Erősen mérgező, májkárosító hatásairól ismert a metanolként vagy metil-alkoholként ismert vegyület, amitől az iráni média híradásai szerint már közel 300-an meghaltak, legalább 1000-en (köztük gyerekek is) pedig megbetegedtek.
Tették mindezt úgy, hogy az iszlám köztársaságban törvény tiltja az alkoholfogyasztást, ráadásul a valós számok még ennél is magasabbak lehetnek: egy, az iráni egészségügyi minisztériumnak segítséget nyújtó orvos az Associated Pressnek azt mondta pénteken, hogy a halálesetek a 480-at is elérhetik, a megbetegedések pedig a 2800-at is meghaladhatják.
A metanolról a közösségi médiában terjedt el Iránban, hogy hatásos lehet (nem az!) a koronavírus-fertőzés ellen, az országban ugyanis meglehetősen nagy a bizalmatlanság a vezetők felé, amióta a kormány nem kezelte a megfelelő súllyal a Covid-19-et annak felbukkanásakor.
„Más országoknak csak egy problémával, a koronavírus-járvánnyal kell szembenézniük. De nekünk két fronton is harcolnunk kell. […] Egyszerre kell kikúrálnunk az embereket az alkoholmérgezésből, és küzdenünk a vírus ellen” – nyilatkozta Huszejn Hassanian, az iráni egészségügyi minisztérium tanácsadója. Az iráni közösségi médiában elterjedt üzenetekben az az állítás jelent meg újra és újra egy februári cikkre hivatkozva, hogy egy brit tanár és mások is felgyógyultak a koronavírusból whiskyvel és mézzel, majd valahogy ez keveredett azokkal az üzenetekkel, hogy az alkoholos kézfertőtlenítők is védenek a vírus ellen, és ebből többen tévesen (!) azt a következtetést vonták le, hogy ha magas alkoholtartalmú folyadékot visznek be a szervezetükbe, akkor az elpusztítja a koronavírust a szervezetükben. A metanolfogyasztás Huzisztán és Fársz tartományban emelte meg elsősorban az elhalálozások számát.
Iránban már több mint 32 ezer megbetegedést igazoltak, több mint 2300-an pedig életüket vesztették a betegségben – ezekkel az adatokkal Iránt érinti a legsúlyosabban a koronavírus-járvány az egész közel-keleti régióban. Ráadásul a nemzetközi szakértők attól tartanak, hogy az iráni vezetés esetleg kevesebb igazolt esetet jelent be, mint amennyi a valós szám. Az iráni kormány elrendelte, hogy a metanolgyártók színezzék be mesterséges színezékkel a termékeiket, hogy a lakosság meg tudja különböztetni az etanoltól, amit például fertőtlenítőszerként is használnak.
A koronavírus nagyobb százalékban mérsékelt tüneteket okoz a fertőzötteknél, mint amilyen a láz vagy a köhögés, és körülbelül két-három hét alatt ki lehet jönni belőle, írja az Associated Press. A gyengébb, sérült immunrendszerű személyeknél azonban, mint amilyenek az idősek vagy a krónikus megbetegedésekben szenvedők, sokkal komolyabb következményekkel is járhat.

