Számos településen az ivóvíz-szolgáltatás megszakadt, és helyenként a mobiltelefonhálózat is akadozik.
Az érintett régiókban iskolai szünetet hirdettek.
A hó és a fák leszakadt ágai miatt több vidéki út járhatatlanná vált. Vasárnap Várna és Szófia között a vasúti közlekedés is megszakadt a megrongálódott vezetékek miatt.
Ideiglenesen le kellett zárni több átjárót is a Balkán-hegységben, a várnai repülőtéren töröltek több nemzetközi járatot, míg a szófiai repülőtéren a járatokat csak késve tudták indítani – írta az Independent.
Heves hóviharok tomboltak Romániában és Moldovában is, ahol egy ember meghalt és több száz település maradt áram nélkül.

Ketten életüket vesztették a hétvégén a Bulgáriára lesújtó heves viharokban, amelyek sok fát kidöntöttek, és áramszüneteket okoztak főleg a keleti tengerparti vidékeken. Oroszországban is súlyos károkat okozott a szélvihar.
Szombaton este Várnában egy 43 éves nő halt meg, amikor rádőlt egy fa. A helyszínre siető mentők közül is megsérültek ketten a leszakadó faágaktól.
Ezt megelőzően Szófiában egy 65 éves sofőr halt szörnyet az autójára rádőlő fa alatt, feleségét súlyos állapotban szállították kórházba. A főváros, Szófia környékén vasárnapra megnyugodott a helyzet, de Bulgária keleti részén továbbra is heves, 100 kilométeres sebességet is meghaladó széllökések tombolnak, és korbácsolnak fel a tengerparton akár ötméteres hullámokat is.
Várnában szükségállapotot hirdettek, a tengerparti üdülőváros és további nyolc környékbeli település lakosságát felszólították, hogy ne hagyja el otthonát.
A várnai polgármester közlése szerint a vihar áramszünetet okozott a város összes kerületében, és sokfelé kidőlt fák zárták el az utcákat.
A helyzetet tovább súlyosbította a havazás Bulgária északkeleti részén, ahol a hatóságok bajba jutott autósok tucatjaitól kaptak segélyhívást. Jelentős fennakadások keletkeztek a légi és a vasúti közlekedésben is. A viharos időjárás érinti Romániát is, ahol lezárták a hajóforgalom előtt a fekete-tengeri kikötőket.
Szibériában is ítéletidő tombol
Eközben Oroszországban, a Krasznojarszki terület 12 településén szintén szélvihar okozott fennakadásokat, mintegy 35 ezer ember maradt áram nélkül, de Szibéria más területein is súlyos károkat okozott az elektromos hálózatban a vihar – közölte vasárnap az orosz rendkívüli helyzetek minisztériuma.
A tárca szerint a vihar a Krasznojarszki területen hétfőn is folytatódik, emellett pedig tízfokos hirtelen lehűlés is várható. A kedvezőtlen időjárási körülmények miatt az autóbusz- és repülőjáratok késésére lehet számítani.
Az RBK hírportál szerint Krasznojarszkban a Rosszija légitársaság egy Superjet 100-as utasszállítója csak negyedik kísérletre tudott leszállni, miután fél órán át körözött a város felett.
Szibéria több más régiójában, az Altaji területen, az Altaj Köztársaságban, Hakaszföldön, valamint a Kemerovói és az Omszki területen is több tízezer fogyasztót érintő fennakadások keletkeztek az áramellátásában a vihar miatt. Az erős szél vezetékeket szakított el, és tartóoszlopokat döntött ki.
A kemerovói Novokuznyeckben, ahol a vihar két ember halálát és további hat sérülését okozta, szükségállapotot vezettek be. A városban 47 lakóház tetőszerkezete sérült meg, több mint kétszáz fa dőlt ki, valamint 30 gépkocsiban és a szociális infrastruktúra 45 létesítményében keletkeztek károk.

