A mariupoli városi tanács legfrissebb jelentésében megosztotta, hogy a háború kezdete óta hány civil vesztette életét a várost ért orosz csapásokban: legalább 1582 civil vesztette életét Mariupolban.

Két, út mellé telepített bomba robbant egy tálibokat szállító jármű mellett a kelet-afganisztáni Nangarhar tartományban, Behsud városban. A tálib fegyveresek közül senki sem sérült meg.
A merényletért még egyetlen szervezet sem vállalta a felelősséget, de az Iszlám Állam gyakran hajt végre támadásokat a tálibok ellen, ami a terrorszervezet terjeszkedésére utal Afganisztánban.
