Nemrég hírportálunk is beszámolt a Rivnében történt felháborító esetről, miszerint egy helyi magánfogorvos kegyetlenül bántalmazta a gyerekeket a kezelések során.
Az információk szerint a hatóságok már tájékoztatták Inna Kravcsukot az ellene indult eljárással kapcsolatban.
A hírt az Állami Főügyészség közölte.
A rendőrség jelenleg négy gyermek szüleivel tudta felvenni kapcsolatot, hármukat 2020 nyarán, egy gyereket pedig ez év februárjában bántalmazott.
Fontos megemlíteni, hogy az eljárással kapcsolatos okmányt a fogorvosnő édesapjának tudták csak átadni, mivel a hölgy nem tartózkodott sem otthonában, sem pedig munkahelyén.

A jegyvizsgáló a mozdonyvezető segítségével próbálta leszállásra bírni az ukrán férfit, de ő ököllel arcon ütötte a mozdonyvezetőt és gyomron vágott egy közelben álló utast is.
Letartóztatását indítványozza a Nyíregyházi Járási Ügyészség egy ukrán férfinak, aki kedden egy Nyíregyháza és Rakamaz között közlekedő személyvonaton rátámadt a jegyvizsgálóra és a mozdonyvezetőre, majd egy utast is megütött.
A Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Megyei Főügyészség az MTI-hez szerdán eljuttatott közleményében azt írta, a nyomozás eddigi adatai szerint a férfinak nem volt érvényes menetjegye, ezért a kalauznő megkérte, hogy a következő megállóban szálljon le a vonatról. A férfi a görögszállási állomáson ugyan leszállt a szerelvényről, de visszaugrott az induló vonat első kocsijába és a jegyvizsgáló ismételt kérésére sem volt hajlandó elhagyni a szerelvényt.
A jegyvizsgáló a mozdonyvezetővel közösen próbálta meg rávenni a férfit a leszállásra, de ő ököllel arcon ütötte a mozdonyvezetőt és gyomron vágott egy közelben álló utast is – olvasható az ügyészségi közleményben. A támadó ezután követte a kalauznőt, aki maga után lezárta a kocsi ajtaját. A támadó erre könyökével betörte az ajtó üvegét, és megpróbált bejutni az időközben a vezetői fülkéjébe bezárkózó mozdonyvezetőhöz is.
A főügyészség a közleményben megjegyezte, a közfeladatot ellátó személy elleni erőszak bűntettével gyanúsított külföldi férfi ellen lopás és garázdaság miatt van folyamatban eljárás, munkahelye, jövedelme és állandó lakcíme nincs Magyarországon.
A gyanúsított letartóztatásáról csütörtökön dönt a bíróság.

Inna Kravcsuk, a rivnei Only Kids klinika fogorvosa kegyetlenül bántalmazta a gyerekeket a kezelések során. A történtekről készült felvételeket a Hollywood klinika az érintett szülők ügyvédjének kérésére osztotta meg, ahol korábban dolgozott az említett hölgy, s ahonnan pont a hasonló panaszok miatt bocsátották el.

„Az elmúlt év nyarán több panasz is érkezett a szülőktől a gyerekekkel való kegyetlen bánásmóddal kapcsolatban. Úgy döntöttem, megnézem a térfigyelő kamerák felvételeit, ahol két olyan videóra akadtam, melyektől égnek állt a hajam. Közös döntést követően arra kértük Inna Kravcsukot, hogy írja meg felmondási kérvényét” – közölte Inna Pekarszka, a Hollywood klinika vezetője.
Az egyik áldozat egy fogyatékkal élő, szívproblémás kislány volt, s az édesanya elmondása szerint az orvosnő erről tudott.
Az első felvételen jól látható, hogy az említett fogorvos az ölében visz be egy gyereket a szobájába, a kezébe vesz egy fecskendőt, s valamit mond a gyereknek, aki válaszul nemet int fejével. A szülők azt állítják, hogy a gyerekeket azzal fenyegette, hogy amennyiben ellenkeznek, a fejükbe vagy a nyakukba ad injekciót. Ezt követően megrázta a gyereket, fojtogatta, s újból elővette a fecskendőt.
A másik videofelvétel talán ettől is rémisztőbb. A kabinetben megjelenik a fogorvosnő asszisztense, aki lefogja a gyereket a székben, kis idő elteltével azonban az orvos többször is felemeli majd, s fejjel hozzávágja a gyereket a fejtámlához.
Az újságírók nem tudták megtalálni a gyermek édesanyját, azonban arra kérnek mindenkit, hogy aki megismeri a felvételen szereplő gyereket, jelentkezzen, s a Kaljka és Lucik elnevezésű ügyvédi szövetség kész ingyen segítséget nyújtani az ügyben.

Elítélte a nagybereznai járási bíróság azt a 37 éves alsórosztokai férfit, akit édesanyja kínzásával gyanúsítottak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a tettes több ütést is leadott idős édesanyjára, ezt követően pedig egy ágyhoz láncolta, ahol tovább bántalmazta. Az áldozat csak akkor tudott elmenekülni a házból, mikor fia elaludt.
A bíróság két év szabadságvesztésre ítélte a gyanúsítottat.

