Експерти припускають, що жінка запанікувала і сама розстебнула кілька елементів страхового спорядження, що й призвело до падіння.
Для розслідування вилучили кріплення, в якому переправлялася жінка, та її одяг. Слідство з’ясовуватиме, чи правильно було закріплене обладнання і що саме сталося.
Жінка була марокканкою, але давно жила в Італії. Того дня з нею були її племінниці, які без пригод перетнули долину на цьому ж тролеї перед нею.
Директор компанії, яка обслуговує атракціон, каже, що це перший інцидент з 2011 року, й за цей час тролеєм скористалися понад 200 тисяч людей, тому він шокований нещасним випадком.

В ніч проти неділі, 1 травня, у китайській провінції Гуандун стався обвал частини швидкісної магістралі, унаслідок чого загинули щонайменше 36 людей, ще 30 госпіталізовані.
Про це пише Xinhua.
Зазначається, що станом на ранок 2 травня кількість жертв внаслідок обвалу зросла до 36 людей.
Натомість кількість постраждалих не змінилася й на стаціонарному лікуванні продовжують перебувати 30 людей, чий стан стабільний і життю яких ніщо не загрожує.
Як повідомляв CCTV, день інциденту під завалами виявили 18 автомобілів. Загалом тоді йшлося про 49 постраждалих, зокрема було підтверджено смерть 19.
Також повідомляється, що серед транспортних засобів, які опинилися в зоні події, не було автобусів, вантажівок з небезпечним вантажем та інших великогабаритних машин. Ділянка траси, що повалилися, має довжину близько 17,9 метра і займає площу близько 184,3 кв. м.
Наразі на місці події працюють екстрені служби, залучено понад 500 людей.

Міст Francis Scott Key Bridge в американському місті Балтімор (штат Меріленд) обвалився після того, як в нього врізався вантажний контейнеровоз.
Про це повідомляє Daily Mail.
Сам інцидент на 2,7-кілометровому мосту стався близько в ніч на 26 березня приблизно об 01:30 за місцевим часом.
Поки що повідомлень про постраждалих не надходило, але на момент аварії на мосту були помічені автомобілі.
The New York Times зазначає, що в міст врізалося вантажне судно Dali під прапором Сінгапуру.
MarineTraffic, платформа, що займається відстеженням суден і морською аналітикою, показала, що однойменний контейнеровоз під прапором Сінгапуру зупинився прямо під мостом у вівторок вночі.
Також, за даними сайту, Dali розпочав рух із Балтімора о першій годині ночі та прямував до Коломбо, Шрі-Ланка.
Сам міст, який був названий на честь Френсіса Скотта Кі, автора американського національного гімну «The Star-Spangled Banner», відкрили у 1977 році.

«Літак Іл-76 розбився в Іванівській області при заході на посадку. За попередніми даними, він упав на території цвинтаря в районі села Богородське, неподалік аеродрому. На борту було 12 людей. Борт наполовину зруйновано. Наразі відбувається пожежа», – написав канал BAZA.
Пізніше з’явилася інформація про те, що літак Іл-76, який впав в Іванівській області, здійснював навчальний політ.
За даними BAZA, він злетів із російського аеродрому «Північний» і пробув у повітрі кілька хвилин. Під час розвороту у літака спалахнув двигун.
«За попередніми даними, пілот намагався дотягнути до аеродрому, але коли зрозумів, що не зможе це зробити, став відводити літак від житлових забудов. Після цього літак упав у лісосмузі в районі цвинтаря. На борту знаходилося, попередньо, 12 людей», – сказано в повідомленні.
Як уточнили російські РІА Новини, на борту перебували вісім членів екіпажу та семеро пасажирів.

Американські та японські водолази виявили уламки і останки членів екіпажу літака ВПС США Osprey, який розбився минулого тижня біля південно-західного узбережжя Японії.
Про це повідомляє Kyodo news, передає Укрінформ.
У понеділок у водах на південному заході Японії виявлено основну частину літака Osprey, і п’ять тіл загиблих членів екіпажу.
Деякі уламки літака були зібрані місцевою береговою охороною і рибалками та передані американським військовим для експертизи.
За інформацією Associated press, представники японської берегової охорони заявили, що серед знайдених уламків є частини літака і надувний рятувальний пліт, але немає нічого, що може бути пов’язано з причиною катастрофи, наприклад, двигун.
Командування Сил спеціальних операцій ВПС США заявило, що останки загиблих знаходяться на стадії ідентифікації, а їхні особи ще не встановлені.
„Повернення військовослужбовців додому та недоторканність приватного життя родин і близьких, які постраждали від цього інциденту, залишається головним пріоритетом Командування спеціальних операцій”, – йдеться в заяві.
У суботу американські військові ідентифікували першу і поки єдину підтверджену жертву, це старший сержант ВПС США Джейкоб Галліхер.

