Російські окупанти демонтувати будівлю драматичного театру Маріуполя, де у березні загинуло близько 300 людей внаслідок російського авіаційного удару.
Про це інформують міністр культури та інформаційної політики Олександр Ткаченко та радник мера Маріуполя Петро Андрющенко.
«Маріупольського драмтеатру більше не існує. Окупанти знищують сліди своїх злочинів, і їм абсолютно все одно чи це культурна пам’ятка чи прсто надбання іншої культури.
Притягнення до відповідальності злочинців має бути неминучим», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Водночас радник мера Маріуполя Петро Андрющенко повідомляє, що російські окупанти демонтують саме ту частину драмтеатру, яка є доказом бомбардування.
«Повному демонтажу підлягає задня та центральна частина театру, проте фронтальну залишать цілою, як «основу реконструкції». Тобто демонтується лише ті частини будівлі, які доводять бомбардування, а не вигаданий пропагандою підрив зсередини», – сказав він.
16 березня окупаційні війська скинули надпотужну бомбу на Маріупольський драматичний театр, де ховалися біженці, які втратили домівку.
Маріупольська міська рада повідомляла, що в Драматичному театрі внаслідок бомбардування російським літаком загинуло близько 300 людей.
В РФ заперечуюють свій воєнний злочин, незважаючи на висновки міжнародних організацій, та стверджують, що театр було заміновано українською стороною, а вибух стався зсередини.

Журналісти Associated Press завдяки супутниковим знімкам встановили, що з березня по грудень в окупованому Маріуполі з’явилася 10 300 нових могил.
Про це повідомляє АР.
Супутникові знімки демонструють, що більшість могил розташовані на кладовищі в селищі Старий Крим Маріупольского району. AP підрахувало, що загальна площа, зайнята новими могилами, становить понад 51 500 квадратних метрів. Аналіз відеоматеріалів показав, що росіяни використовують важку техніку для риття довгих траншей, які потім засипають їх назад.
Могили виглядають як земляні насипи, іноді з дерев’яними хрестами з іменами та датами, але здебільшого з накресленими від руки номерами на невеликих табличках. Деякі могили були позначені більш ніж одним номером, що потенційно вказує на більш ніж одного похованого.
Троє судових археологів, які мають досвід у розслідуванні воєнних злочинів, пов’язаних з масовими похованнями, вважають аналіз обґрунтованим, зважаючи на обмеженість наявної інформації та відсутність доступу до могил. Один зі спеціалістів, до якого звернулось агентство, наголосив, що кількість могил не обов’язково відповідає кількості вбитих українців.
AP зазначає, що місця масових поховань в інших частинах України, ексгумовані міжнародними судово-медичними експертами, часто містили більше одного набору людських останків в одній могилі. Багато з них мали явні ознаки насильницької смерті, такі як травми від вибуху, кульові поранення та руки, зв’язані мотузкою.

У тимчасово захопленому російськими військами Маріуполі люди виходять на стихійні мітинги через відсутність води та світла у будинках.
Про це йдеться на Telegram-сторінці Маріупольської міської ради.
„У місті наростає невдоволення, адже окупанти не поспішають виконувати обіцянки, а незабаром зима і почнуться холоди”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Перший стихійний мітинг влаштували мешканці одразу трьох будинків біля будівлі „Азовжитлокомплекс”. За їх словами, в оселях вже третій місяць немає води та світла. Комунальні служби окупованого міста відмовляються ремонтувати порив на вулиці та розбиту підстанцію.
„Люди виживають. Адміністрація ж не дає жодних відповідей про причини.Так виглядає „турбота” з боку окупантів”, повідомили у міськраді Маріуполя.
Мешканці інших районів також обурюються відсутністю елементарних умов для життя.

Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення українські військові 3 місяці билися за місто Маріуполь. Про це розказала керівниця патронатної служби “Азову” Олена Толкачова.
„Загиблих із Маріуполя ми забираємо з початку червня. Спочатку був великий обмін: 162 загиблих нам вдалося забрати. Зараз ми стабільно проводимо обмін. Десь раз на тиждень, раз на два тижні від 5 до 15 людей нам вдається обміняти”, – сказала Толкачова. За словами керівниці патронатної служби „Азову”, тіла військових у поганому стані. Візуально їх ідентифікувати неможливо, тому залучають експертів: „Вони прибувають на територію Києва та Київської області і ми поступово ідентифікуємо їх за допомогою ДНК-експертизи. Це саме тіла з Маріуполя та околиць. Іноді трапляються тіла з інших міст непідконтрольних. Але їх дуже мало”.
З майже півтисячі тіл – тридцять бійців „Азову”. Скільки тіл залишається в Маріуполі невідомо, евакуація продовжується.
„Ми попередньо їх ідентифікували як азовців, бо у когось там були шеврони, у когось форма була азовська, азовська символіка, татуювання. Зараз ідентифіковано і поховано в районі 20 осіб. Всі інші це різні роди військ: більшість це морпіхи, ЗСУ, Нацгвардія також поліція, морська охорона і ДСНС”, – зазначила Олена Толкачова.

