Áramhiány miatt szünetelteti a működését a Gázai övezet legnagyobb egészségügyi intézménye, a gázavárosi al-Sifa kórház – közölte szombaton az övezetet irányító Hamász iszlamista palesztin szervezet egészségügy-minisztériuma.
A közlemény szerint a kórház azért kényszerült felfüggeszteni a működését, mert elfogyott az áramtermeléshez használt összes üzemanyag. A kórházban – amelyben a közlés szerint több ezer beteg, sebesült és a harci cselekmények elől oda menekült ember tartózkodik – víz és élelem sincs, és a távközlés sem működik.
Asraf al-Kidra, a minisztérium szóvivője a Reuters hírügynökségnek azt mondta, hogy egy újszülött életét vesztette a kórházban, miután leálltak az inkubátorok a gyerekek intenzív osztályán.
Később a minisztérium arra figyelmeztetett, hogy legalább 39 további újszülött élete van veszélyben az áram- és a gyógyszerhiány miatt.
A tárca azt is közölte, hogy a Gázai övezet 35 kórházából jelenleg húsz szünetelteti a működését. Ezt megerősítette az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO).
Mohammed Abu Szalmíja, az al-Sífa igazgatója arról számolt be, hogy az izraeli tüzérség egész éjjel intenzíven lőtte az épületet és környékét, de más kórházak épületét is. A támadott területeken „többtucatnyi halálos és többszáz sebesült áldozat” van, de a mentők nem tudnak értük menni éppen a szüntelen támadás miatt.
Az izraeli hadsereg egyelőre nem nyilatkozott a gázai kórházakat ért legújabb támadásokról, de korábban azt közölte, hogy vadásznak a Hamász fegyvereseire, akik kórházépületekből is lőnek.
A palesztin vörös félhold szerint péntek este izraeli mesterlövészek lőtték többször az al-Kudsz kórház épületét.

A cég vezetése az állami felügyelőség szóbeli határozata miatt döntött így, bár megjegyezték, hogy belső vizsgálatuk sem a gyártásban, sem a termékekben nem mutatott ki szabálytalanságot.
„Továbbra is együttműködünk az illetékes hatóságokkal, és konkrét lépéseket teszünk fogyasztóink védelme érdekében” – olvasható a Coca-Cola Horvátország sajtóközleményében.
Horvátországban több különböző városban, Splitben, Fiumében, Varasdon és Zágrábban kerültek kórházba kedden és szerdán olyan személyek, akik Coca-Colát vagy a cég által forgalmazott Römerquelle Emotion Blueberry, illetve Pomegranate ásványvizet fogyasztottak, és az megmarta a nyelőcsövüket.
A hatóságok jelentése szerint mindannyian könnyebb sérüléseket szenvedtek, és már nincsenek kórházban.
Az ügyben a rendőrség és az ügyészség is nyomoz.
Krunoslav Capak, a Horvát Közegészségügyi Intézet (HZJZ) igazgatója szerint valószínűleg valamilyen maró hatású anyagról van szó. „A legfontosabb, hogy megvizsgáljuk, nincs-e idegen elem az italokban, mert maga az üdítő, annak összetevői nem okozhattak ilyen sérüléseket” – hangsúlyozta az igazgató a minták bevizsgálásával kapcsolatban.
Horvátországban több üzletlánc is úgy döntött, hogy elővigyázatosságból minden a Coca Cola minden alkoholmentes italát leszedi a polcokról, és hasonlóan járt el a legtöbb vendéglátóipari cég is.

A CNN a helyi jelentések nyomán számolt be arról, hogy egy feltételezett fegyveres a Tokióhoz közeli Szaitama prefektúra Toda városának egyik kórházában tüzet nyitott, melynek következtében egy orvos és egy férfi beteg megsérült.
A hatóságok közlése szerint ezt követően a lövöldöző elmenekült a helyszínről és elbarikádozta magát egy postahivatalban. A férfi gyanúsított, akiről úgy vélik, hogy 50 és 70 év közötti lehet, a Warabi postahivatalban barikádozta el magát, mintegy 1,5 kilométerre a kórháztól.
Toda polgármestere, Fumihito Sugawara a közösségi médiában közzétett bejegyzésében erősítette meg, hogy egy „feltehetően fegyverrel rendelkező” férfi elbarikádozta magát a postahivatalban, s figyelmeztette a lakosokat, hogy ne menjenek a környék közelébe.
A rendőrséget helyi idő szerint délután egy órakor riasztották az esethez, egy órával később pedig egy szemtanú arról számolt be, hogy további lövéseknek tűnő hangokat hallott.
Egyelőre csak ennyit tudni az incidensről, noha Japánban rendkívül ritkák a fegyveres erőszakos cselekmények, hiszen az országban példátlanul szigorú törvények vonatkoznak a fegyvertartásra.

