Az eset Szeklencén történt. Egy ittas férfi beült egy VAZ 2107 típusú járműbe, mely nem az ő tulajdona, s megpróbált vele elmenekülni a helyszínről.
A járműtulajdonos időben észrevette a történteket, így segítségével a hatóságoknak sikerült rövid időn belül letartóztatni a tettest. A 31 éves királyházi férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, s mint kiderült, már korábban is meggyűlt a baja a hatóságokkal lopások miatt.
Az ügyben eljárást indítottak, a tettesre akár 8 év börtönbüntetés is várhat – írja a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.

Október 3-án délelőtt a járőrök felfigyeltek egy Ford típusú járműre, mely az árokba hajtott. Az eset Nagyláznál történt, az M-06 autóúton.
A helyszínen lévő sofőr a rendőröknek elmondta, hogy elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett és egy kerítésnek ütközött. Az okmányok ellenőrzése közben észrevették, hogy a járművezető ittas állapotban van, azonban alkoholszint-vizsgálatot nem volt hajlandó elvégeztetni.
Az ügyben eljárás indult, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

A baleset szeptember 11-én történt Szinevéren. A hatóságokhoz bejelentés érkezett egy férfitől, aki elmondta, hogy egy benzinkút közelében egy halott kislányra bukkant, akit valószínűleg elgázoltak.
A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik kiderítették, hogy a 13 éves kislányt egy piros Mercedes Vito ütötte el, a sofőr azonnal elmenekült a helyszínről.
A rendőrségnek sikerült letartóztatni a tettest, egy 22 éves alsókalocsai fiatalt, aki mint kiderült, ittas állapotban ült volánhoz. Jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban van.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

Az ítélethozatal napján, kedden a kaliforniai autópálya-rendőrség nyilvánosságra hozta a baleset utáni rendőri intézkedésről készült, a járőrautó kamerája által rögzített felvételeket. Ezekből az MTI szerint kiderült, hogy Paul Pelosi a baleset után a jogosítványa mellett egy rendőröket segítő szervezet kártyáját is átadta az intézkedő járőröknek. A 11-99 Alapítvány rendőröket támogat és ösztöndíjat biztosít gyermekeik számára.
Az értékelések szerint a felvétel alátámasztja a rendőrségi jelentésben szereplő állítást, ami a részegség „objektíven” megállapítható jeleiről szólt. A baleset után Pelosit letartóztatták, az alkoholteszt megállapította, hogy vérének alkoholtartalma 0,082 százalék volt, ami két ezrelékkel magasabb a megengedettnél.
A bírósági eljárás kezdetekor több kormányzati érdekvédő szervezet is felszólította a bíróságot, hogy ne alkalmazzon semmiféle „kivételes elbírálást” a képviselőházi elnök férjének ügyében.
Nancy Pelosi házelnök nem kommentálta az ítéletet, hivatala úgy fogalmazott, magánügyről van szó.

Július 18-án este bejelentés érkezett a hatóságokhoz. A férfi elmondta, hogy 12 éves lányát, aki kerékpáron haladt az úton, elgázolta egy Skoda sofőrje, a kiskorút a helyszínről kórházba szállították.
Az operatív csoport megállapította, hogy a jármű volánjánál egy 50 éves helyi lakos ült, aki ittas állapotban vezetett. Vérében 2,6 promille alkoholszintet mutattak ki.
Az orvosok sípcsonttörést állapítottak meg nála, szerencsére nincs életveszélyben. A járművezetőt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, az ügyben tart a büntetőeljárás.

A helyszínre kiérkező rendőrök megállapították, hogy a Skoda Superb sofőrje nem tartotta be a biztonságos követési távolságot és összeütközött egy Skoda Fabiaval – írja a megyei járőrszolgálat.
Az okmányok ellenőrzése során a rendőrök észrevették, hogy a balesetet okozó sofőr ittas állapotban van. A szonda 1,68 promille alkoholszintet mutatott ki, ami a nyolcszorosa a megengedettnek.
Az ügyben tart az eljárás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

Az eset a megyeszékhelyen történt. A baleset pillanatát a térfigyelő kamerák is rögzítették.
A rendőrök éjszakai járőrözés közben 2 óra körül hívást kaptak a Minaji utcában történt baleset miatt. A helyszínen a sofőrrel folytatott beszélgetés közben a rendőrök megállapították, hogy a férfi egy Mercedes típusú gépkocsival a Minaji utcán haladt a városból kifelé vezető úton. A sofőr elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett, és nagy sebességgel áthajtott a körforgalom virágágyásán.
A járőrök a sofőr okmányainak ellenőrzése során észrevették, hogy a járművezető ittas állapotban van. A férfi azonban nem volt hajlandó elvégezni a vizsgálatot. A szabálysértőre ittas járművezetés és közlekedési szabálysértés miatt protokollt állítottak ki.