Mentõegységek dolgoznak egy Boeing 737-es típusú ukrán utasszállító repülõgép roncsdarabjainál az iráni Sahriár város közelében 2020. január 8-án, miután a légi jármû hajnalban lezuhant 167 utassal és 9 fõs személyzettel a fedélzetén, kevéssel a teheráni Khomeini Imám repülõtérrõl történt felszállás után. Ukrajna ragaszkodik ahhoz, hogy megkapja a Teherán mellett lelőtt ukrán utasszállító repülőgép feketedobozait abban az esetben, ha Iránban nem sikerül kinyerni a rajtuk lévő információkat – jelentette ki Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök egy vasárnap este sugárzott tévéinterjúban.
Az államfő az 1+1 ukrán televíziónak adott nyilatkozatában elmondta: az iráni fél felajánlotta, hogy ukrán szakértők vegyenek részt a helyszínen a katasztrófában megrongálódott, a gép repülési adatainak, illetve a pilótafülkében elhangzott beszélgetések rögzítésére hivatott feketodobozok dekódolásában, s az ukrán szakértők hétfőn el is utaznak Iránba.
Zelenszkij ugyanakkor emlékeztetett: korábban az ukrán szakértők véleménye az volt, hogy az iráni laboratórium technikailag nem alkalmas a súlyosan sérült adatrögzítőkből az adatok kinyerésére.
Zelenszkij emlékeztetett továbbá arra is, hogy az iráni elnök utolsó megbeszélésükkor biztosította afelől: amennyiben nem sikerül kinyerniük megfelelően az adatokat a feketedobozokból, átadják őket Ukrajnának. „Az iráni elnök a szavát adta nekem, hogy bármilyen tárgyat, bizonyítékot megosztanak velünk, és elvihetjük a feketedobozokat is. Ezért úgy gondolom, hogy ha a szakembereink odarepülnek, felhatalmazással kell rendelkezniük arra, hogy amennyiben hiányosan dekódolják a feketedobozokat, akkor elhozhassák őket” – jelentette ki az ukrán elnök.
Az ukrán nemzetközi légitársaság Teheránból Kijevbe tartó járata január 8-án zuhant le nem sokkal felszállás után. A tragédiában 176-an vesztették életüket. Irán eleinte ragaszkodott ahhoz, hogy a gép balesetet szenvedett, majd pár nappal később beismerte, hogy a Forradalmi Gárda légvédelme lőtte le a gépet tévedésből.
Január 19-én Haszan Rezaifár, az iráni polgári repülési szervezetnek a balesetek kivizsgálásáért felelős igazgatója kijelentette, hogy – a korábbi hírekkel ellentétben – Irán egyelőre nem adja át sem Ukrajnának, sem Franciaországnak a katasztrófában megsérült feketedobozokat, hanem megpróbálja előbb saját maga megnyitni és leolvasni az adatokat róluk.
Kijev ezt megelőzően több ízben kérte Irántól, hogy adja át neki a feketedobozokat, jelezve, hogy Kijevben is van olyan speciális laboratórium, mint Franciaországban, amelyben képesek megnyitni a súlyosan megrongálódott adatrögzítőket. Az iráni bejelentés után Kijev ismét közölte, hogy tovább konzultál Teheránnal a feketedobozok ukrán szakértőknek való átadásáról.

katasztrófát, Teherán beismerte, hogy a Forradalmi Gárda légvédelmi egysége
lőtte le a gépet, de nem szándékosan.
A
katasztrófa után két héttel beismerte azt is, hogy két, rövid hatótávolságú,
orosz gyártmányú TOR-M1 légvédelmi rakétával lőtték le a gépet.
Arról azonban eddig még nem érkeztek hírek, hogy az iráni hatóságok bárkit is felelősségre vontak volna a történtek miatt.

média szombati híradásai szerint az izraeli látogatásán tartózkodó Volodimir
Zelenszkij ukrán elnök azt mondta egy tévéinterjúban, hogy már a tragédia utáni
napokban tudta, hogy a katasztrófa legvalószínűbb oka rakétatalálat volt, de
szilárd bizonyítékok hiányában erről nem beszélhetett nyilvánosan.
Szavai
szerint a hír hallatán azonnal felkereste az ukrán áldozatok hozzátartozóit, és
közölte velük, hogy százszázalékos biztonsággal mondhatja, hogy nem műszaki
hiba, és nem a személyzethez tartozó hozzátartozóik tévedése vezetett a
katasztrófához.
Oroszország 2017-ben adott el Iránnak 29 darab TOR-M1 rövid hatótávolságú légvédelmi üteget. A fegyvereket még a Szovjetunióban fejlesztették ki repülőgépek és irányított rakéták lelövésére. Lánctalpas járműre szerelték, amely radart és nyolc rakétát szállít. A TOR hatótávolsága 12 kilométer, és legfeljebb 6 kilométeres magasságban repülő célpontok lelövésére alkalmas.