A kijevi ügyészség a rendőrség kíséretében tájékoztatott három helyi lakost az ellenük indult eljárással kapcsolatban. Az említett személyeket azzal vádolják, hogy kiraboltak és bántalmaztak több hajléktalant a főváros területén.
Az eset Kijev Sevcsenko elnevezésű városrészében történt. A tettesek belopakodtak a hajléktalanok laktanyájába, ahol kiválasztották áldozataikat, rendőrnek adták ki magukat, majd pedig paprika spray-t fújtak a hajléktalanok arcába és kegyetlenül megverték őket. Mindezt telefonjaik kamerájával rögzítették is, később pedig a felvételeket feltöltötték Telegram-csatornájukra.
Mint kiderült, a tettesek 29 és 47 év közötti férfiak. Lakhelyeiken házkutatást végeztek, melynek során számos tárgyi bizonyítékra bukkantak. Az ügyben folytatódik az eljárás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek. A tettesekre akár 10 év szabadságvesztés is várhat.

Екіпаж патрульних — Павло Боярчук та Олександр Головицький — прибув на виклик, де жінка мала намір скоїти самогубство.Вона стояла за поручнями балкона й будь-якої миті могла прийняти непоправне рішення, тож поліцейський побіг на 15 поверх що було сил. Патрульний дивом встиг. На його очах жінка відпустила руки й зробила крок. Секунда. Але допомогла миттєва реакція патрульного Павла Боярчука - він встигнув схопити її за руку й утримати. На крики патрульного прийшли мешканці будинку: двоє сусідів допомагали тримати жінку зверху, ще двоє стояли на 14 поверсі та підпирали їй ноги.Жінка пручалася, і навіть з такою підтримкою Павлові не вдалося одразу затягнути її на балкон. Задля безпеки, інспектору довелося пристебнути жінку кайданками до поручнів.У цей момент на допомогу прибув інший екіпаж патрульних — Богдан Димчук та Андрій Бобровник. Спільними зусиллями інспекторів та мешканців будинку жінку витягнули на балкон. Надалі її шпиталізували. Дякую патрульним Павлу Боярчуку, Богдану Димчуку, Андрію Бобровнику та Олександру Головицькому, а також громадянам, які прийшли на допомогу!!Рішучі дії рятують життя!

Egy 18 éves férfi a franciaországi Mulhouse-ban erőszakosan rátámadt két 20 éves nőre, ugyanis úgy találta, hogy a két nő „túl rövid” ruhát visel. A kedden előállított férfit a bíróság csütörtökön két hónap felfüggesztett börtönre ítélte – jelentette az LCI francia televízió híroldala.
A férfi egy villamosmegállóban támadta meg a várakozó, fiatal nőket. Az esetre járókelők hívták fel a rendőrség figyelmét. Az LCI úgy tudja: az egyik lányt olyan súlyosan pofonverte a férfi, hogy az a földre került. Társát, aki megpróbált ellenállni, fellökte.
A támadó a honlap szerint ismert a rendőrség előtt, ám eddig még egyetlen alkalommal sem ítélték el. Most a felfüggesztett börtönbüntetés mellett 75 óra közérdekű munkára ítélték.
Az LCI felidézi: szeptember 18-án, Strasbourgban három férfi támadt rá egy lányra, mert kifogásolták, hogy szoknya van rajta. Sértegették, majd bántalmazták, az egyik férfi ököllel szemtájékon ütötte. A támadók ezután elmenekültek. A rendőrség nyomozást folytat az ügyben.

Az Ukrzaliznicja vasúti vállalat gondatlanság miatt elbocsátja azon járat alkalmazottjait, melyen néhány nappal ezelőtt egy idegen férfi súlyosan bántalmazott egy nőt kisfia szeme láttára.
A vállalat sajtószolgálatának közleményében azt olvashatjuk, hogy a Kijev–Mariupol járat munkatársai több szabályt is megszegtek a történtek során. A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a tettes a Pjatihatki–Sztihovi megállón kihasználta, hogy az utaskísérő elhagyta szolgálati helyét és önként beszállt a hármas számú vagonba, ahol elfoglalt egy üres helyet.
Az áldozat kijevi idő szerint hajnali 3.30-kor fordult segítségért az utaskísérőhöz, azonban az nem nyújtott kellő segítséget a bántalmazott hölgynek. A vállalat összesen öt beosztottat menesztett a felháborító eset miatt, ezenkívül eligazítást tartottak a többi dolgozónak a hasonló esetek megelőzéséről.
Az Ukrzaliznicja újra felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy az utasok teljes biztonsága érdekében elengedhetetlen lenne a rendőri kíséret bevezetése a hosszútávú vonatjáratokon.

