Több mint 260 civil vesztette életét Ukrajnában taposóaknák és más robbanóanyagok miatt a 20 hónapja dúló háború kezdete óta – közölte az ukrán vezérkar a Telegrammon.
A kijevi vezetés becslései szerint mintegy 174 ezer négyzetkilométeren – vagyis nagyjából az ország területének harmadán – lehetnek elszórva aknák és más veszélyes harceszközök darabjai.
Eddig legkevesebb 571 ember sebesült meg aknákkal, illetve a harcok következtében hátrahagyott egyéb veszélyes robbanószerkezetekkel kapcsolatos több mint 560 incidens során. Az ilyen balesetek nagyjából negyede mezőkön történt.
Több mezőgazdasági termelő kockázatokat kénytelen vállani azzal, hogy megpróbálja megművelni földjeit olyan térségekben, ahol aknaveszély áll fenn.
Az ukrán belügyminisztérium tájékoztatása szerint legutóbb Mikolajiv megyében szerdán egy azonosítatlan robbanószerkezetre hajtott egy traktor, aminek következtében ketten megsebesültek.
„Egyiküknek amputálni kellett mindkét lábát, a másik a kivizsgálását követően megtagadta, hogy kórházba szállítsák” – tette hozzá a tárca szintén a Telegramon.
Ukrajnának égető szüksége van utászokra. Jelenleg mintegy háromezer aknamentesítő szakembere van, de további hétezer kell még a teljes aknamentesítéshez – közölte Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök a Szuszpilne közszolgálati hírportálnak nyilatkozva. Hozzátette, hogy ehhez nagyjából 37 milliárd dollárra lenne szükség, amit Kijev nemzetközi partnereinek segítségével szeretne előteremteni.

A jelentés szerint „A Oroszország Ukrajna elleni teljes körű fegyveres agressziójának kezdete óta 559 ember szenvedett különböző súlyosságú sérüléseket, 261-en pedig meghaltak aknák és robbanószerkezetek detonációja következtében.” A közlemény megállapította, hogy a sérültek között 68 az életüket vesztettek között pedig 14 a gyermek.
A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata hangsúlyozta, hogy most már mezőn, erdőben, erdősávban, bokrok között vagy vizekben is lehet robbanásveszélyes tárgyakkal találkozni, elsősorban azokon a területeken, ahol aktív harcok folytak. A robbanószerkezeteket sokszor közönséges hétköznapi eszközöknek álcázzák, beleértve játékoknak vagy akár könyveknek. Ezért a katasztrófavédők a biztonsági szabályok betartására szólítanak fel mindenkit:

Senki ne kiránduljon erdőbe, ne menjen erdősávokba, mezőre, folyók ártereibe és más nyílt terekre, mindenekelőtt ott, ahol harcok folytak!

A brit Ambrey tengerbiztonsági vállalat információi szerint a hajó a romániai Sulina-csatorna bejáratának közelében futott tengeri aknára még csütörtökön este, de csak kisebb sérüléseket szenvedett és a legénység sem sérült meg. Az incidenst egy ukrán kormányzati forrás is megerősítette, hozzátéve, hogy „valószínűleg egy második világháborús aknáról vagy egy tavaly otthagyott aknákról lehet szó”.
Yoruk Isik, a Bosphorus Observer tanácsadó cég vezetője a Reuters megkeresésére elmondta, hogy a hajó a robbanásban a Kafkametler nevű hajó egyik ballaszttartálya sérült meg. A Kafkametler a MarineTraffic hajókövető weboldal csütörtök esti adatai szerint a Duna-csatornában vetett horgonyt az ukrajnai Vilkove terminál közelében.
Az incidensre azt követően került sor, hogy Oroszország júliusban visszalépett az ENSZ által támogatott gabonaegyezménytől, amely lehetővé tette Ukrajna számára, hogy gabonát szállítson egy biztonságos hajózási csatornán keresztül. Aknák és robbanásveszélyes tárgyak Ukrajnában már 246 civilt öltek meg, köztük 13 gyereket, és további 521 ember megsebesült (köztük 53 gyerek) – közölte sajtótájékoztatóján Oleh Suvarszkij ezredes, a Védelmi Minisztérium Aknaelhárítási, polgári védelmi és környezetbiztonsági főosztálya aknaelhárítási osztályának vezetője, akit az Ukrinform idéz.
„Tisztában vagyunk a problémával, és igyekszünk a lehetségesnél is többet tenni az aknaveszély megszüntetése érdekében. Jelenleg a minket kifejezetten a humanitárius aknamentesítés ügyében támogató országok koalíciójába tartozó nemzetközi partnerek konszolidált álláspontja egyértelmű és megingathatatlan. Ezért bírjuk támogatásukat, ami a modern technikai eszközökkel és speciális felszereléssel való ellátásunkat illeti” – hangsúlyozta Suvarszkij.
Elmondása szerint az egyik ilyen speciális technikai eszköz a mechanizált aknamentesítő gép. Napjainkban több mint 20 ilyen gépet használnak, amelyek aknák felrobbantására vagy megsemmisítésére szolgálnak. Ezeket a gépeket többek között Kijev, Csernyihiv, Szumi, Zsitomir, Harkiv, Mikolajiv és Herszon megyékben veszik igénybe a felszabadított területek aknamentesítésére és robbanásveszélyes tárgyaktól való megtisztítására. Ma a biztonsági és védelmi erők ilyen gépekkel végzik a villamos távvezetékek javítási és helyreállítási munkáit, az utak ellenőrzését és a mezőgazdasági területek megtisztítását a robbanásveszélyes tárgyak észlelésére való operatív reagálás során.