A betegek a jelentés szerint hipoglikémiás állapotba kerültek, vagyis a vércukorszintjük a normális érték alsó határa alá esett. Ezenkívül további más súlyos mellékhatásokat is okozott a feltételezhetően hamisított gyógyszer, amely eredetileg a vércukorszint csökkentésére szolgál. A BASG vizsgálata szerint a hamisított készítmény inzulint tartalmazhatott az Ozempic hatóanyaga helyett.
A múlt héten közölték a tagállami gyógyszerhatóságok és az Európai Gyógyszerügynökség (EMA), hogy Európa több országában hamisított Ozempic injekciók kerültek a legális gyógyszerellátási láncba.
A 2-es típusú cukorbetegségben szenvedő felnőttek kezelésére való Ozempic segít a szervezetnek a vércukorszint csökkentésében, amikor a diéta és a fizikai aktivitás önmagában már nem elegendő. Mivel a gyógyszer lassítja a gyomor ürülését, és a központi idegrendszeren keresztül az éhségérzetet is csökkenti, sokan testsúlycsökkentő szerként is alkalmazzák.
A készítmény gyártója, a Novo Nordisk dán gyógyszercég korábban már jelezte, hogy az Ozempic és a szintén szemaglutid hatóanyagú Wegovy gyógykészítménye hamisított változatai iránt megnövekedett az online kereslet. A vállalat ugyanakkor növelte a gyártását is a két készítménynek, hogy kiszolgálja a megnövekedett keresletet.
„Úgy tűnik, hogy a hiányt kihasználják a bűnszervezetek, és Ozempic-hamisítványokat hoznak forgalomba” – közölte a BASG. Az osztrák szövetségi egészségügyi hivatal nem közölte, hogy pontosan hány embert érintenek a hamisított Ozempic okozta mellékhatások, és arról sem adtak tájékoztatást hogy a hamisítványok által az egészségre gyakorolt káros hatás milyen hosszú ideig tart.

Több embert megölt csütörtökön egy fegyveres, aki lövöldözött egy rotterdami egyetemi kórház egyik tantermében – közölte a holland rendőrség. A helyszínen tűz ütött ki. Szintén Rotterdamban, a kórházhoz közel, egy magánlakásban is lövöldözés volt, és itt is tűzeset történt.
Három ember, köztük egy 14 éves gyermek meghalt Rotterdamban, miután csütörtökön egy férfi két helyen is lövöldözésbe kezdett.
- A tettes először egy apartman lakóira támadt rá, a lakást pedig felgyújtotta.
- Nem sokkal később az Erasmus Egyetem oktatókórházának egyik előadójában lövöldözött.
- A holland rendőrök egy harminckét éves férfit vettek őrizetbe az épület tetején.
- A hatóságok azt közölték, hogy a gyanúsított az egyetem hallgatója és korábban már elítélték állatkínzásért.
- Lapértesülések szerint a feljelentő a mostani első áldozat volt, akinek a lánya órákkal később ugyancsak belehalt sérüléseibe.
- A harmadik áldozat az egyetem oktatója volt.
- A rendőrség azt feltételezi, hogy célzott támadásról van szó, és az elkövető egyedül cselekedett.
A rotterdami rendőrségnek az X közösségi oldalon közzétett tájékoztatása szerint egy fegyveres csütörtök délután előbb Rotterdam belvárosának egyik lakóházában nyitott tüzet, majd nemsokkal később a közeli kórház egyik oktatóterméből jelentettek fegyveres támadást.
Fred Westerbeke, a rotterdami kerületi rendőrkapitányság vezetője koraesti sajtótájékoztatóján elmondta: „a két rotterdami lövöldözés halálos áldozatokat követelt”.
Az áldozatok között van egy, a belvárosi magánházban elkövetett első lövöldözésben megsebesített 39 éves nő, akinek 14 éves lányát szintén lövés érte, később belehalt a sérülésekbe. A másik, az egyetemi klinika oktatótermében halálosan megsebesített áldozat az egyetem 46 éves tanára volt.
A 32 éves elkövető a holland rendvédelmi szervek „harci típusú” ruházatát, valamint golyóálló mellényt, hátizsákot és fejhallgatót viselt. Az első lövöldözést követően felgyújtotta az áldozat házát, majd a rotterdami Erasmus Egyetemi Klinikára ment, ahol belépett egy tanterembe, és lelőtt egy 46 éves tanárt – tájékoztatott a rendőrkapitány.
Bejelentette továbbá, hogy a két fegyveres támadást ugyanaz a gyanúsított követte el. Nincs ok azt feltételezni, hogy két támadó lett volna – mondta.
Közölte továbbá, hogy a gyanúsított az egyetem orvostan hallgatója. A férfit a kórház közelében fogták el, amelyet szintén felgyújtott.
Hugo Hillenaar, Rotterdam főügyésze azt közölte, a gyanúsított ismert a bűnüldöző szervek előtt. 2021-ben állatkínzás miatt indítottak ellene eljárást, és el is ítélték.

