A lengyel–orosz árukereskedelmet feltérképező ukrán újságírókat tartóztattak le Lengyelországban, és kiutasították őket az országból.
Őrizetbe vették Lengyelországban a Rayon in UA hírügynökség két újságíróját, miközben az orosz–lengyel határ tehervonatforgalmát vizsgálták. Az őrizetbe vétel oka a lengyel hatóságok szerint az volt, hogy az újságírók túl sokáig fényképezték és videózták a kritikus infrastruktúrát, nevezetesen az orosz cseppfolyósított gázzal közlekedő vagonokat.
„[…] A lengyel rendőrség őrizetbe vett és lefoglalta a vagyonunkat, nem értesítette a konzult, nem engedte, hogy Ukrajnát hívjuk, a Belbiztonsági Ügynökség pedig Lengyelország nemzetbiztonságát veszélyeztető személyeknek nevezett és kiutasított minket” – mondta Jurij Konkevics újságíró az ukrán Pravda újságnak.
Jurij Konkevics szerkesztőt és Olekszandr Piliuk videóst március 7-én vették őrizetbe, miközben rögzítették az Oroszországi Föderáció Kalinyingrádi Területe és a Lengyel Köztársaság közötti tehervonatok határátlépését. Konkevics szerint azért utaztak Lengyelország északi részébe, az Oroszországi Föderáció Kalinyingrádi Területének határáig, hogy megnézzék, hogyan áramlik még mindig Oroszországból a gáz és a gabona Lengyelországon keresztül Európába. Mint mondta, nem láttak ellenőrzőpontokat és tiltakozó lengyel gazdákat sem, láttak viszont rengeteg orosz vasúti kocsit.
Azt is közölték, hogy a rendőrök március hetedikén vették őket őrizetbe, és a beleegyezésük nélkül kutatták át az újságírók autóját. Az autóban lévő hátizsákból egy szerkesztőségi laptopot, három mikrofont, fejhallgatót, világítástechnikai eszközöket és egyéb személyes holmikat foglaltak le.
Emlékezetes, hogy miután a lett parlament embargót vetett ki orosz mezőgazdasági termékekre, Donald Tusk lengyel miniszterelnök arról számolt be, hogy Lengyelország is gondolkodik az agrártermékek importjának tilalmán.

Ecuador kiutasít mintegy 1500 külföldi, főként kolumbiai, perui és venezuelai foglyot az országból a bandák és a kábítószer-kereskedők elleni küzdelem jegyében – jelentette be pénteken Daniel Noboa elnök.
A politikus Guayaquil kikötővárosban tartott biztonsági tanácskozás utáni sajtótájékoztatón azt mondta: „Azokat, akiknek ötéves vagy annál hosszabb végrehajtandó büntetésük van, kiutasítják az országból, mintegy 1500 emberről van szó, akik azért jöttek, hogy bűncselekményeket kövessenek el, és ezek nem egyszerű bűncselekmények, hanem súlyos bűncselekmények”.
A 2022-es börtönösszeírás szerint 3245 külföldi állampolgárságú rab van az ecuadori börtönökben, ami a teljes börtönlakosság (31 321 fő) 10 százalékát teszi ki. Közülük 2900 férfi.
Noboa elnök hozzátette, hogy a diplomaták kapcsolatban állnak „perui, kolumbiai és venezuelai kollégáikkal, mivel ennek az 1500 embernek több mint 80 százaléka ezekből az államokból származik”.
„Ezek az emberek el fogják hagyni az országot” – hangsúlyozta, anélkül, hogy meghatározta volna az intézkedés ütemtervét.
Az Egyesült Államokba és Európába irányuló kokainszállítás logisztikai központjává vált dél-amerikai országot a bandák és a kábítószeres erőszak sújtja. A börtönök a rivális bandák közötti visszatérő mészárlások színhelyei. Legalább egy tucat mészárlás történt 2021 februárja óta, amelyekben több mint 460 rabot öltek meg.
A legveszélyesebb rabok megfékezésére a kormány legalább hat biztonsági börtön építését javasolta Monica Palencia belügyminiszter szerint.
Noboa elnök már bejelentette, hogy három olyan hajót terveznek bérelni, amelyeket börtönként használhatnak a tengeren, azzal a céllal, hogy a legveszélyesebb rabokat elkülönítsék, amíg az új létesítmények megépülnek.