Egy büntetett előéletű férfi támadt rá szombatra virradóra a Mariupol és Kijev között közlekedő vonat egyik fülkéjében Anasztaszija Luhovára, az Inter tévécsatorna műsorvezetőjére, akit kisfia jelenlétében megvert, majd meg akart erőszakolni, a nő csak a lélekjelenlétének köszönhetően tudott megmenekülni üldözőjétől – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál.
Luhova Kijevbe történt megérkezése után Facebook-oldalán tette közzé a horrorfilmbe illő történetét. Leírása szerint éjjel 3:00 óra körül egy férfi hatolt be alsónadrágban a vonatfülkébe, amelyben a kisfiával utazott. A támadó becsukta az ajtót, majd ütni és fojtogatni kezdte a nőt az ágyhoz szorítva. A gyermek a zajra felébredt és kiabálva kérte az idegent, hogy ne üsse az anyját. A férfi a hangra megfordult, és ütést akart mérni a gyermekre, de a nőnek sikerült kivédenie a csapást, majd megígérte a férfinak, hogy mindent megtesz, csak hagyja békén a fiát. Ezt követően a nő megkérte, hogy várjon, amíg a gyermek elalszik, mire a merev hímtagú férfi levette alsónadrágját és simogatni, csókolgatni kezdte a lábát. Luhova ekkor azt javasolta, hogy menjenek át a férfihez, hogy a gyerek semmit ne lásson, mire az lepedőt tekert magára és magával vitte a fülkéjébe, ahol az asztalon egy sárgadinnye volt, amelyből kés állt ki. A nő megijedt, hogyha ellenáll vagy kiabál, akkor támadója leszúrhatja.
A férfi ledobta magáról a lepedőt, és molesztálni kezdte a nőt, amikor a gyerek hangosan felsírt, és az anyját szólítgatta. Luhova megkérte támadóját, hogy hadd nyugtassa meg a gyerekét, mert mindenkit felébreszt a kocsiban. A férfi elengedte, de megfenyegette, hogy amennyiben nem tér vissza, utánamegy és az még rosszabb lesz. A nő berohant a fülkéjébe és a gyerekkel mezítláb a vagon utaskísérőjének kabinjához szaladt, hogy segítséget kérjen, de az aludt és semmit nem tett, mire tovább futottak a másik kocsiba nyomukban a meztelen férfival. Ott Luhova ordítani kezdett, és dörömbölt minden fülke ajtaján, mire az ottani utaskísérő a védelmükre kelt. Értesítette a vonatfőnököt, aki utasítást adott az agresszív férfi őrizet alatt tartására, amíg a szerelvény meg nem érkezik Kijevbe, hogy átadhassák a rendőröknek.
Az ügy pikantériája, hogy a vonat utaskísérői a botrány és a felelősségre vonás elkerülése érdekében pénzt ajánlottak Luhovának a hallgatásáért. Időközben az is kiderült, hogy a háromszorosan büntetett előéletű támadó, az 1975-ben Zaporizzsjában született Vitalij Rudzko jegy nélkül utazott a vonaton, és már induláskor megpróbálta rábeszélni az utaskísérőt, hogy az ő fülkéjében helyezze el a nőt és a gyereket, azt állítva, hogy egy család tagjai. A hatóság a férfit két hónapra őrizet alá helyezte óvadék ellenében történő szabadlábra helyezés lehetősége nélkül.

Заявник повідомив, що у будинку на момент злочину перебувала його 18-річна донька. Оперативно прибувши за викликом, поліцейські встановили, що близько 9:00 ранку, до приватного будинку у селі Циганівці проник невідомий. Озброєний пістолетом чоловік, погрожуючи зброєю, незаконно заволодів наявною в будинку готівкою у сумі близько 50 тисяч гривень та втік з місця злочину. За описом дівчини, зловмисник був у темному спортивному костюмі, масці та рукавичках. Також, з її слів, у нього був спільник, який привіз нападника.Працівники кримінальної поліції Ужгородщини одразу ж склали орієнтування та розпочали пошуки зловмисників. Невдовзі у мікрорайоні Горяни поліцейські помітили чоловіка схожого за описом на нападника. Побачивши правоохоронців, останній почав утікати через поле. Двоє поліцейських переслідували його півтора кілометри та у підсумку затримали. У цей час оперативники Головного управління поліції Закарпаття спільно з колегами з району, встановили місце перебування спільника, який дочікував свого товариша в машині у попередньо визначеному місці.Особи фігурантів встановлено. Йдеться про 29-річного жителя села Розівка Ужгородського району та 40-річного мешканця обласного центру Закарпаття. Обидва неодноразово судимі за вчинення майнових злочинів. Наразі поліцейські затримали чоловіків у порядку статті 208 КПК України та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.За фактом злочину слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 187 Кримінального кодексу України, тобто розбій, вчинений групою осіб, із погрозою застосування насильства та поєднаний з проникненням у житло. Під час огляду у фігурантів виявлено та вилучено зброю, гроші та залізний ломик.За скоєне затриманим загрожує до 12 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