За попередніми даними, аварія на вугільній шахті Суанджанг гірничодобувної компанії Longmay Suangjasan у провінції Хейлунцзян сталася внаслідок обвалу породи приблизно о 14:40 за місцевим часом.
Рятувальні роботи були завершені, але розслідування причин аварії триває.
Хоча загалом заходи безпеки в китайській гірничодобувній промисловості останніми роками покращилися, цей інцидент свідчить про те, що нещасні випадки зі смертельними наслідками і надалі трапляються регулярно.

В Індії вже понад тиждень безуспішно намагаються звільнити робітників, які опинилися під завалами внаслідок обвалу автомобільного тунелю. Наразі реалізується новий план.
У штаті Уттаракханд на півночі країни 12 листопада 41 чоловік опинився в пастці в тунелі шосе, що будується. Обвалилося приблизно 150 метрів із траншеї завдовжки 4,5 кілометра. Працівники перебувають у безпеці, через трубу їм передають продукти та медикаменти, зокрема антидепресанти й вітамін С. Точна причина обвалу наразі невідома, але в гірському регіоні регулярно відбуваються зсуви.
Рятувальники спочатку прокладали отвір через уламки горизонтально, але в п’ятницю зламався бур. Роботи призупинили до прибуття нового інструмента. За словами Бхаскара Хулбе, який відповідає за операцію, знадобиться щонайменше чотири-п’ять днів, перш ніж можна буде повідомити гарні новини. Раніше речник рятувальних груп заявив, що під землею достатньо повітря, але під час проведення робіт руйнуються нові ділянки стін.
Біля входу в тунель знаходяться рідні та друзі працівників, які впадають у дедалі більший відчай, оскільки деякі з робітників захворіли.
На місці події чергують медики та перебувають у готовності 10 машин швидкої допомоги.

Залізничні аварії – звичне явище в Індії. Щороку повідомляється про більш ніж одну масову трагедію. Уся залізнична мережа потребує капітального ремонту. Крім того, частина смертельних аварій стається через людські помилки та неуважність.
Телеканал NDTV повідомляє, що внаслідок останньої залізничної катастрофи вже є 13 загиблих, 40 людей зазнали травм. Інцидент стався в Андхра-Прадеш. У неділю ввечері пасажирський потяг проїхав на заборонний сигнал, а потім врізався в інший потяг.
Спочатку повідомлялося про 9 загиблих, але пізніше їхня кількість зросла. З огляду на те, що було травмовано так багато людей, жертв може стати більше.
Наразі влада проводить розслідування обставин аварії.
Попередньо встановлено, що причиною трагедії стала людська помилка. Майже п’ять місяців тому в Індії відбувся аналогічний інцидент з трьома потягами, унаслідок чого загинуло понад 280 пасажирів.

Американський літак розбився під час військових навчань на території австралійського острова Мелвілл. На його борту перебували 23 військовослужбовці
Про це пише The Guardian.
Поліція встановила, що літак Boeing MV-22B Osprey упав під час спільних навчань Австралії та Філіппін. Згідно з попередніми даними, під час інциденту на борту перебували 23 військовослужбовці Сполучених Штатів, а члени сил оборони Австралії не були залучені.
На місце аварії направили рятувальний гелікоптер CareFlight і поліцію. Одну людину доставили до лікарні Дарвіна в критичному стані, ще двоє перебувають у стабільному стані.
Прем’єр-міністр Австралії Ентоні Альбаніз заявив, що це був трагічний випадок.
„Міністерство оборони дуже активно реагує на інциденти та забезпечує надання будь-якої підтримки та допомоги в цей момент”, – сказав він.
Зазначається, що зараз в місті Дарвіні, що знаходиться поруч, дислокується близько 150 морських піхотинців США.
