Tegnap este több mint öt órán keresztül tartott a légiriadó a Csernyihivi területen. Sajnos egy ellenséges Sahíd eltalálta a terület egyik létesítményét. Jelenleg 5963 fogyasztó van áramellátás nélkül – mondta Vjacseszlav Csausz, a Csernyihivi Területi Katonai Közigazgatás vezetője.
A katonai közigazgatás vezetője hangsúlyozta, hogy az áramszolgáltatók dolgoznak az áramellátás helyreállításán.

Csernyihivben 14 emelkedett a szerda reggeli orosz rakétatámadás halálos áldozatainak száma – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál Andrij Podorvanra, a Csernyihiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének tanácsadójára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Podorvan elmondta: „Sajnos a halottak száma 14-re nőtt. Több mint 60-an különböző fokú sérüléseket szenvedtek, köztük három gyerek. Több tucat gyerek került kórházba Csernyihivben, valamennyien megfelelő ellátást kapnak.” Hozzátette, hogy a városban folytatódnak a kutatási és mentési műveletek. Mint jelezte, vannak olyan eltűntek, akiket egyelőre nem sikerült elérni. „Az eltűnt személyekről vannak adataink, többek, akiket még nem értek el, úgy tudni, nem voltak messze a becsapódás helyétől. Van remény, hogy megtalálják őket” – tette hozzá.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség arról is beszámolt, hogy a támadás következtében életét vesztette a 25 éves Alina Mikolajec rendőrhadnagy. „Otthon volt betegszabadságon, amikor az ellenség rakétatámadást indított Csernyihiv sűrűn lakott lakónegyede ellen. Alina Mikolajec, a csernyihivi kerületi osztály járőrrendőrsége reagálási osztályának felügyelője volt, 2023 júniusa óta szolgált a rendőrségnél” – áll a közleményben.
Április 17-én reggel a megszállók három rakétacsapást mértek Csernyihivre, az oroszok Iszkandereket használtak. A becsapódás a város központi kerületében volt. Közvetlen becsapódás érte a szociális infrastruktúra épületét. Megrongálódott a kórház és a Csernyihivi Műszaki Egyetem központi épülete.

A jelentés szerint Csausz az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta, hogy a szerda reggeli orosz rakétatámadás halálos áldozatainak száma kilencre nőtt A sérültek száma meghaladja a húszat – tette hozzá.
Az Egészségügyi Minisztérium jelentése szerint hat sérültet szállítottak kórházba. „Egy egészségügyi intézmény épülete megrongálódott, a kórházban személyi sérülés nem történt. A mentőszolgálat munkatársai a helyszínen dolgoznak” – áll a közleményben.
Az orosz csapatok április 17-én három rakétacsapást mértek Csernyihivre. A rakéták a város központjában el civil infrastrukturális objektumokat találtak el. Az egészségügyi alkalmazottak feszített munkarendben dolgoznak, segítséget nyújtanak a sérülteknek.
Biztonsági okokból átmenetileg szünetel az áram-, gáz- és vízszolgáltatás a robbanások által sújtott terület környékén.
A Csernyihiv Megyei Vérellátó Központ véradásra szólított fel, mivel vérhiány lépett fel a rakétatámadás következtében.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség csernyihiv megyei főosztálya áldozatokat segítő központot hozott létre a városban.

Robbanás történt egy személyautóban kedd este Csernyihivben, a járműben tartózkodó férfi és nő a kórházban belehalt a súlyos sérülésekbe – közölte szerdán az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Csernyihiv megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a kórházban meghalt az a férfi és nő, akik az autójukban történt robbanás következtében súlyosan megsérültek Csernyihivben. Az eset oka kézigránát robbanása volt – számolt be a Szuszpilne tévécsatorna.
„A sofőr hasüregi szervei, mellkasa és agya sérült meg. Az agy nagy része károsodott. Megműtötték, de sajnos nem tudták megmenteni – közölte Valerij Csobityko, a Csernyihiv Megyei Kórház vezérigazgató-helyettese. Elmondása szerint a sérült sofőr atóniás kómában volt. Amint az orvos megjegyezte, ritka, hogy valaki élve kikerüljön ebből az állapotból.
Az autóban történt robbanás körülményeit a büntetőtörvénykönyv 414. cikkelyének 3. része (fegyverek, valamint másokra fokozott veszélyt jelentő anyagok és tárgyak kezelésére vonatkozó szabályok megsértése) alapján vizsgálják.
Az eset előzménye: február 13-án este robbanás történt egy Land Rover személygépkocsiban Csernyihivben.

