Egy Missouri állambeli tanárnőt azzal vádolnak, hogy több diákját is megerőszakolta, majd később alkoholt, kábítószert és pénzt ajánlott nekik, hogy a brutális cselekedetről hallgassanak.
A 30 éves Carissa Jane Smith tanári állását arra használta fel, hogy kiskorú fiúkat csábítson el – írta a Pulaski megyei seriffhivatal közleménye alapján a Breitbart.
Több áldozat is arról számolt be, hogy a tanárnő – aki egyébként férjezett és gyermekei is vannak – „pénzt, marihuánát és alkoholt adott a szexért cserébe”, közölte a rendőrség.
A bűncselekmények a vádlott lakóhelyén és a természetben történtek. Az egyik áldozat azt mondta a rendőrségnek, hogy középiskolás volt, amikor Smith meztelen fotókat kezdett küldeni magáról neki, egy másik áldozat pedig azt mondta, hogy arra kényszerítette, hogy szexeljen vele. Amikor a fiú panaszkodott neki, hogy amit tettek az törvénybeütköző, akkor a tanárnő pénzt ajánlott neki. Egy másik incidens során az áldozat azt állította, hogy marihuánát fogyasztottak a tanárnővel és utána történt az erőszak.
„Tudjátok, hogy erről nem beszélhettek senkivel!”
Az erőszakos esetek 2023 augusztusában kezdődtek, és egészen 2024 szeptemberéig tartottak ‒ még azután is, hogy a nő felmondott az iskolában ‒ írta a New York Post. A tankerület az év elején értesült a vádakról, a vizsgálat jelenleg is folyamatban van.
Az áldozatok száma egyelőre nem tisztázott.
A tanár ellen többszörös nemi erőszak, szodómia, szexuális visszaélés, gyermekekkel való szexuális kereskedelem és a büntetőeljárás akadályozása miatt indult eljárás, jelenleg a megyei büntetés-végrehajtási intézetben tartják fogva 250 ezer dolláros óvadék ellenében – közölte a seriffhivatal.

Pakisztánban az utóbbi napokban helyenként zavargássá fajuló tüntetések zajlottak az ország egyetemein egy diáklány megerőszakolásáról szóló hírek nyomán, Ravalpindiben csütörtökön 250 aktivistát állítottak elő rendzavarás címén – közölte a pakisztáni rendőrség az X-en.
A megmozdulásokat egy, a közösségi médiában megjelent hír váltotta ki, miszerint Lahor városának egyetemén egy biztonsági őr megerőszakolt egy diáklányt. Mariam Naváz, Pandzsáb tartomány miniszterelnöke a helyi Geonews hírtelevíziónak adott nyilatkozatában azonban álhírnek nevezte az információt.
Mohammad Afzal rendőrségi szóvivő szerint Ravalpindiben a hatóságok könnygázt is kénytelenek voltak bevetni a közlekedést akadályozó tüntetők ellen.
A rendőrségi fellépésben legalább 28-an megsérültek. A hatóságok szóvivője szerint a diákok felgyújtottak egy tantermet.
A szintén Pandzsáb tartománybeli Gudzsrat városában szerdán egy biztonsági őr vesztette életét a tüntetők és biztonsági erők összecsapásában. A rendőrség az ügyben elfogott egy gyanúsítottat.
Szintén a hatóságok kezére került egy férfi, akit álhírek terjesztésével és diákok erőszakra uszításával gyanúsítanak.
Pakisztánban nem ritkák a nőket érő szexuális bántalmazások, az áldozatok társadalmi megbélyegzéstől tartva gyakran nem is jelentik az eseteket.

Odesszában péntek délután egy férfi és egy nő megvert egy rendőrjárőr nőt, amikor katonai behívót akart átadni a férfinak – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az Odessza megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrök a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) megállítottak egy KIA típusú autót, hogy ellenőrizzék a vezetőjének a katonai nyilvántartási adatait. Azonban kiderült, hogy a férfi több éve nem ment át katonaorvosi vizsgálaton, ezért behívót akartak átadni neki, de nem volt hajlandó átvenni, és a 43 éves testvérét hívta segítségül. Ekkor – mint a rendőrség írta – a férfiak konfliktust provokáltak, amibe egy 42 éves járókelő nő is beavatkozott.
„A rendőrök testkameráival készült videofelvétel megtekintése után megállapították, hogy egy 43 éves férfi a rendőrnőt lábánál fogva lerántotta a földre, egy 42 éves nő pedig többször megütötte a rendőrnőt, a fejét is beleértve” – közölte a rendőrség. Az érintett férfi kiszaladt az úttestre és lefeküdt, ezzel akadályozva az autók mozgását. A járőr megverése miatt előzetes nyomozás indult. A nőt és a férfit őrizetbe vették. Jelenleg a gyanúsítás bejelentését készítik elő.
Ezzel egy időben a 43 éves férfival és a 42 éves nővel szemben kisebb garázdaság, valamint a rendőri felszólítással szembeni ellenszegülés miatt közigazgatási jegyzőkönyvet vettek fel. A férfi közigazgatási szabálysértési határozatot is kapott (a közlekedési szabályok miatt).