Tűz ütött ki egy osztrák kórházban a Bécstől délre fekvő Mödlingben kedden, három ember meghalt, körülbelül 90 beteget biztonságba helyeztek, írja az MTI.
A kórház vezetősége a sajtóval azt közölte, hogy a lángok hajnalban csaptak fel. Az egészségügyi hatóságok szerint a három halott a kórházban ápolt beteg volt.
Körülbelül 170 tűzoltót és 33 tűzoltóautó mozgósítottak az oltásra, a lángokat két óra alatt sikerült ellenőrzés alá vonni.
A betegeket más kórházakba vitték, a tűz okát vizsgálják.

Egészségügyi intézményben lövöldözött Georgia állam fővárosában, Atlantában egy férfi; egy ember meghalt, négyen megsérültek. A rendőrség elfogta a gyilkossággal gyanúsított személyt.
A lövöldöző meneküléséhez használt járművet a hatóságok később megtalálták, de a férfit a helyi idő szerint estig nem került elő.
A hatóságok délután lezárták Atlanta belvárosának egy részét, amit később feloldottak. A lakosságot ugyanakkor óvatosságra intették és arra kérték, ha látják a férfit jelentsék, de ne közelítsenek hozzá, mert veszélyes és fegyver van nála.

A 24 éves Patterson édesanyját kísérte az egészségügyi intézménybe, és az áldozat, valamint a sérültek is nők, a férfi édesanyja nincs közöttük.

Az Unian beszámolója szerint 27-én két gyermek született ott, az orvosoknak sikerült elvégezniük a császármetszést az oroszok támadása előtt. Halálos áldozatokról nem tudni.

„Ki kell emelnem a jelentős munkát, melyet a rendőrség a chonei Napoleón Dávila kórházban végzett. Beavatkozásukkal sikerült letartóztatni hét bűnözőt és kiszabadítani négy túszt. A helyzet az ellenőrzésünk alatt van” – írta a drogkereskedelem miatti erőszaktól sújtott ország elnöke a Twitteren.
A elnöki hivatal vasárnap este arról számolt be, hogy vasárnap este a hét fegyveres egy Cara Sucia néven ismert embert akart megölni, ezért mentek be a kórházba és ejtettek túszokat.
A vizsgálat első eredményei szerint a férfit, akit meg akartak gyilkolni, szombat este súlyos sérülésekkel szállították a kórházba – közölte Alex Salgado ezredes, a chonei rendőrség vezetője.
Juan Zapata belügyminiszter megerősítette, hogy a túszejtés és a rendőrségi beavatkozás senki nem sérült meg.
Manabí tartomány szomszédos Esmeraldasszal, ahol – két másik tartománnyal együtt – november eleje óta rendkívüli állapot van, miután fegyveres támadásokban öt rendőr vesztette életét.