Az ukrajnába tartó, togoi zászló alatt hajózó SEAMA teherhajó legénysége szerda reggel robbanást észlelt a hajó mellett akkor. amikor az ukrán határ közelében megpróbáltak felhajózni a Dunán. A román hatóságok vizsgálatot indítottak az ügyben – Írja a Financial Times.
A teherhajó legénysége szerda reggel 6:50-kor lett figyelmes a robbanásra, percekkel azt követően, hogy elhagyták a romániai Sulina kikötőjét. A Duna deltájában, a Fekete-tenger partján fekvő kikötőváros alig pár kilométerre fekszik az ukrán határtól.
A román hatóságok azonnal aknaszedő hajót és búvárokat küldtek a környékre, illetve készenlétbe helyeztek egy helikoptert is. A seama 12 fős legénységét sértetlenül kimentették a hajóról.
Bukarest vizsgálatot indított az ügyben, Marcel Ciolacu román miniszterelnök szerint a legnagyobb valószínűsége annak van, hogy egy elsodródott tengeri aknával ütközött a teherhajó, de egyelőre nem lehet kizárni a balesetet sem.
Amennyiben valóban egy akna robbant fel a SEAMA mellett, úgy azt is nagyon nehéz lesz megállapítani, hogy ukrán, vagy orosz robbanószerkezet volt-e, mivel a környéken mind a két fél nagy számban engedett a tengerbe a fegyverekből.

Herszon megyében egy horgász orosz aknára lépett a folyóparton, elvesztette a lába egy részét – jelentette az RBK–Ukrajina a Herszon Megyei Katona Közigazgatásra hivatkozva.
Az eset az Inhulec folyó partján történt, Velika Olekszandrivka falu közelében. Ismeretes, hogy a 27 éves férfi orosz gyalogsági aknára, valószínűleg egy úgynevezett „sziromra” (пелюстка) lépett, amikor horgászhelyet keresett.
Az áldozat elvesztette lábának egy részét. A férfit a legközelebbi kórházba szállították és ellátták. Már nincs életveszélyben.
Herszon megye felszabadított területeinek lakóit arra kérték, hogy ne hagyják figyelmen kívül az aknaveszélyt, s ne látogassák a víztározókat, mezőket, erdősávokat és egyéb olyan helyeket, amelyeket nem vizsgáltak át a tűzszerészek.
A portál emlékeztet, hogy a harcok és a megszállás miatt Ukrajna területének egy része robbanásveszélyes tárgyakkal szennyezett. Egyes elemzők Ukrajnát a világ legelaknásítottabb országának nevezik.

Egy tejes autó és egy GAZ‒53 típusú teherautó alatt is akna robbant Mikolajiv megye Sirokei Területi Közösségében az elmúlt napokban – jelentette a korrespondent.net a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata Mikolajiv Megyei Főosztályának tájékoztatása alapján.
A GAZ‒53 típusú gépkocsi alatt Novopetrivka faluban robbant akna. A sofőr könnyebb sérüléseket szenvedett, orvosi segítségre nem volt szüksége.
A tejes autó egy Sztepove falu melletti földúton robbant fel. Az autóban ülő férfi és nő könnyebben megsérült, a kórházba szállítást elutasították.
Korábban jelentették, hogy Herszon megyében harckocsiaknára futott egy személygépkocsi, vezetője belehalt sérüléseibe.