Eljárás indult az ilosvai kórház egyik orvosa ellen, akit azzal vádolnak, hogy megerőszakolta eszméletlen állapotban lévő betegeit.
Mint kiderült, 10 áldozatról van szó, mindannyian férfiak. Az információk szerint ők értesítették a rendőrséget. A tettes jelenleg éjszakai házi őrizetben van.
Az orvos egészségügyi szereket alkalmazott, hogy a páciensek eszméletlen állapotba kerüljenek, megerőszakolta őket, és telefonjával fotót és videót is készített a történtekről. A felvételeket telefonján őrizte, s hozzárendelte őket az áldozatok telefonszámához.
Az orvos véletlenül bukott le, az egyik kolléga vette észre. Ő is feljelentést tett a rendőrségnél.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a vizsgálatok tartanak. Munkatársai elmondták, hogy 30 éve dolgozik a kórházban, soha nem vettek észre hasonlót, mindig csendes és nyugodt természetű személy volt.

Megtámadtak Indiában egy spanyol házaspárt, akik motorkerékpárokkal utaztak át Ázsián és blogot vezettek. A nő elmondása szerint heten erőszakolták meg, férjét pedig megverték.

Körülbelül öt évvel ezelőtt a pár ambiciózus célt tűzött ki maga elé: körbe akarják utazni a világot motorkerékpárokkal. Instagram-oldalukon olvashatjuk, hogy már 66 országban jártak, 170 ezer kilométert megtéve.
Az utazók már megtették a Spanyolországtól Pakisztánig tartó távolságot, útban voltak Banglades felé, és a tervek szerint Nepálba is el akartak látogatni. Indiában tartózkodtak, amikor a tragédia történt.
A pár egy távoli helyen vert sátrat Jharkhand Dumkánál. A bloggerek szerint ott támadták meg őket ismeretlenek március 2-án éjjel.
A 28 éves utazó elmondta, hogy hét férfi erőszakolta meg, 64 éves párját pedig megverték.
Az áldozatoknak sikerült felvenniük a kapcsolatot a járőrökkel, és helyi idő szerint hajnali 2 körül szállították őket a helyi kórházba.
Az utazókat egy állami vendégházban helyezték el. Eközben a bűnüldöző szervek tisztjei nyomozást indítottak, március 3-án, vasárnap három gyanúsított őrizetbe vételéről tájékoztatták a közmédiát.
A támadás felháborodást váltott ki a közösségi médiában, rávilágítva a szexuális erőszak veszélyére Indiában.
David Joseph Wolodzko amerikai író és újságíró azt írta, hogy „a szexuális agresszió mértéke, amelyet több éven át Indiában élve tapasztalt, semmihez sem hasonlított”.
Az író viszon kijelentette, hogy szereti Indiát, „mindig is az egyik kedvenc helye lesz a világon”, de azt tanácsolta a nőknek, hogy ne menjenek oda egyedül.

A Barbecue ragadványnevet viselő bűnöző, aki több bűnszervezet szövetségét vezeti, közölte, hogy célja Haiti rendőrfőnökének és kormányának túszul ejtése, valamint Ariel Henry, Haiti ügyvivő miniszterelnöke hazatérésének megakadályozása. Henry pénteken Nairobiban írt alá megállapodást, amely lehetővé teszi egy ezerfős kenyai rendőri kontingens Haitire telepítését a bűnbandák elleni küzdelem támogatására.

Spanyolországban is egyre forróbb a helyzet
Barcelonától Pamplonán át Madridig mindenütt tiltakoznak az uniós környezetvédelmi szabályok, adók és bürokrácia miatt, illetve kifogásolják, hogy az EU-n kívülről – például Marokkóból vagy Ukrajnából – behozott agrártermékekre nem vonatkoznak a szigorú előírások.
Madridban botokkal és könnygázzal oszlatta fel a rendőrség az egyik tüntetést – írja a Magyar Nemzet. A mezőgazdasági dolgozók és teherszállítók egy csoportja az Atlético Madrid stadionja mellett gyűltek össze azzal a szándékkal, hogy az M-40 es autópályára vonuljanak, és elzárják a forgalom elől.
Miután néhányan megpróbálták átugrani az út és a stadion között húzódó kerítést, a rendőrség erőszakkal szorította vissza az egyre dühösebb tüntetőket. A helyszínen készült felvételeken hallani lehet, hogy a megmozdulás résztvevői a szocialista kormányt szidják. Egyikük a magasba emeli darabokra tört megafonját

Egyre több az erőszakos összetűzés a gazdák és a rendőrök között
A tiltakozók úgy vélik, hogy a rendőri fellépés túlságosan agresszív volt velük szemben. Az EFE hírügynökség információi szerint többen is megsérültek.
A hatodik napja tartó demonstrációkon amellett, hogy követelik az uniós agrárpolitika egyszerűsítését és észszerűsítését, a spanyol kormány ellen is mozgósításokat szerveznek. Egyebek mellett méltányos árakat, kevesebb bürokráciát, a történelmi aszály okozta károk elhárítását követelik Pedro Sánchez miniszterelnöktől is.

