Harkivban közel 500 tömbház semmisült meg, ezek közül egyik sem felújítható, az építkezéseket a nulláról kell megkezdeni – közölte Ihor Terehov polgármester, akit az Ukrinform idézett.
Elmondása szerint a legtöbb ilyen épület Észak-Szaltyivka, Pjatihatka, HTZ és a Horizont városrészen van. „A munkálatok folyamatának felgyorsítása érdekében új földterületeket jelölünk ki és megkezdjük az új lakótelepek építését” – jelentette ki. Hozzátette, hogy a házak föld alatti parkolókkal rendelkeznek majd, melyeket óvóhelyként is lehet használni.
Azt is megjegyezte, hogy a tervezőknek és az építőknek van egy másik feladata is: a legújabb energiatakarékos technológiák alkalmazása.

A keleti fronton nagyon dinamikus a helyzet, az ukrán hadsereg manőverezik az ellenség körül, és nem visszavonul – jelentette ki Olekszandr Motuzjanik, védelmi minisztériumi sajtószóvivő szerdai sajtótájékoztatóján, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint újságírói kérdésre válaszolva, miszerint elmondható-e, hogy az oroszok előrenyomulnak, az ukrán hadsereg pedig keleti irányban visszavonul, Motuzjanik azt mondta, hogy nem visszavonulásról, hanem manőverezésről, mozgó védekezésről van szó. Ugyanakkor hozzátette: „bizonyára bizonyos területeken az orosz csoportok átmeneti taktikai sikereket értek el, és ez elvileg nem titok. De az a tény, hogy az ukrán csapatok visszavonulnak, ez teljesen téves értelmezése ezeknek az akcióknak.”
A sajtószóvivő elmondása szerint egyes területeken az ukrán egységek mozgó védekezést hajtanak végre, vagyis ahol lehet, visszavonulnak, pozíciót váltanak, kedvező feltételek esetén pedig ellentámadást hajtanak végre. Mint megjegyezte, vannak bizonyos területek és települések, amelyek kézről kézre járnak. „Az ottani helyzet nagyon dinamikus, ezért nem erősítem meg azt az értelmezést, hogy az ukrán hadsereg visszavonulni látszik. Ez egyáltalán nem igaz” – igazította helyre a félremagyarázásokat Olekszandr Motuzjanik.

Az ukrán csapatok kivonulását a Donyeck megyei Szvitlodarszkból a vezérkar a bekerítés és a súlyos veszteségek elkerülése, valamint a mozgó védelem érdekében rendelte el – közölte Viktor Andrusziv, a belügyminiszter tanácsadója kedden Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Andrusziv azt írta: „a csapataink mozgó védelmet valósít meg. Ez azt jelenti, hogy nem ragaszkodunk konkrét településekhez, hanem erőink megtartása mellett igyekszünk maximális veszteséget okozni az ellenségnek.”
A tanácsadó szerint a szvitlodarszki példa azt jelenti, hogy időnként vissza kell vonulni a nem stratégiai jelentőségű terepszakaszról, hogy elkerüljük a bekerítést vagy a jelentős veszteségeket. „Ebben nincs semmi árulás. Ilyen visszavonulásra került sor tegnap Szvitlodarszkból és Mironivszkból. Több visszavonulás is előfordulhat a frontvonal kiegyenlítése érdekében. Szintén árulás nélkül” – hangsúlyozta Viktor Andrusziv.

A kormány az alaptörvényben biztosított jogával élve ma éjféltől kihirdeti a háborús veszélyhelyzetet – jelentette be Orbán Viktor Magyarország miniszterelnöke kedden a Facebookon közzétett videóban.
„A ma esküt tett kormány azonnal megkezdte a munkáját. Egyetlen percet sem vesztegettünk, mert a szomszédunkban háború zajlik. Egy olyan háború, amelynek még senki sem látja a végét” – fogalmazott a kormányfő.
Orbán Viktor hangsúlyozta: ez a háború folyamatos veszélyt jelent Magyarországra, kockára teszi a fizikai biztonságunkat és veszélyezteti a gazdaság és a családok energiaellátását és anyagi biztonságát is.
„Látjuk, a háború és a brüsszeli szankciók hatalmas gazdasági felforduláshoz és drasztikus áremelkedésekhez vezettek. A világ egy gazdasági válság küszöbén áll. Magyarországnak ebből a háborúból ki kell maradnia és meg kell védenie a családok anyagi biztonságát” – jelentette ki a miniszterelnök.
Orbán Viktor szerint ehhez mozgástérre és azonnali cselekvőképességre van szükség, a kormány ezért az alaptörvényben biztosított jogával élve ma éjféltől kihirdeti a háborús veszélyhelyzetet. A járvány elleni védekezés alatt bevezetett veszélyhelyzethez hasonlóan ez is lehetővé teszi a kormánynak, hogy azonnal reagáljon és minden lehetséges eszközzel megvédje Magyarországot és a magyar családokat.
„Holnap tájékoztatni fogom önöket az első döntéseinkről” – zárta videóját a miniszterelnök.
A magyar kormány többször is kijelentette, hogy egyértelműen kiáll a béke mielőbbi helyreállítása, s mindemellett Magyarország biztonsági érdekei mellett. Úgy vélik azonban, hogy az elhúzódó háború, a brüsszeli szankciós tervek és a gazdasági következmények miatt a rendkívüli helyzet bevezetése különösen indokolt.

A legfelső Tanács vasárnapi ülésén három hónappal meghosszabbította a hadiállapot hatályát, a különleges jogrend 2022. augusztus 23-ig lesz érvényben – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a parlament határozatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök rendelete szerint a hadiállapot 2022. május 25-én 05:30 órától még 90 napig folytatódik. Ukrajnában a hadiállapot jogi rendszere az Oroszország által indított teljes körű invázió napjától, 2022. február 24-től van érvényben.
A hadiállapotról szóló törvény értelmében Ukrajnában kötelező munkaszolgálat vezethető be, rekvirálható a személyes vagyon, korlátozható a helyváltoztatás, ellenőrizhetők az állampolgárok személyes okmányai, a járművek, poggyászok, szállítmányok, szolgálati helyiségek, lakások, kijárási tilalom, fegyver- és alkoholárusítási tilalom, tömegrendezvényekre és sztrájkra vonatkozó tilalom rendelhető el, korlátozható a sajtó és az internet, a hadkötelesek lakóhely-változtatása.