Napok óta tüntettek vasárnap útlezárásokkal bányászok és szénerőművek dolgozói Bulgáriában a tiszta energiákra való átállás ellen, amelynek keretében 2038-ig bezárnák a szénbányákat és a széntüzelésű hőerőműveket az országban.
A tüntetők továbbra sem hajlandók hallani a június eleje óta hivatalban lévő Nyikolaj Denkov miniszterelnök kormányának erre vonatkozó terveiről. Az ország délkeleti és délnyugati bányavidékén a demonstrálók képviselői elutasították a kormányfő Szófiába szóló meghívását – közölte Dimitar Manolov szakszervezeti vezető.
A pénteken kezdődött tüntetések ellenére a szófiai vezetés szombaton megküldte a környezetkímélőbb energiaforrásokra való átállás terveit az Európai Bizottságnak. Denkov azzal érvelt, hogy az erre vonatkozó szeptember végi határidőt teljesíteniük kellett, különben az ország milliárdos nagyságrendben veszített volna uniós forrásokat.
A pénzeket a kormány Bulgária három bányavidékének zöldenergiára történő átállására szánnák. A szakszervezetek szerint a 6,5 milliós országban nagyjából 120 ezer embert érintenének közvetlenül a szénbányák és szénerőművek bezárásai.
A tüntetők vasárnap is fenntartották négy fontos közlekedési útvonal blokádját Görögország és Törökország felé kilométeres torlódásokat okozva.

Drónt találtak ráerősített 82 milliméteres aknagránáttal a Fekete-tenger partján, Bulgáriában, Tyulenovo üdülőhely térségében – jelentette a bolgár rádió.
A bolgár védelmi minisztérium hétfőn közölte, hogy különleges egységet küldött a helyszínre, hogy hatástalanítsa a drónra szerelt aknát, amelyre vasárnap este bukkantak a tengerpart közelében húzódó a sziklákon. Nem tudni, hogy a drón a levegőből esett le, vagy a tenger sodorta partra.
Tyulenovo a román határtól 70 kilométerre délre fekszik, a Krím félszigettel szemközti fekete-tengeri partvidéken. Marian Zsecsev, a Tyulenovót magában foglaló Sabla város polgármestere a bolgár Nova TV-nek elmondta, hogy vasárnap éjjel, röviddel 22 óra után, helyi lakosoktól kapták a jelzést a drónról a 112-es rendőrségi hívószámon.
A rendőrség lezárta a területet, a közeli szálloda mintegy 30 vendégét evakuálta, és megtiltotta az éttermek és teraszok látogatását. A Nova.bg internetes oldal szemtanúkra hivatkozva azt írta, hogy a drón 3-3,5 méter hosszú volt, és egy tartály volt ráerősítve az aknagránáttal. A tűzszerészek a gránátot a helyszínen ellenőrzött módon felrobbantották.

Már legalább négy halálos áldozatról tudnak a bolgár hatóságok az országot sújtó szörnyű vihar után, amelyet a helyiek rémálomként emlegetnek.
Bulgária fekete-tengeri partvidékének déli részén egy nap alatt több hónapnyi csapadék hullott le. Az árvíz utakat és hidakat mosott el, autókat ragadott magával, és több települést elvágott a külvilágtól. A vihar Görögországban és Törökországban is óriási pusztítás okozott.
Bulgáriában kempingek is víz alá kerültek, az erős szél autókat és lakókocsikat sodort a tengerbe. A turistákat kimentették. Szinemorec üdülőtelepülésen összeomlott az áramellátás, Koszti falu lakóit pedig evakuálni kellett az ítéletidő miatt. A helyiek szerint rémálom, ami történik.
„Rengetegen halálra rémültek, egy nő a kempingből azt mondta, a lakókocsiban derékig ért a víz, úgy tartotta a gyerekeit. A mi szállodánkba hozták őket, mert nem volt hova menniük,” mondta egy helyi hotel vezetője.
Egy étteremtulajdonos pedig azt mondta, ők egy olyan menedék lettek a viharban, ahová hoztak mindent, ami menthető: gyerekeken kívül bőröndöket, takarókat is.
„Ha aludtunk volna, elvitt volna minket a tenger. Fürdőruhában ültünk, ez mindenünk, most pedig próbálunk menteni mindent, mert így csak senkik vagyunk,” mondta egy itt kempingező nő.
A hatóságok a helyi sajtó közlése szerint veszélyhelyzetet hirdettek Carevo városának térségében a Veleka folyó áradása miatt, és arra szólították fel a helyieket, hogy lehetőleg magasabban fekvő térségekben keressenek menedéket.
A bolgár kormányfő anyagi támogatást ígért az árvízkárosultaknak, a pénzt két hónapon belül mindenki megkapja. Nikolai Denkov azt mondta, a lakóépületekben keletkezett kár helyreállítását 300 ezer forintnak megfelelő levával támogatják, a sérült ingóságok pótlását pedig legfeljebb 500 ezer forintig lehet igényelni.
A bolgár Vöröskereszt konzervekkel és palackozott vízzel segíti a károsultakat. az esetlegen fertőzések miatt ugyanis a csapvíz fogyasztása nem ajánlott.
„A kitelepítetteket magánszállodákban szállásolták el, és az olyan kis településeken, ahol a polgármestereknek sikerült fedélt és támogatást nyújtaniuk a bajba jutott családoknak,” mondta a bolgár Vöröskereszt vezetője, Violaeta Radeva.
A károk felmérése még zajlik, de becslések szerint több milliárd forint értékű levába kerül majd a helyreállítás.