Lembergben az Állami Migrációs Szolgálat munkatársai őrizetbe vettek egy orosz nőt, aki azt tervezte, hogy feleségül megy egy ukránhoz, nehogy kitoloncolják Ukrajnából – közölte kedden az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Migrációs Szolgálat Lemberg megyei főosztályának sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A migrációs hivatal közlése szerint az orosz nő figyelmen kívül hagyta, hogy lejárt az ukrajnai legális tartózkodási engedélye. Azután úgy döntött, hogy fiktív házasságot köt Odesszában, hogy Ukrajnában maradhasson.
Az Állami Migrációs Szolgálatmunkatársai az orosz nőt Lembergben vették őrizetbe. Ezt követően a külföldiek és hontalanok volhíniai ideiglenes fogdájába szállították, hogy biztosítsák az Ukrajna területéről történő kényszerű kitoloncolásról szóló határozat végrehajtását.
Októberben a nőt erőszakkal kiutasították Ukrajna területéről, és 8 évre megtiltották, hogy visszatérjen.

Svédország kiutasít egy iraki férfit, aki az utóbbi hónapokban tüntetéseken több alkalommal is elégette a muszlimok szent könyvének, a Koránnak egy-egy példányát – közölte csütörtökön a TV4 helyi hírtelevízió a Migrationsverket svéd bevándorlási hivatalra hivatkozva.
„A bevándorlási hatóság úgy döntött, hogy ki kell utasítani ezt a személyt Svédországból. A döntés végrehajtásával járó bonyodalmak miatt ideiglenes tartózkodási engedélyt biztosítottak számára 2023. október 25-től 2024. április 16-ig” – idézte a svéd televízió a Migrationsverket közleményét.
A tájékoztatás szerint a határozat értelmében az Irakból származó Salwan Momika öt évig nem térhet majd vissza Svédországba. A férfi a TT hírügynökségnek és az SVT közszolgálati televíziónak nyilatkozva azt mondta, hogy megfellebbezi a döntést és nem fogja elhagyni az országot.
„Nem hagyom el Svédországot. Svédországban fogok élni és meghalni. A svéd bevándorlási hatóság súlyos hibát vétett. Úgy vélem, mögöttes politikai indítékok állnak a döntés mögött. Fellebbezni fogok” – hangoztatta Momika az SVT-nek nyilatkozva.
Az SVT információi szerint a férfit a nyáron a svéd hatóságok kikérdezték olyan – Irakban készült – felvételek ügyében, amelyeken fegyverrel a kezében „katonai környezetben” volt látható. Formális kihallgatásnak is alávetették szeptember közepén egy kiadatási kérelem elbírálásának részeként, az iraki hatóságok kérték hazaküldését a Korán-égetések miatt.
A férfi 2021 áprilisában érkezett Svédországba, ahol három évre szóló tartózkodási engedélyt kapott. A bevándorlási hatóság szerint menedékkérelme előterjesztésekor hamis adatokat adott meg.
Az utóbbi hónapokban Svédországban több olyan megmozdulás is volt, amelyen a Korán példányait nyilvánosan elégették, vagy más módon meggyalázták. A legtöbb ilyen incidensért a muszlim vallást bíráló iraki férfi volt felelős. A svéd rendőrség többször is vizsgálatot indított ellene uszítás gyanúja miatt.
A svéd kormány ugyan elítélte a Korán-égetéseket, de hangsúlyozta az országon belül a szólás- és gyülekezési szabadság elsődlegességét.
A történtek a muszlim országok heves reakcióját váltották ki diplomáciai bonyodalmakat okozva Svédországnak. Augusztusban a stockholmi vezetés a második legmagasabb szintre volt kénytelen emelni a terrorfenyegetettségi szintet és figyelmeztette állampolgárait esetleges dzsihadista támadások veszélyére bel- és külföldön egyaránt. A múlt héten egy tunéziai férfi megölt két svéd fociszurkolót Brüsszelben.

