Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) megkezdte a kórházak és klinikák ellen elkövetett orosz háborús bűnök dokumentálását – írja az Euronews. A WHO vészhelyzeti igazgatója, Mike Ryan, illetve főigazgatója, Tedrosz Adhanom Gebrejeszusz szombaton Kijevbe látogatott, sajtótájékoztatójukon pedig azt mondták: eddig 200 olyan esetet találtak, ahol Oroszország egészségügyi intézményekre támadt.
Ryan szerint a kórházak szándékos támadása sérti a nemzetközi emberi jogokat, és a vizsgálatok alapján egyértelműen háborús bűnnek minősül. Hozzátette: a támadások dokumentációja és kivizsgálása folyamatosan zajlik, és bíznak abban, hogy az ENSZ és a Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság is meg fogja állapítani az oroszok bűnösségét.
Volodimir Zelenszkij csütörtökön egyébként azt mondta, közel 400 egészségügyi intézményt támadtak meg az oroszok február 24. óta. Tedrosz Adhanom Gebrejeszusz a szombati sajtótájékoztatón kiemelte, hogy a WHO az ukrán emberek oldalán áll, és mielőbbi békére szólította fel Oroszországot. Az Euronews hozzáteszi, egy csütörtökön megszerzett javaslat szerint jövő héten úgy dönthetnek a WHO tagállamai, hogy bezáratják a szervezet moszkvai irodáját, illetve felfüggeszthetik Oroszországot az Egészségügyi Világszervezet vezetőségében.

Az ukrán hadvezetés szombaton bejelentést tett egy orosz hadihajó megsemmisítéséről a fekete-tengeri Kígyó-sziget térségében. Szerhij Bracsuk, az odesszai katonai közigazgatás sajtófőnöke a Telegramon nyilvánosságra hozott egy videót a Szerna típusú partraszálló kilövéséről.
Ukrán újságírók előző nap már beszámoltak róla, hogy a térségben megtámadtak egy orosz fregattot, amely kigyulladt. Az értesülést hivatalosan nem erősítették meg. Az nem tisztázott, hogy ugyanarról a hajóról van-e szó, amelynek elsüllyesztéséről most beszámoltak.
A fekete-tengeri orosz flotta legalább két fontos hajót veszített az ukrajnai háború kezdete óta. Egy partraszállót Bergyanszk kikötőjében süllyesztettek el egy rakétával március végén, a flotta zászlóshajója, a Moszkva pedig április közepén gyulladt ki a Kígyó-sziget közelében.

Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök közölte, hogy Mariupolban az orosz agresszió következményében az épületek 95%-a megsemmisült.
„Rendkívül nehéz a helyzet Mariupolban. Ahogyan a polgármester is mondta: ha van a földön jelenleg pokol, az Mariupolban van. Ott az épületek 95%-a, beleértve a lakóházakat is, megsemmisült. Az Azovsztal továbbra is körbe van véve, területén harcok folynak. Az orosz csapatok megpróbáltak áttörni és behatoltak a gyár kerületébe” – mondta el.
Hozzátette azonban, hogy az ukrán katonák hősiesen helyt állnak az acélműben. A napokban sikerült az evakuáció is, s 156 civil lakost kimenekítettek a gyárból.
Elmondta, hogy egyelőre nincs pontos információjuk arról, hogy a városban hány civil áldozata van a háborúnak. Azonban összevetve a helyzetet azokkal a területekkel, amelyeket sikerült újra ellenőrzésük alá venni, az elhunytak száma több tízezer is lehet.