„A helyzet nagyon súlyos. Megerősítésünk van két halálesetről” – mondta Georgi Lapcsev carevói polgármester a BTV televíziónak.

A bolgár parlament oldalát a NoName057 orosz hackercsoport támadta meg. A hírt a Szvobodna Jevropa közölte. A bolgár parlament honlapja jelenleg elérhető.
A hackertámadás oka az volt, hogy Bulgária egy 100 páncélozott járműből álló tételt adott át Ukrajnának. Az információk szerint az év eleje óta mintegy 80 állami intézmény honlapja elleni támadást rögzítettek.
Bulgária az eddigi legnagyobb egyszeri katonai segélycsomagot küldte Ukrajnába, amely 100 páncélozott járművet tartalmaz a bolgár rendőrség készletéből, főként gyalogsági szállítójárműveket. Ez volt Bulgária első hivatalos döntése arról, hogy nehéz felszereléssel segítse Kijevet.
A katonai felszereléseket 40 éve vásárolták, de nem használták.
„Ez egy páncélozott katonai felszerelés, amelyet a reneszánsz idején vásároltak, és soha nem használtak. Ugyanakkor tárolási és karbantartási költségeket jelent. Az ukránok gondoskodnak arról, hogy ez a technológia hasznos legyen számukra” – közölte a bolgár kormány.

Pokolgépes merényletet kíséreltek meg hétfőn Ivan Gesev bolgár főügyész autókonvoja ellen – közölte Boriszlav Szafarov helyettes főügyész.
Mint mondta, senki sem sérült meg, de a hatóságok terrorcselekményként értékelik a Szófiától 50 kilométerre délre Szamokov városának határában történteket.
Szemtanúk öt méter magas lángoszlopról számoltak be, a robbantás helyén pedig egy 40 centiméter mély, három méter átmérőjű kráter keletkezett.
Szafarov szerint a robbanás egyértelműen az úttest és az arra elhajtó autók felé irányult. Hozzátette, hogy a pokolgép nemcsak három kilogramm trotilnak megfelelő robbanószerrel, hanem repeszekkel is megvolt töltve, és éppen akkor robbant fel, amikor a főügyész páncélozott terepjárója elhajtott mellette.
„Nyilvánvaló, hogy a robbanószerkezetet gyilkosságra, nem pedig megfélemlítésre szánták” – hangsúlyozta a főügyész helyettese, aki szerint egy szakszerűen előkészített merényletről van szó. Hozzáfűzte, hogy Gesev és vele utazó családtagjai csak csodával határos módon menekültek meg.
Bulgáriában két év alatt már öt parlamenti választást tartottak.
Gesevet 2019-ben választotta meg a Legfőbb Bírói Tanács a főügyészi posztra még Bojko Boriszov akkori miniszterelnök alatt. Boriszov ellenlábasai azóta több alkalommal is követelték Gesev távozását.