Csernyihivben a rendőrség őrizetbe vett egy ügyvédnőt aki pénzért segített a hadköteleseknek elkerülni a mozgósítást a fegyveres erőkbe – számolt be kedden az rbc.ua hírportál a Csernyihiv megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrök dokumentálták a 36 éves ügyvéd illegális tevékenységét, aki szisztematikusan segített hadköteles korú férfiaknak a katonai szolgálatra alkalmatlan státusz megszerzésében. A gyanúsított az egyik egészségügyi intézmény katonaorvosi bizottsága tagjainak támogatását igénybe véve 6000-7000 dollár jogellenes juttatást kért a hadkötelesektől a szükséges iratok elkészítéséért.
A rendőrök a KORD különleges egység támogatásával őrizetbe vette a bűnöző ügyvédet, miközben 200 000 hrivnya kenőpénzt kapott azért, hogy egy-egy állampolgár átesett a katonaorvosi vizsgálaton amely katonai szolgálatra való alkalmatlanságot állapított meg.
Az őrizetbe vételkor további 8000 dollárt foglaltak le a gyanúsított autójából. A nyomozás során számos jogellenes tevékenység tényét dokumentálták. Az ügyvédnőt a gyanúsításról az alábbiak alapján tájékoztatták: ajánlat, ígéret vagy jogellenes juttatás tisztviselő általi elfogadása; az ukrán fegyveres erők és más katonai alakulatok törvényes tevékenységének akadályozása.
Folyamatban van a gyanúsítottal szembeni megelőző intézkedés megválasztása. Ugyancsak folyamatban van az illegális tevékenységekben részt vevő személyek azonosítására irányuló cselekmények.

A jelentés szerint a szerencsétlenség vasárnap délelőtt 11:00 óra körül Csernyihivben, az egyik vállalat területén történt, amikor a gabonának az elevátorból történő kirakodás közben átszakadt egy fémsiló fala. Ennek következtében mintegy 100 tonna gabona omlott a három dolgozóra.
A mentők már csak a munkások holttestét találták meg, az orvosok halottnak nyilvánították őket. A helyszínen a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálat 39 munkatársa és 6 egységnyi speciális eszköz vett részt a mentésben. A baleset körülményeit vizsgálják.

Az orosz megszállók szombaton ballisztikus rakétákkal támadták Csernyihiv központját, aminek következtében heten életüket vesztették, 117-en megsebesültek, köztük 10 gyermek – közölte Vjacseszlav Csausz, a Csernyihiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A megyevezető azt írta: „Az ellenség Csernyihiv központját lőtte. Valószínűleg ballisztikus rakétákkal. Maradjanok az óvóhelyen. Részletek később.”
Olekszandr Lomako, Csernyihiv megbízott polgármestere arról számolt be, hogy a támadásnak áldozatai voltak. Később hozzátette, hogy a halottakról is vannak információk. „A 15:25 órai állapotoknak megfelelően 117-en megsebesültek, heten meghaltak a Csernyihiv központját ért terrortámadásban.”
Korábban arról számoltak be, hogy több mint 10 gyermek van a sebesültek között. Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter szerint egy hatéves kislány súlyosan megsérült, az orvosok nem tudták megmenteni.
A szombati támadás következtében megrongálódott a drámai színház, a központi tér, a bíróság épülete, a Csernyihiv megyei közigazgatási hivatal épülete és más közintézmények, valamint üzletek.

Egy háromfős család vesztette életét szerdán Csernyihiv megyében, amikor Volkswagen személygépkocsijukkal vonat elé hajtottak egy vasúti átjáróban, az autóban utazó egy másik gyermeket súlyos sérülésekkel szállítottak kórházba – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrzaliznica Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
Az Ukrzaliznica közleménye szerint az autó vezetője figyelmen kívül hagyta a közlekedési szabályokat. A tiltó fény- és hangjelzés ellenére a vasúti átjáróba hajtott. Ennek következtében összeütközött a Csernyihiv–Nyizsin között közlekedő elővárosi vonattal. A baleset a Muravijka és Velikij Olijnik közötti pályaszakaszon történt.
Az előzetes információk szerint a baleset következtében az autót vezető férfi, egy nő és egy gyermek halálos sérüléseket szenvedett. Egy másik gyereket, aki szintén az autóban ült, mentő vitte el a helyszínről.
Amint az Ukrzaliznica közölte, a fény- és hangjelző berendezések az átkelőben megfelelően működtek.

Az információk szerint a hazaáruló a csernyihivi határőrszolgálat munkatársa. A tisztviselőt még a teljes körű invázió kezdete előtt beszervezte az FSZB egyik munkatársa.
Tavaly február 24. után az ellenség „aktiválta” a határőrt, hogy végezzen felderítő tevékenységet az országban. Az agresszort mindenekelőtt harci utasítások és intézkedési tervek érdekelték. Az információkat egy Telegram-csatornán továbbította az FSZB embereinek.
A határőrt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, az ügyben nyomozást indítottak.
