У Чернігові трьох людей засипало зерном на елеваторі. Внаслідок нещасного випадку всі троє працівників підприємства загинули.

Близько 11:00 у Чернігові на території одного із підприємств під час розвантаження зерна з елеватора відбулося руйнування металевого конуса силосу. Внаслідок цього близько 100 тонн зерна висипалося.
Під завалами опинилися троє працівників підприємства. Рятувальники знайшли тіла людей, медики констатували смерть.
На місці інциденту працювали 39 бійців ДСНС та 6 одиниць спецтехніки. Обставини події з’ясовуються.

Фігурант забезпечував військовозобов’язаним незаконний перехід через кордон до Румунії. Така «послуга» коштувала 3000 євро з однієї особи.
Оперативники кіберполіції Чернівецької області встановили 26-річного мешканця обласного центру, який упродовж кількох місяців переправляв ухилянтів через кордон.
Після отримання оплати чоловік скеровував «клієнтам» через Інтернет інформацію про місце, час та спосіб перетину державного кордону.
Правоохоронці спільно з працівниками прикордонної служби викрили трьох чоловіків віком 20, 29 та 48 років, які скористалися послугами зловмисника та намагалися незаконно потрапити до Румунії, узгодивши оплату за вказані незаконні послуги – 3000 євро з особи. Двоє осіб здійснили передоплату, а 20 – річний громадянин зобов’язався сплатити обумовлену суму після перетину держкордону.
За допомогою мобільного додатку служби таксі фігурант із мобільного телефону 29-річного клієнта замовив послугу перевезення до прикордонного села, заздалегідь вказавши пункти відправлення та прибуття.
Слідчі відділення №3 слідчого відділу ЧРУП ГУНП в Чернівецькій області, за процесуального керівництва Глибоцького відділу Чернівецької окружної прокуратури, повідомили фігуранту про підозру за ч. 3 ст. 332 (незаконне переправлення осіб через державний кордон України) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавленням волі на строк до дев’яти років.

Служба безпеки України повідомила про затримання у ході багатоетапної спецоперації ще одного російського агента головного управління генерального штабу зс рф. Зловмисник збирав для окупантів розвіддані про місця розташування Сил оборони та об’єктів критичної інфраструктури у східних і західних регіонах України, йому повідомили підозру у державній зраді, вчиненій в умовах воєнного стану.
Зазначається, що росіян цікавили локації підрозділів СБУ і Держприкордонслужби, а також точні координати ключових мостів та електропідстанцій у Харківській області та на Буковині. Співробітники СБУ затримали агента рф у Чернівцях, коли він робив фото військового об’єкта.
За даними слідства, зловмисником виявився місцевий житель, який у 2021 році переїхав до Харкова і працював техніком з налаштування інтернету. Після початку повномасштабного вторгнення він почав активно поширювати прокремлівські наративи на власній сторінці у забороненій соцмережі „Одноклассники”, повідомили правоохоронці.
У лютому 2023 року на чоловіка дистанційно вийшов кадровий співробітник ГРУ, який запропонував негласну співпрацю на користь країни-агресора. Повідомляється, що перебуваючи у Харкові, агент виконував вказівки свого російського „куратора” щодо збору даних про дислокацію блокпостів та фортифікаційних споруд у місті. Крім того, додають у СБУ, він передавав окупантам геолокації місцевих енергооб’єктів.
„Невдовзі фігурант отримав нове завдання – повернутись до Чернівців під виглядом відвідування родичів. Хоча насправді метою „поїздки” було шпигування за обласним управлінням СБУ, прикордонним загоном та місцевим військкоматом. Також у центрі уваги зловмисника були транспортні мости регіону – їхні координати і система охорони”, – йдеться в повідомленні.

