Részben összeomlott egy bérház a lengyelországi Rybnik városában. A mentősök kutyákkal kutatnak a romok alatt rekedt emberek után.
A baleset egy 19. században épült bérházban történt – írja a dziennikzachodni.pl. Az épületben felújítási munkákon és egy új étterem kialakításán dolgoztak. A homlokzat és a mennyezet egyharmada omlott össze, közölte az állami tűzoltóság egyik vezetője.
A baleset csütörtökön fél egy körül történt. A felújítást végzó építési vállalat szerint senki sem tartózkodott az épületben a baleset idején, mert ahogy hallották a recsegéseket, mindenki kiszaladt.
A helyszínre sietett nyolc tűzoltóbrigád és egy helikopter is, hogy megbizonyosodjanak arról: valóban senki sincs a romok alatt. Hét embert evakuáltak a szomszédos lakásokból. A potenciális törmelék alá szorulókat kutyákkal is keresik.

Június 10-én Odesszában leomlott egy négyemeletes lakóház fala. Az omlás kárt tett egy gázcsőben. A hírt a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) Odessza megyei kirendeltsége közölte.
Azt, hogy hol rongálódott meg a gázcső, még a délutáni órákban nem tudták, így nem is kezdhették meg a törmelékek összetakarítását. Az 1912-es építésű házba 37 személy volt bejelentve, azonban ténylegesen csak 24-en lakták. Az összeomlás után minden személyt kimenekítettek az utcára.
Az esetben egy személy és 4 lakás is megsérült, a lakókkal a DSZNSZ pszichológusai foglalkoznak. Az omlás pontos okát még nem tisztázták. Az épület építészeti emlékműnek számít, azonban nem szerepelt a veszélyeztetett objektumok listáján.

Vasárnap éjszaka Pakisztán Karacsi városában összeomlott egy lakóépület. A szerencsétlenségben két ember meghalt, tizenhárman pedig megsérültek.

A szerencsétlenség Lyariban történt, mely Karacsi legsűrűbben lakott területe. A sérülteket kórházba szállították, míg a mentőcsapatok további lehetséges túlélőket keresnek a törmelékek között. A keresésben mentőkutyák is részt vesznek. A vékony utcák és a zsúfolt terek azonban nehezítő körülménynek számítanak, és a hatóságok a környező épületeket is veszélyesnek ítélték meg – írja a Breakingnewspak.com.
A lakók korábban értesítést kaptak az épület állapotáról, ennek köszönhetően sok lakás üres volt a baleset idején – olvasható az en.baaghitv.com oldalon. Állítólag a ház összeomlása előtt újabb repedés jelent meg az épületen, ezért több ember is kiürítette a lakását.