A francia kormány fel kívánja gyorsítani 193 olyan radikális iszlamista külföldi állampolgár kiutasítását, akinek nincs érvényes tartózkodási engedélye Franciaországban – jelentette be Gérald Darmanin belügyminiszter hétfőn, a három nappal ezelőtt Arrasban elkövetett késes merénylet miatt az elnöki hivatalban tartott biztonsági értekezletet követően.
A támadást, amelyben további hárman megsérültek, egy 20 éves csecsen származású orosz állampolgár, Mohamed Moguskov követte el, aki iszlamista nézetei miatt szerepelt az állambiztonságra veszélyes személyek titkosszolgálati nyilvántartásában, s állandó megfigyelés alatt állt.
A nyilvántartásban szereplő több mint 20 ezer személy között 193 olyan radiális iszlamista külföldi állampolgár található, akinek a helyzete nem rendezett Franciaországban, de 85-en valószínűleg már nem tartózkodnak az országban – jelezte a belügyi tárca az AFP hírügynökségnek. A miniszter elrendelte mindegyikük egyenkénti ellenőrzését.
A prefektusokat arra is felkérte a belügyminiszter, hogy végezzenek „újabb alapos vizsgálatot” a nyilvántartásban szereplő további 2852 külföldi esetében, akik viszont legálisan tartózkodnak Franciaországban.
Gérald Darmanin elmondta: a megfigyelt iszlamisták közül 59-en orosz állampolgárok, jelentős részük csecsen nemzetiségű.
Az állambiztonságra veszélyesnek tartott nyilvántartásban 20 120 név szerepel, köztük 4263-an külföldi állampolgárok. A külföldi nyilvántartottak közül 1411-nek rendezetlen a helyzete, de a tárcavezető szerint már csak 489-en tartózkodnak Franciaországban, miután a 2015-ben kezdődött iszlamista merénylethullám óta 922 külföldit a radikális meggyőződése miatt kiutasított a kormány.
A belügyminiszter hétfőn azt is közölte, hogy a Hamász iszlamista palesztin szervezet október 7-én Izrael ellen elkövetett támadása óta 102 embert állítottak elő antiszemita cselekmény miatt, vagy mert éltette az Izrael elleni terrortámadást.
„A belügyi igazgatóság még ma is előállított két embert, az egyiket Franciaország keleti, a másikat délnyugati részén” – mondta a miniszter.
A 102 előállított között 27-en külföldi állampolgárok, s 11-en börtönben vagy a kitoloncolásra várók egyik közigazgatási központjában vannak.
„Utasítást adtam mindazok tartózkodási engedélyének szisztematikus bevonására, akik közülük legálisan tartózkodnak az országban” – jelezte a tárcavezető.
Az interneten terjedő erőszakos vagy törvénytelen tartalmak bejelentésére szolgáló platformra antiszemita tartalmakról érkezett bejelentések közül az igazságszolgáltatás 237 esetben indított vizsgálatot.

Bulgária kiutasít hetven orosz diplomatát és nagykövetségi dolgozót, jelentette be kedden a szófiai külügyminisztérium. Az orosz diplomatáknak július 3-áig kell elhagyniuk Bulgáriát. A bolgár külügyi tárca indoklása szerint Oroszországnak csökkentenie kell szófiai nagykövetsége létszámát, hogy arányban legyen a moszkvai bolgár képviselet létszámával.
Kiril Petkov ügyvivő bolgár miniszterelnök kedden azt állította, hogy az érintett diplomaták kapcsolatban álltak az orosz hírszerzéssel, és a bolgár érdekek ellen tevékenykedtek. „Döntésünk nem az orosz nép ellen irányul. De ha idegen kormány Bulgária belügyeibe akar beavatkozni, akkor annak megfelelően fogunk eljárni” – hangoztatta Petkov, akinek kisebbségi kormánya alig egy hete bukott meg bizalmatlansági indítvány következtében.
Bulgária az ukrajnai háború miatt már kiutasított március elején tíz orosz diplomatát.