Правоохоронці викрили на Буковині підпільні нарколабораторії з виробництва амфетаміну. Щомісячний прибуток наркоділків становив у середньому 1 млн грн.
Про це повідомили у Державному бюро розслідувань.
За даними правоохоронців, в незаконному виробництві були задіяні 8 людей.
„На Буковині ділки реалізовували психотроп через дилерів та так звані „закладки”. В інших регіонах України через поштові відправлення, зокрема у районах, де ведуться бойові дії. Працівники Бюро виявили дві нарколабораторії за місцями проживання фігуратів та провели там обшуки. Було вилучено майже 4 тисячі доз амфетаміну, понад 40 літрів та майже 50 кг різноманітних прекурсорів. Також виявлено кілька десятків одиниць обладнання для виготовлення наркотику”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
В ході оперативних заходів правоохоронці виявили 5 активних членів угрупування. Одного з них затримали „на гарячому” під час збуту наркотичних засобів. Наразі робота триває та встановлюються всі канали продажу наркотичних речовин та надходження прекурсорів для їх виготовлення.
Усім учасникам угрупування оголосять підозру у незаконному виробництві та збуті наркотичних засобів у великих розмірах (ч. 2 ст. 307 КК України), що передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк до 10 років з конфіскацією майна.

Правоохоронці затримали підозрюваного в розбещуванні дітей, який убив у Чернівцях поліцейську.
Про це радник міністра внутрішніх справ Ростислав Смірнов повідомив у Фейсбуці.
„Тепер офіційно! Покидька, який розбещував дітей і вбив поліцейську в Чернівцях, затримано!”, — зазначив він.
За даними Смірнова, під час затримання зловмисник застосував зброю.
Як додала в Телеграмі Національна поліція, у відповідь на відкритий підозрюваним вогонь поліцейські теж застосували зброю.
Затриманий помер. Йому було 53 роки. Уродженець АР Крим, зареєстрований був у Житомирській області, повідомили в поліції.

Напередодні увечері патрульні зупинили Range Rover, пише Корреспондент.net.
„Під час спілкування інспектори помітили, що у водія є ознаки сильного алкогольного сп’яніння і просто вражаючий результат тесту на стан сп’яніння – 5,0 проміле”, – сказано у повідомленні.
При цьому допустимий вміст алкоголю в крові, коли ще можна керувати автомобілем, – 0,2 проміле. Більше 3,0 проміле вважається критичним станом та алкогольним отруєнням, а 5,0 – смертельна доза.

У Чернівцях скажена білка покусала двох людей. Через що у місті на карантині перебувають дві вулиці, ще одна та парк є зоною ризику.
Про це повідомляє прес-центр Чернівецької міської ради.
Зокрема, карантинні обмеження були накладені на вулицю Першотравневу та провулок Топорівський.
Також зоною ризику оголосили вулицю Садову та парк культури й відпочинку імені Шевченка.
Наразі через карантин здійснюються такі заходи:
- обстеження та щеплення тварин з прилеглих вулиць, аби ліквідувати вогнище сказу;
- проведення вимушеної дезінфекції в районі вилову та перетримки білки (кінний двір).
Як додають у міськраді, сама тварина померла, а потерпілі наразі проходять курс імунізації проти сказу.

Зі слів 44-річного постраждалого, під час руху на автомобілі Daewoo Lanos по одній із вулиць Чернівців, водій легковика Volkswagen декілька разів вистрілив у його транспортний засіб і поїхав у невідомому напрямку.
Правоохоронці попередньо встановили, що на перехресті у потерпілого виникла суперечка з водієм автомобіля Volkswagen Bora. Останній почав переслідувати Daewoo Lanos і під час руху стріляв по автомобілю.
В автівці заявника на той час перебувало троє дорослих і троє дітей віком 8, 14 і 15 років.
Порівнявшись із автомобілем потерпілих, зловмисник вистрілив у сторону вікон пасажирських дверей і поїхав з місця події. Внаслідок пострілів розбилося скло передніх і задніх пасажирських дверей справа. Ніхто з людей не постраждав.