Folytatódnak a konzultációk Kijev és Teherán között arról, hogy adják át ukrán szakértőknek az Iránban lelőtt ukrán utasszállító feketedobozait, de a tárgyalások “nehezek és feszültek” – közölte vasárnap Olekszij Danyilov, az ukrán Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára.
“Az információhiány, a témával kapcsolatos manipulációk, a nem ellenőrzött információk terjesztése jelentősen bonyolítja a tárgyalási folyamatot, és negatívan befolyásolhatja annak hatékonyságát” – figyelmeztetett a tisztségviselő a védelmi tanács sajtószolgálata által nyilvánosságra hozott közleményében.
Felszólította az ukrán és a külföldi sajtót, hogy kiegyensúlyozott és felelősségteljes álláspontot alakítson ki a feketedobozok Ukrajnába szállításának kérdésében.
“Nyomatékosan felszólítom a médiát, hogy a feketedobozok visszaszolgáltatásának kérdésében az ukrán szervek hivatalos információit használja fel, amelyeket a hatóságok az iráni oldallal elért megállapodásoktól függően fognak a rendelkezésükre bocsátani” – fogalmazott Danyilov.
Haszan Rezaifár, az iráni polgári repülési szervezetnek a balesetek kivizsgálásáért felelős igazgatója vasárnap kijelentette, hogy – a korábbi hírekkel ellentétben – Irán egyelőre nem adja át Ukrajnának a feketedobozokat, amelyek a gép repülési adatait, illetve a pilótafülkében elhangzó beszélgetéseket hivatottak rögzíteni, hanem megpróbálja előbb saját maga megnyitni és leolvasni az adatokat róluk. “Ha nem sikerül, további lehetőségként felmerül még Ukrajna és Franciaország, de eddig még nem született döntés arról, hogy más országba küldjük őket” – tette hozzá az IRNA iráni állami hírügynökség jelentése szerint.

– Kijev többszöri kérése után végül mégiscsak Ukrajnának
adja át elsőként elemzésre. Előtte még Irán Franciaországba
akarta küldeni arra hivatkozva, hogy ott rendelkeznek a súlyosan
megrongálódott adatrögzítők alapos vizsgálatához szükséges
eszközökkel. Kanada is ezt szorgalmazta.
Az ukrán fél viszont közölte, hogy ők is rendelkeznek olyan speciális laboratóriummal, ahol képesek kinyitni a megrongálódott adatrögzítőket. Ezt követően közölte szombaton Tasznim Haszan Rezaifár, az iráni polgári repülési szervezetnek a balesetek kivizsgálásáért felelős igazgatója, hogy megpróbálják kinyerni az adatokat a feketedobozokból Kijevben – Franciaország, Kanada és az Egyesült Államok szakértelmének felhasználásával –, és ha ez nem sikerül, akkor küldik az adatrögzítőket Franciaországba.

Irán Ukrajnába küldi a málthéten véletlenül lelőtt ukrán utasszállító repülőgép feketedobozait – jelentette szombaton a Tasznim félhivatalos iráni hírügynökség egy helyi légügyi tisztségviselőre hivatkozva.
„Megpróbáljuk kinyerni az adatokat a feketedobozokból
Kijevben Franciaország, Kanada és az Egyesült Államok szakértelmének
felhasználásával” – idézte a Tasznim Haszan Rezaifárt, az iráni polgári
repülési szervezetnek a balesetek kivizsgálásáért felelős igazgatóját. Ha ez az
erőfeszítés nem jár sikerrel, akkor a feketedobozokat Franciaországba küldik –

Iránt, hogy küldje Franciaországba a repülőgép feketedobozait, mert ott

Az ukrán főügyészi hivatal szintén pénteken közölte: azzal a
kéréssel fordultak Iránhoz, hogy adja át az ukrán szakértőknek a MAU ukrán

beszélgetéseket hivatottak rögzíteni.

