Megkezdődött a bírósági eljárás Benjámin Netanjahu izraeli miniszterelnök ellen korrupció, csalás és hivatali visszaélés vádjával vasárnap Jeruzsálemben. Izrael történelmében először fordul elő, hogy hivatalban lévő miniszterelnök ellen indult büntetőeljárás.
Az izraeli televíziók élő adásban közvetítették, amint Netanjahu bevonult a jeruzsálemi körzeti bíróság üléstermébe.
Netanjahu a bíróság épületében, a terembe való belépése előtt tartott beszédében – a mögötte felsorakozott Likud párti miniszterek előtt állva – ártatlalnságát hangoztatta és azzal vádolta meg a rendőrséget és az ügyészséget, hogy személye, a Likud párt, valamint a jobboldali kormányzás megbuktatására törekednek, ezért koholtak ellen mondvacsinált ürügyekkel vádakat.
Eközben a bíróság épületének közelében több száz híve – és kritikusa – tartott hangos tüntetést egymástól fémkordonokkal és rendőrökkel elválasztva – jelentette a Reuters.
A 70 éves politikust tavaly novemberben vádolták meg korrupcióval, többek között állítólag milliomos barátaitól kapott drága ajándékok és médiamágnások számára őt kedvező színben feltüntető anyagokért cserébe kijárt szabályozások miatt.

Az Ungvári Városi Bíróság nyomozó bírója elfogadta az ügyész által jóváhagyott nyomozói kérelmet, miszerint 60 napos őrizetbe veszik az Ungvár Városi Tanács városgazdasági főosztálya igazgatóját.
A gyanú – közel 470 000 UAH hűtlen kezelése az ungvári Posta tér felújítási munkálatai során. A nyomozó bíró által megállapított óvadék közel 1,5 millió UAH. Az óvadék kifizetése esetében a gyanúsítottra számos kötelezettség hárul: lakhelyelhagyási tilalom, útlevél letétbe helyezése stb. A hivatalnokkal szemben felmerült a gyanúja annak, hogy 2 bűntársaival együtt közel 470 ezer UAH-val becsülték túl a Posta tér felújításával kapcsolatos munkálatok költségeit. Az elvégzett munkáról szóló jegyzőkönyvek nagyságrendileg jóval nagyobb munkálatokról szólnak, mint ami a valóságban volt.
Az elkövetett bűncselekmények összesített összegében az önkormányzati gazdasági minisztérium igazgatójának cselekményei az ukrán büntető törvénykönyv 191. cikke 4. részének, 28. cikke 2. része és 366. cikke első része alapján minősülnek. Az elkövetett bűncselekményeket összesítve a városgazdasági főosztály igazgatójának cselekedetei az ukrán büntető törvénykönyv 191. cikkelye 4. részének alapján – nagy méretű idegen vagyon tisztviselő általi elsajátítása, előzetes csoportos összeesküvés révén, valamint a 28. cikkely 1. bekezdésének 2. része, 366.cikkely 1. része – hamis adatok közlése hivatalos dokumentumokban, egyéb hamisítás, előzetes csoportos megállapodása alapján minősülnek. Az előzetes nyomozást a Nemzeti Rendőrség kárpátaljai nyomozói végzik – tájékoztatott a Kárpátaljai megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálata.

Ausztriába próbált két migránst csempészni egy fiatal ukrán férfi. Az M1-es autópályán a budapesti rendőrök már vártak rájuk, ugyanis a nyíregyháziaktól fülest kaptak az embercsempészről. Igazoltatáskor a csempész két utasa hamis ukrán útlevet adott át, de a rendőrök tudták, hogy oroszok.
Tavaly ősszel, október 4-én, a budapesti rendőrök az M1-es autópályán megállítottak egy cseh autót a Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Migrációs Ügyek Osztályának jelzésére.
Egy ukrán férfi volt a sofőr, aki két migránsnak segített pénzért. Ausztriába kellett volna elvinnie őket, de az igazoltatáskor lebuktak. Két utasa más nevére kiállított ukrán útlevelekkel akarta magát igazolni. A rendőrök viszont tudták, hogy hazudnak és mindketten oroszok, akik Magyarország határát illegálisan lépték át.
A két határsértőt és a segítőjüket a szabolcsi nyomozók a megyei rendőr-főkapitányságra vitték és őrizetbe vették. A Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Migrációs Ügyek Osztályán a 25 éves ukrán sofőrrel szemben embercsempészés megalapozott gyanúja miatt indult nyomozás. A 44 éves és a 25 éves orosz migráns pedig közokirat-hamisítás megalapozott gyanúja miatt kerülhet bíróság elé.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a fiatal sofőr nem egyedül dolgozott, volt egy bűntársa is. A szabolcsi nyomozók már őrizetbe vettek egy 30 éves ukránt. Az út főszervezőjét, egy 36 éves ukránt viszont még keresnek európai és nemzetközi elfogatóparancs alapján. A Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság Migrációs Ügyek Osztályán befejezték a munkát, lezárták a nyomozást. Az ügy iratait vádelemési javaslattal küldték el az ügyészeknek.

Bíróság elé állítják azt a 29 éves poroskői (Порошково) férfit, aki felügyelet nélkül otthon hagyta gyermekeit, s ez idő alatt lánya életét vesztette szénmonoxid-mérgezésben.
Az információk szerint a
férfi bezárta egyéves lányát és kétéves fiát a családi házba, s elment
hazulról. Az apa jól tudta, hogy egyedül hagyja a gyermekeket, hiszen az
édesanyjuk nem sokkal ezelőtt figyelmeztette, hogy elmegy az üzletbe.
Míg a gyermekek magukra
maradtak, a házban tűz ütött ki. A tüzet valószínűleg egy gyertya okozta, mely
a kislány ágya közelében égett. A két kisgyermek nem tudott kiszabadulni a
házból, a kislány életét vesztette a tragédia napján.
Az ügyben folyik a
bíróságot megelőző vizsgálat, a nyomozás folyamatát az Ungvári Városi Ügyészség
perecsenyi kirendeltsége felügyeli – közölte a megyei ügyészség
sajtószolgálata.

Kiengedték a letartóztatásból a tavaly májusi dunai hajóbaleset ügyében megvádolt ukrán hajóskapitányt. A hírt megerősítette a budapesti főügyészség helyettes sajtószóvivője.
Rab Ferenc elmondta, a másodfokú bíróság megszüntette a
kapitány letartóztatását és elrendelte bűnügyi felügyeletét. Ez azt jelenti,
hogy a lakást nem hagyhatja el, csak engedéllyel, és nyomkövető eszközt kell
viselnie.
A szóvivő hozzátette: „ez a döntés az eddig is képviselt
szakmai álláspontjukkal ellentétes, jelenleg azonban az ügyészség az eljárási
eszköztárát kimerítette”.
2019. május 29-én a Viking Sigyn szállodahajó Budapesten, a
Margit híd közelében nekiütközött a Hableány sétahajónak, amely elsüllyedt. A
sétahajón 35-en voltak, 33 dél-koreai turista és a kéttagú magyar személyzet.

decemberben letartóztatták a kapitányt. Akkor ezt azzal indokolták, hogy ha a
vádlott Ukrajnába szökne, országa nem adná ki más államnak saját állampolgárát.