Ciudad Realban szintén összetűzés alakult ki a gazdák és a rendőrök között, miután megpróbálták traktorokkal blokkolni a belváros forgalmát. Az itt tüntetők egyik csoportja 25 ezer liter francia bort eresztett ki egy kamionból az illetékes hatóság épülete elé, hogy így tiltakozzon a spanyol kormány vízügyi politikája ellen. A gazdálkodók szerint a vízforrások nem kielégítő védelme, kezelése és elosztása, valamint a megfelelő öntözőrendszerek hiánya ugyanis jelentősen hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az országot második éve sújtó aszály miatt az átlagosnál is súlyosabb károkat kell elszenvedniük.
A gazdák nem hátrálnak meg
A tüntetések kezdete óta már 31 embert vettek őrizetbe Spanyolországban és több mint 8400 főt büntettek meg. A mezőgazdasági dolgozók azonban nem hátrálnak meg, sőt.
A szombati, erőszakos madridi összecsapás után abban állapodtak meg a teherszállítókkal, hogy jövő héttől országos szintű, határozatlan idejű sztrájkba kezdenek.

Rendőrök tüntettek szerdán Port Moresbyben, Pápua Új-Guinea fővárosában, mert minden előzetes bejelentés nélkül csökkentették a fizetésüket. A demonstráció utcai zavargásokba torkollott, a tüntetők üzlethelyiségekben garázdálkodtak, illetve felgyújtották azokat, a rendbontásban többen életüket vesztették – közölte Powes Parkop, a főváros kormányzója szerdán.
Port Moresbyben „opportunisták” fosztogatták az üzleteket, miután elszabadultak az indulatok – mondta a kormányzó az FM100 rádiónak adott interjúban, és példátlannak nevezte a szerdai eseményeket a szigetország történelmében. „Ennek még ma este véget kell vetni” – hívta fel a figyelmet Parkop, aki szerint a város könnyen irányíthatatlanná válhat a rendőrség nélkül.
A rendőrök annak hatására hirdettek sztrájkot szerdára, hogy észrevették: a megszokottnál kevesebb fizetést kaptak. A kormány tagadta a közösségi médiában terjedő híreket, miszerint új adót vetettek volna ki a rendőrökre, és a kormányfő kijelentette, hogy orvosolni fognak minden olyan adminisztratív hibát, amely a fizetéscsökkenést okozta.
Az PNG Post Courier helyi lap értesülései szerint a tüntetők felgyújtották a parlament őrségének egyik épületét is, és megfenyegettek több tűzoltót, akik éppen a munkájukat végezték. A zavargások megállítása érdekében vidékről vezényeltek rendőröket Port Moresbybe – közölték hivatalosan.
A csendes-óceáni szigetországban tavaly jelentősen megugrott az erőszakos bűncselekmények száma, aminek hatása van az ország gazdaságára is. James Marape miniszterelnök szerint ahhoz, hogy az ország bányaiparába bevonzzák a külföldi befektetéseket, először fokozni kell a közbiztonságot.

Az ukrán nyomozó hatóságok vizsgálatot indítottak egy videofelvétel ügyében, amelyen egy férfit ütlegelnek Csernyivci városi hadkiegészítő parancsnokságának a helyiségeiben – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint rendvédelmi szervek arról tájékoztattak, hogy a hadköteles férfi veréséről készült videót ma több Telegram-csatornán is megosztották, de maga az incidens 2022. július 20-án történt. Másnap a rendőrség eljárást és nyomozást indított. 2023 augusztusában az ügyet átadták a DBR-nek.
A nyomozás részeként a hatóságok vizsgálják a hadkiegészítő biztosok és a rendőrök tevékenységét. Az adott esetben a megvert férfi csak könnyű sérüléseket szenvedett. A DBR hangsúlyozta, hogy a videofelvételen szereplők személyazonosságát megállapították. Jelenleg folyik a gyanúsítás előkészítése a hadkiegészítő parancsnok és a rendőrség alkalmazottai ellen. Akár 12 év börtönt is kaphatnak.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy ma, október 9-én egy videót kezdtek terjeszteni az interneten, amelyen a hadkiegészítő parancsnokság alkalmazottai megvertek egy férfit a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ helyiségében. Később a csernyivci területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ bejelentette, hogy hatósági vizsgálatot indítanak az ügyben.
