelmi árufuvarozás kötelező engedélyezési eljárásának visszaállítását, valamint az ukrán fuvarozó cégeknek 2022. február 24. utánra kiadott engedélyek visszavonását.
Azt is követelik, hogy az ukrán fél szüntesse be elektronikus kiléptetőrendszerét, amely megnehezíti a lengyel kamionosok hazatérését Ukrajnából.
A medykai határátkelőnél csütörtökön 34 kilométer hosszú sorban vesztegeltek a kamionok, a várakozási idő közel 130 órára nőtt.
A határzár miatt a Lengyelországból Ukrajnába irányuló áruszállítás díjai több mint háromszorosára emelkedtek.
Ukrajna varsói nagykövetsége csütörtök este jegyzéket küldött a lengyel külügyminisztériumnak, miután kiderült, hogy egy második ukrán sofőr is meghalt, aki az egyik blokkolt határátkelőnél várakozott. Az ukrán fél ebben követeli, hogy szüntessék meg a teherszállító járművek forgalmának blokkolását. Hasonló tartalmú dokumentumot továbbítottak Kijev képviselői a lengyel belügy- és közigazgatási minisztériumnak is.
