A Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztálya megerősíti Ilja Kiva volt ukrán parlamenti képviselő likvidálását – jelentette be szerdán Andrij Juszov, a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztályának szóvivője egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Juszov az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásában elmondta: „Igen, megerősíthetjük, hogy Kivának annyi.” Ugyanez a sors vár Ukrajna többi árulójára és Putyin rezsimjének követőire – fenyegetőzött. Mint megjegyezte: „Kiva volt az egyik legundorítóbb szemétláda, áruló és kollaboráns.”
Szerdán az orosz média arról számolt be, hogy holtan találták Ilja Kiva volt ukrán parlamenti képviselőt. A holttestét a Moszkvai terület Ogyincovói kerületében találták meg.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) különleges művelettel szerdán Moszkva környékén meggyilkozta Ilja Kiva, botrányairól ismert volt ukrán parlamenti képviselőt, politikai emigránst, aki egyben ATO veterán is volt – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál saját forrásaira hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a kiadványnak az informátorai elmondták, hogy „a top áruló, kollaboráns és propagandista Ilja Kiva likvidálása az SZBU különleges művelete volt”. Állításuk szerint a volt parlamenti képviselőt kézifegyverrel ölték meg.
Szerdán az orosz média arról számolt be, hogy holtan találták Ilja Kiva volt ukrán parlamenti képviselőt. A holttestét a Moszkvai terület Ogyincovói kerületében találták meg.
Ilja Kiva támogatta Oroszországot az Ukrajna elleni háborúban. A volt honatya még a teljes körű invázió megkezdése előtt az agresszor ország területére menekült. Tavaly nemzetközi körözést adtak ki ellen az ukrán hatóságok. Ezután az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) összegyűjtötte az ehhez szükséges összes dokumentumot. Néhány hete az ukrán bíróság távollétében 14 év börtönbüntetésre ítélte hazaárulás vádjával. Az ítélet végrehajtása lehetetlen volt, mivel a volt parlamenti képviselő továbbra is Oroszország területén tartózkodott.

„A Gázai övezet déli részén található rafahi Bashit tábor egyik épülete elleni támadás következtében a Hamász fegyvereseinek egyik „dandártábornoka”, Raafat Abu Hilal életét vesztette” – áll a közleményben.
Korábban Ayman Yunis, a Hamász egyik vezetője halt meg Gázában az izraeli hadsereg háza elleni támadása következtében.
Izrael egészségügyi minisztériuma és fegyveres erői adatai szerint az országban az október 7-én, a Gázai övezetből érkező támadással kezdődött háború alatt már 2382-en megsérültek, és hozzávetőleg 700-an vesztették életüket. A palesztin egészségügyi minisztérium szerint 493 áldozatot regisztráltak a Gázai övezetben.

Törökország „semlegesítette” az Iszlám Állam (IÁ) nevű szélsőséges milícia feltételezett vezetőjét egy szíriai bevetés során – közölte vasárnap Recep Tayyip Erdogan török elnök.
Az Anadolu állami hírügynökség szerint Erdogan a TRT Türk török műsorszolgáltatónak azt mondta, hogy az Abu Huszein al-Kurasi fedőnevű férfit a török hírszerző szervezet (MIT) által szombaton végrehajtott műveletben „semlegesítették”.
„Az MIT hosszú ideje követte al-Kurasit” – mondta Erdogan. Hozzátette: folytatni fogjuk a harcot a terrorszervezetekkel, minden megkülönböztetés nélkül.
Ankara a „semlegesített” kifejezést használja a megölt vagy elfogott fegyveresekre. Törökország 2020 óta állomásoztat csapatokat Észak-Szíriában, és szíriai megbízottjaival ellenőrzi az északi területeket.
A török hírszerzés és a törökök által támogatott helyi katonai rendőrség szombaton lezárta az északnyugati Afrin régióban lévő Dzsindiresz városától északra fekvő területet, mintegy 10 kilométerre a török határtól.
Az AFP francia hírügynökség által megkérdezett lakosok elmondták, hogy a művelet egy elhagyatott tanyát vett célba, amelyet iszlám iskolaként használtak.
Az IÁ tavaly november 30-án bejelentette előző vezetője, Abu al-Hasszán al-Hasemi al-Kurasi halálát, a körülmények pontosítása nélkül. A terrorszervezetben helyére Abu Huszein al-Kurasi lépett.
Az IÁ évekig nagy területeket ellenőrzött Irakban és a szomszédos, háború sújtotta Szíriában. A szélsőséges milícia mindkét országban katonai vereséget szenvedett, de fegyveresei továbbra is aktívak, és több támadást hajtottak végre a két országban.
Idén április 16-án legalább 41 ember, köztük 24 civil halt meg az országban két, a dzsihadista csoportnak tulajdonított támadásban, amelyek homoki szarvasgombagyűjtők és pásztorok ellen irányultak.
Washington 2019 októberében jelentette be, hogy egy amerikai műveletben meghalt az IÁ akkori vezetője, Abu Bakr al-Bagdadi. Két utódját 2022 februárjában és novemberében ölték meg Szíriában.

Amerikai kérésre izraeli ügynökök végeztek még augusztusban az al-Kaida terrorszervezet parancsnoki ranglétrájának második emberével, akit azzal vádoltak, hogy segített kitervelni az Egyesült Államok két afrikai nagykövetsége elleni 1998-as merényletet – írta pénteken a The New York Times titkosszolgálati tisztviselőkre hivatkozva.
Az amerikai lap értesülése szerint Abdullah Ahmed Abdullahot, mozgalmi nevén Abu Mohammed al-Maszrit három hónappal ezelőtt Teheránban két, motorkerékpáron ülő férfi lőtte le.
Maszrit korábban az al-Kaidát jelenleg vezető Ajman az-Zavahri utódjának tekintették. A The New York Times szerint megölését eddig titokban tartották.
Egyelőre nem világos, hogy az Egyesült Államoknak milyen szerepe lehetett az egyiptomi születésű férfi augusztus 7-i likvidálásában.
A lap úgy tudja, hogy az amerikai hatóságok évek óta nyomon követték Maszrit és a terrorszervezethez tartozó más társait Iránban.
Amerikai hivatalos forrásból egyelőre nem sikerült megerősíttetni az értesülést.

Arszen Avakov belügyminiszter Twitter-oldalán közzétette a múlt héten Poltavában rendőrtúszt ejtett, majd kereket oldott, és egy rendőrtisztet ismét fogságába kerítő Roman Szkripnik szombat hajnali likvidálásáról készült videofelvételt – közölte a 112.ua hírportál.
Szkripnik után több mint egy hétig folytatott hajtóvadászatot földön és levegőből mintegy félezer rendőr és nemzeti gárdista. Szombatra virradóra bukkantak rá a rendőrök a Poltava megyei Oposnya település szélén egy lakatlan házban. A bűnözőt a zenykovszki rendőrőrs parancsnoka találta meg, aki bement az épületbe, ahol Szkripnik foglyul ejtette egy kibiztosított kézigránáttal. A felvételen látni, ahogy az épületen kívül magához szorítva tartja a rendőrtisztet, miközben tárgyalnak vele túszának elengedéséről, amikor egy mesterlövész leteríti. Az is látható, ahogy a százados ügyesen elugrik mellőle, és néhány pillanat múlva felrobban a gránát.
Avakov köszönetét fejezte ki a rendőröknek a szakszerű akcióért. Mint írta, a rendőrök összehangolt tevékenységének köszönhetően egy mesterlövész likvidálta a bűnözőt, akit saját gránátja is felrobbantott.
