Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) munkatársai vizsgálatot indítottak azon halálos kimenetelű közlekedési baleset körülményeinek a kiderítésére, amelyet Kijev megye egyik kerületi bíróságának az elnöke okozott ittasan Kijevben egy közúti ellenőrző pontnál – közölte hivatalos honlapján a DBR.
Az előzetes információk szerint május 26-án éjfél körül egy bíró autójával elgázolta a Nemzeti Gárda egyik katonáját. A baleset következtében a nemzeti gárdista a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe. A bírót őrizetbe vették. Megtagadta, hogy egészségügyi intézményben vizsgálják ki ittas állapotát.
A hatóság intézkedett, hogy a bírótól erőszakkal vegyenek biológiai mintákat. A szükséges igazságügyi szakértői vizsgálatokat már meghatározták.
A DBR büntetőeljárás keretében előzetes nyomozást indított a közúti közlekedés biztonsága vagy a közlekedés szabályainak a sértett halálát okozó megsértése miatt alkoholos, kábítószeres vagy egyéb bódult állapotban Ukrajna büntetőtörvénykönyve 286-1. cikkelyének 3. része alapján. A cikkely szerint a vétkes elkövető 10 évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel sújtható. Az eljárás irányítását a kijevi városi ügyészség végzi.

Nem működő lámpák, az útburkolati jelek figyelmen kívül hagyása, a biztonsági öv használatának elmulasztása – ilyen jogsértések előzték meg ezen járművezetők megállítását.

Az Nemzeti Rendőrség kárpátaljai kirendeltségének munkatársai folyamatosan azon dolgoznak, hogy a térségben csökkenjen a közlekedési balesetek száma. Ennek érdekében a rendfenntartók folyamatosan növelik a járőrök számát az utakon.
2023 kezdete óta Kárpátalján 440 közlekedési balesetet, azaz átlagosan napi 5 esetet vettek nyilvántartásba a rendfenntartók. Hagyományosan télen és kora tavasszal nagyobb volt az autóbalesetek száma, mint más évszakokban. A 440 közlekedési balesetből 66 áldozattal járt, melyek során 77-en sérültek meg.
A 2023-as év kezdete óta 10 ember vesztette életét közúti balesetben Kárpátalján, továbbá 665 ittas járművezetőt állítottak meg megyénk útjain.
A hírt a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya közölte.

Később a helyszín átvizsgálása során az ellenőrök az Egyetem utcában találták meg az autót. A férfi elismerte a balesetet, de nem tudta megmagyarázni, miért hagyta el a helyszínt. A rendfenntartók emellett alkoholos ittasságra utaló jeleket is észleltek a sofőrnél, de az állampolgár megtagadta a vizsgálatot.
Később úgyszintén a baleset helyszínét elhagyó személyről kaptak hívást a járőrök a Tlehasz utcában. Egy Skoda sofőrje megrongált egy parkoló autót, és eltűnt a helyszínről. A rendőrök azonnal ismertették a szabálysértő autójának leírását az ügyeletes járőrökkel, majd később a Hrusevszkij utcában sikerült megállítani. A beszélgetés során a rendőrök alkoholos ittasság jeleit észlelték a sofőrnél, de a férfi megtagadta az ittassági vizsgálatot.
A járőrök mindkét autóbaleset elkövetője ellen eljárást indítottak a közlekedési szabályok megsértése, ittas járművezetés és autóbaleset helyszínének elhagyása miatt.

A helyszínen a rendőrök megállapították, hogy a VAZ vezetője elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett és árokba hajtott. Az okmányellenőrzés során a rendfenntartók a férfinél egyértelmű alkoholos ittasság jeleire figyeltek fel. A sofőr beleegyezett, hogy Drager segítségével helyszíni ittassági vizsgálatnak veti alá magát. A készülék 1,65 ppm-et mutatott, ami közel 8-szor magasabb a megengedettnél.
A járőrök a sofőrrel szemben balesethez vezető KRESZ megsértése, ittas járművezetés és jogosítványtól megfosztott személy által elkövetett ismételt járművezetés miatt indítottak eljárást. A bírság teljes összege 58 650 hrivnya.