Két rakétát is kilőttek a ukrán repülőgépre a The New York Times jelentése szerint, mely egy újonnan előkerült biztonsági kamera videofelvételére hivatkozva.
A lap szerint a felvétel hiteles, és arról tanúskodik, hogy a két rakétát 30 másodperces különbséggel lőtték ki a repülőgéptől mintegy 10-12 kilométernyire lévő iráni katonai támaszpontról.
A videót a Bid Kaneh iráni rakétabázishoz közeli egyik épület tetején lévő biztonsági kamera rögzítette, és kedden egy iráni felhasználó tette fel a YouTube videomegosztó csatornára. A férfit kedden – az iráni félhivatalos hírügynökség jelentése szerint – őrizetbe vették.
Az újonnan előkerült felvétel magyarázatot ad arra, hogy a gép transzpondere, válaszjeladója miért állt le másodpercekkel a második rakéta becsapódása előtt. Az eddigi információk egyetlen rakétáról, feltételezhetően a másodikról szóltak.
A The New York Times emlékeztetett rá, hogy egyik korábbi elemzése már alátámasztotta azt, amit Teherán később be is ismert: hogy tudniillik iráni rakétatámadás érte az ukrán gépet. A lap akkor közölte azt is, hogy a transzponder leállt azelőtt, hogy a rakéta becsapódott. Az újonnan előkerült videofelvétel azonban igazolja a feltevést, miszerint az első csapásmérés tönkretette a radart, mielőtt – 23 másodpercre rá – becsapódott a gépbe a második rakéta is.
A lap elemzése szerint a repülőgép egyik rakéta után sem zuhant le azonnal. Az új video azt mutatja, hogy az első rakétatámadás után a gép kigyulladt, de megfordult és a teheráni repülőtér felé vette útját. Percekkel később robbant fel és zuhant le.
A lap idézte Amir Ali Hadzsizadeh parancsnokot, az iráni Forradalmi Gárda légierejének egyik vezetőjét, aki szerint a rakétákat a Bid Kanehnél lévő rakétabázisról lőtték ki.
Az ukrán gép fedélzetén 176 ember volt. A tragédiát senki sem élte túl.

Irán közleményben közölte, hogy az Egyesült Államokkal szemben kialakult feszült helyzetben a hadseregük a legmagasabb fokú készültségben volt, és a Teheránból felszálló ukrán gép a Forradalmi Gárda elitalakulat egyik „kényes katonai központja” felé fordult, emiatt ellenséges gépnek nézték. A felolvasott dokumentum szerint az iráni hadsereg bocsánatot kér a tragédia okozásáért, és fogadkozik, hogy tökéletesíteni fogja légvédelmi rendszerét a hasonló hibák elkerülésére. Hozzátették, hogy bíróság elé állítják azokat, akik felelősek a repülőgép lelövéséért.

Irán az ukrán gép lelövése előtt néhány órával ballisztikus rakétákkal megtámadott két olyan támaszpontot Irakban, amelyet az amerikai erők és szövetségeseik használnak. Ez megtorlása volt annak, hogy az amerikai erők január 3-án dróntámadásban megölték Bagdadban Kászim Szulejmáni iráni tábornokot.
A hadsereg közleményének beolvasása után Dzsavád Zaríf iráni külügyminiszter a következőket írta a Twitteren: „Szomorú nap volt ez. Emberi hiba történt egy olyan válságban, amelyben az Egyesült Államok kalandorsága katasztrófához vezetett. Mélységesen sajnáljuk, bocsánatot kérünk, és részvétünket nyilvánítjuk népünknek, az áldozatok családtagjainak és a többi érintett országnak”.
Majd Haszan Róháni elnök is közleményt írt a Twitterre: „Az Iszlám Köztársaság mélységesen sajnálja ezt a katasztrofális és megbocsáthatatlan hibát. Együtt imádkozom az összes gyászoló családdal, és őszinte részvétemet nyilvánítom nekik”. Egy másik üzenetben megerősítette, hogy az ügyben folytatódik a nemzetközi vizsgálat.
Napokig tagadták a rakétatámadást
Irán napokig tagadta, hogy rakétatalálat érte volna az ukrán repülőgépet. Az Egyesült Államok és Kanada azonban közölte: hírszerzési értesüléseik szerint valószínű, hogy Irán lőtte le az utasszállítót.
A gépen 167 utas és a kilenctagú ukrán személyzet utazott. Az utasok közül az ukrán diplomácia által megadott első adatok szerint 82 volt iráni, 63 kanadai, 10 svéd, négy afgán, három német és két brit. Kanada pénteken pontosította ezt, közölték, hogy nem 63, hanem 57 kanadai volt a gépen, de változatlanul igaz, hogy az utasok közül 138-an átszállással Kanadába mentek volna.