A hírportál a Nederland Dagblad tudósítására hivatkozva azt írja: az ukrán hatóságok államtitok megsértésével vádolják az ország területén hivatalos katonai engedéllyel dolgozó veterán újságírót.
Dulmers a saját lapjának elmondta: vasárnap a kikötővárosban tartózkodott, és követte a rakéták becsapódásának hangját. A helyszínen felvételeket készített, amelyeket azután megosztott a Twitteren. Aznap délután a rendőrségre kísérték, ahol elmondása szerint durván bántak vele.
Amikor Dulmers a holland külképviselettel telefonon beszélt, megragadták, kitépték a kezéből a készüléket. Útlevelét elkobozták, és amikor megpróbált ellenállni, fojtogatták és fegyvert szegeztek a fejéhez.
A hatóságok ezután közölték vele, hogy elvették tőle haditudósítói akkreditációját, és onnantól nemkívánatos személy az országban. A rendőrség a férfit saját autójában az ukrán-moldovai határra szállította, és ott adták vissza neki személyi papírjait. Dulmers 2032-ig nem térhet vissza Ukrajnába.
Az újságíró elmondta, hogy az ukrán hatóságok állításai meglepték, mert Odesszára nem vonatkoznak szigorított tudósítási szabályok.
A Nederlands Dagblad főszerkesztője, Sjirk Kuijper szerint „semmi nem utal arra, hogy Dulmers megszegte volna a hadsereg által kiadott utasításokat vagy korlátozásokat”. Elítélte, ahogyan Dulmerst kiutasították az országból, különösen azt, hogy erőszakot alkalmaztak vele szemben.

A lett, az észt és a litván külügyminisztérium összehangolt intézkedésekről adott hírt.
Litvániából négy orosz diplomatát utasítottak ki, Lettországból és Észtországból pedig hármat-hármat.
Azért kell távozniuk, mert „a diplomáciai státuszuknak ellentmondó tevékenységeket folytattak, és számításba kellett venni a folyamatban lévő orosz agressziót is Ukrajnában” – írta Edgars Rinkevics lett külügyminiszter a Twitteren.
Az észt külügyminisztérium közlése szerint azzal vádolják a diplomatákat, hogy „közvetlenül és aktívan aláásták Észtország biztonságát, és az orosz katonai lépéseket igazoló propagandát terjesztettek.”
Litvánia azt nyilatkozta, hogy a kiutasításokra az „Ukrajnával való szolidaritás” jegyében került sor.
Pénteken Bulgáriában is nemkívánatos személlyé nyilvánítottak és kiutasítottak tíz orosz diplomatát.
Marija Zaharova, az orosz külügyminisztérium szóvivője az intézkedésekre reagálva elmondta: „orosz diplomaták minden alaptalan kiutasítása arányos választ fog maga után vonni.”

Egy marokkói imámot októberben, nemzetbiztonsági fenyegetésre hivatkozva, kitiltottak Belgiumból, mert egy videófelvételen „zsidók elégetésére” szólított fel – számolt be az MTI csütörtökön a belga sajtóra hivatkozva.
A VRT flamand közszolgálati televízió által nyilvánosságra hozott információkat Sammy Mahdi, a belga menekültügyi és migrációs államtitkár is megerősítette.
Az államtitkár a sajtónak elmondta, hogy három hónappal ezelőtt döntött a tilalom elrendeléséről „a biztonsági szolgálatoktól kapott információk alapján”, és „a nemzetbiztonságot fenyegető súlyos veszélyre utaló jelek miatt”. A tilalom tíz évre szól.
Az imám, Mohamed Toujgani, korábban a molenbeeki Al-Khalil mecsetben, Belgium egyik legnagyobb muszlim imahelyén prédikált. A VRT szerint 2009-ben a zsidók elégetésére szólította fel híveit, az erről készült videó 2019-ben bukkant fel a világhálón. A televíziós csatorna közölte, hogy Toujgani bocsánatot kért a beszédért, és arra hivatkozott, hogy Izraelnek a Gázai övezetben élő palesztinok elleni „háborúja” miatt ragadtatta magát az uszításra.
Az imám, aki többek között a belgiumi Marokkói Imámok Ligájának vezetője, az állambiztonság, a belga polgári hírszerző szolgálat megfigyelése alatt állt. Jelenleg ugyan nem tartózkodik Belgiumban, de ügyvédjén keresztül fellebbezést nyújtott be a kiutasító határozat ellen.
A flamand televíziós csatorna szerint a vallási vezető 40 éve él Belgiumban a családjával együtt.
