Az ungvári határátkelőn a csapi határőregység dolgozói letartóztattak egy ukrán állampolgárságú nőt, akit több bűncselekmény elkövetése miatt is köröznek.
A 25 éves nő Ukrajnába akart belépni, amikor jelzett az adatbázis a körözésről. A nőt lopás és iratlopás miatt körözi a rendőrség. A helyszínre kiérkeztek a hatóságok, akik előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek. A nő ellen „Ismétlődően vagy előzetes megegyezés után több személyből álló csoport által elkövetett lopás” és „Iratok, bélyegzők, pecsétek eltulajdonítása, kizsarolása, csalással és hivatali helyzettel való visszaélés útján történő birtokbavétele” ügyében indult eljárás.

Késekkel felfegyverkezett férfi próbált elvegyülni a tömegben a Szent Péter téren a pápai audiencia alatt, akiről kiderült, hogy New York állam egyik veszélyes, körözött bűnözője, valamint az ukrajnai frontot is megjárta – hozták nyilvánosságra az olasz hatóságok csütörtökön.
A gyanús férfira az olasz rendőrök figyeltek fel a tér Rómához tartozó részén. Átengedték a térre vezető fémdetektoros ellenőrzésen, de a civilben dolgozó biztonságiak követték, és amikor megpróbált elvegyülni a hívők tömegében, feltartóztatták. Ellenállt, de nem tudott megszökni.
A motozás során három darab kétélű kést találtak nála, amelyek hosszúsága elérte a húsz centimétert. Az eset április 10-én történt, de a hatóságok csak most hozták nyilvánosságra.
A Szent Péter téren éppen a szerdánként szokásos szabadtéri audiencia zajlott, amelyen jelen volt Ferenc pápa, a tér pedig tele volt emberekkel.
Mint kiderült, az 54 éves férfi Moises Tejada, aki a tizenkét legveszélyesebb bűnöző körözési listáján szerepel New York államban.
Eddigi kihallgatásain Moises Tejada azt mondta, hogy Ukrajnából, pontosabban a háborús frontról érkezett Olaszországba. Telefonján ezt bizonyító felvételeket találtak, melyeket katonatársaival készített.
A hatóságok információi szerint a férfi tíz napja érkezett Rómába: útleveléből az derült ki, hogy Kijevből Moldován keresztül tette meg az utat.
Tejadáról annyit tudni, hogy hazájában ingatlanügynököket ejtett túszul és rabolt ki, majd 2022 februárjában távozott az Egyesült Államokból, ahonnan Ukrajnába utazott.

A csapi Tisza határátkelőn letartóztattak egy ukrán állampolgárságú nőt, aki körözés alatt állt súlyos testi sértés miatt. A hírt az Állami Határőrszolgálat közölte.
Az információk szerint a nő Ukrajnába tartott Magyarországról, azonban az okmányellenőrzés során kiderült, hogy körözés alatt áll. A 36 éves nő megkéselte férjét, s a bíróság döntése alapján 5 év szabadságvesztésre ítéltetett. A határt még akkor lépte át, amikor a bíróság nem érkezte értesíteni a határőrséget a körözésről.
A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a rendőrség, a nőt letartóztatták.

Meghalt Kirisima Szatosi, Japán egyik legkeresettebb bűnözője, aki csaknem ötven évig bujkált az igazságszolgáltatás elől – jelentette hétfőn a japán sajtó.
A baloldali szélsőséges, akinek fekete-fehér fotója évtizedeken át volt kifüggesztve a szigetország rendőrőrsein, a múlt héten álnéven jelentkezett be egy kórház onkológiai osztályára kezelésre. Nem sokkal később a 70 éves páciens felfedte valódi kilétét. Azonban míg a rendőrség még a DNS-vizsgálat eredményére várt, a körözött bűnöző hétfő reggel elhunyt.
Az Aszahi Simbun című japán lap a rendőrségre hivatkozva közölte: nagy a valószínűsége annak, hogy ez a személy valóban Kirisima volt. A fiatal Kirisima körözési fotóját, amelyen a férfi hosszú hajjal, vastag szemüveglencsékkel és barátságos mosollyal látható, szinte mindenki ismeri Japánban.
Még Halloween-kosztümöket is ihletett Japán legkeresettebb bűnözője.
A Hirosima városában született Kirisima diákévei alatt radikalizálódott Tokióban és a Kelet-Ázsia Japánellenes Fegyveres Frontjához csatlakozott. A baloldali szélsőséges csoport az 1970-es években több merényletet is elkövetett japán vállalatok ellen. A Mitsubishi vállalatcsoport ellen elkövetett egyik támadás során nyolc ember vesztette életét.
A japán hatóságok szerint Kirisima 1975 áprilisában részt vett egy pokolgépes merénylet végrehajtásában, amelyben a tokiói Ginza városrészben komoly károk keletkeztek egy épületben, halottak azonban nem voltak. Kirisima ezt követően bújkálni kezdett.
Az Aszahi televíziós csatorna szerint Kirisima évekig kettős életét élt.
Ucsida Hirosi álnéven dolgozott Fudzsiszava városában egy építőipari cégnél, fizetését készpénzben vette fel, nem volt egészségbiztosítása és jogosítványa sem, hogy észrevétlen maradhasson a hatóságok előtt, s orvosi költségeit is saját zsebből fizette.
Kilétét csak néhány nappal korábban fedte fel. „Szeretnék a halállal az igazi nevemen szembenézni” – jelentette ki Kirisima halálos ágyán az egészségügyi személyzet szerint.

Az Ungvár határátkelőn őrizetbe vettek egy litván állampolgárt, akit bűncselekmény elkövetése miatt nemzetközi körözés alatt állt.
A 24 éves férfi egy menetrend szerint közlekedő autóbusszal akarta elhagyni Ukrajnát.
A külföldi férfi iratainak ellenőrzése során aktiválódott az Interpol adatbázisa. Ezen tény alapján a Csapi-különítmény határőrei értesítették az Interpol Ukrbjuro és a Nemzeti Rendőrség ungvári járási osztályának képviselőit.
Kiderült, hogy a litván férfi nemzetközi körözés alatt állt, az általa elkövetett bűncselekmény miatt le kell tartóztatni, majd kiadni Litvániának büntetőeljárás lefolytatása céljából. A külföldi férfival kapcsolatos információk mindössze két napja kerültek be az Interpol adatbázisába, amikor a férfi Ukrajna területén tartózkodott. Az őrizetbe vett személyt átadták a Nemzeti Rendőrség nyomozói-operatív csoportjának – számolt be az Állami Határőrszolgálat Nyugati Regionális Osztályának Nyugat-Ukrajnai kirendeltsége.