Така вода становить загрозу та передумову виникнення інфекційних хвороб, зокрема дизентерії.
У Маріуполі воду, яку російські окупанти позиціонують як нібито питну та очищену, не можна пити, оскільки вона змішана з фекальною речовиною. Про це повідомив радник мера міста Петро Андрющенко у вівторок, 26 липня.
„Ми багато говорили про проблеми з питною водою та з урахуванням досвіду робили цілком логічні припущення щодо джерел водопостачання питної води в резервуари на вулицях та її шкідливості… Вода була передана на аналіз до Запорізької санстанції… Вода має у своєму складі коліформи. Простою мовою: воду набирають у відкритих водоймах (річка, озеро), вона змішана з фекальною речовиною. Така вода становить загрозу та передумову виникнення інфекційних хвороб (зокрема, дизентерії) „, – написав він.
Андрющенко оприлюднив фотокопію результатів дослідження маріупольської води, яке провели фахівці державної установи Запорізького обласного центру контролю та профілактики хвороб Міністерства охорони здоров’я України.
„Отже воду, яку подають як питну, пити не можна. Набирають її в річці Кальчик, як і повідомляли джерела, а тепер це підтверджено дослідженням”, – додав радник мера Маріуполя.
У селах Нікольського та Мангушського районів, що межують із Запорізькою областю, розмістилась велика кількість російських солдатів, яких привезли КамАЗами.
У тимчасово окупованому російськими військами Маріуполі минулої доби, 15 липня, зафіксували проходження у Запорізькому напрямку великої колони ворожої техніки.
Про це радник міського голови Маріуполя Петро Андрющенко повідомив у Телеграмі, опублікувавши відповідне відео.
«Вчора через місто велика колона військової техніки – до 100 одиниць – в бік Запорізької області. В колоні на тягачах помічено БМД-4, які частина людей сприйняла за танки. Також велика кількість БТРів», – написав Андрющенко.
Водночас, згідно з його словами, у селах Нікольського та Мангушського районів, що межують із Запорізькою областю, розмістилась велика кількість російських солдатів, яких привезли КамАЗами. Як повідомляється, розселяють окупантів переважно у приміщеннях шкіл.
«Місцеві повідомляють, що абсолютна більшість окупантів зовсім юнаки. Деякі в розмовах кажуть, що несуть службу за призовом», – зазначив радник міського голови.

„Маріуполь. В окупантів просто свято мінерів сьогодні. Приблизно о 12:30 ще один вибух. Цього разу в районі Азовсталі. Одночасно на території Азовсталі виникла пожежа. Військовими оточено район, починаючи з району Амстора у Лівобережному районі. За попередньою інформацією, горять залишки вугілля. Попередньо є постраждалі серед окупантів”, – написав Андрющенко.
Він зазначив, що наразі чекає на підтвердження, але в будь-якому разі новину можна назвати доброю – Маріуполь мститься.
Перед цим він повідомив: „Сьогодні в 5:56 ранку в районі ММК їм. Ілліча пролунав вибух, який чуло все місто. Центр, Житловий мікрорайони 17; 23 та навіть до Сартани будинки здригнулись. Окупанти замовчують і зрозуміло чому. Ще один палкий привіт переказав окупантам від нашого Героїчного Гарнізону Маріуполя. Криворуке розмінування відправило трьох російських саперів одразу в трупу Кобзона. Маріуполь продовжує відплату та мститься навіть в такий спосіб”.

Як передає Укрінформ, про це у Телеграмі повідомив радник мера Маріуполя Петро Андрющенко.
«На сьогодні щонайменше 10 тисяч маріупольців продовжують утримуватись в фільтраційних тюрмах окупантів, куди потрапили з фільтраційних таборів», – написав Андрющенко.
Він нагадав, що мешканці Маріуполя були першими, хто відчув на власному досвіді фільтраційні табори. Спочатку світові ЗМІ поставились до цього з великою недовірою, бо таке нелюдство неможливо було уявити в 21 сторіччі.
Радник мера зазначив, що сьогодні NYT (газета «New York Times» (США) підтвердила 18 «фільтраційних таборів» для українців з посиланням на заступника голови місії США при ОБСЄ Кортні Остріан.
Андрющенко оприлюднив цитату з цього американського ЗМІ: «Списки українських громадян, які вважалися загрозою для російського контролю над Україною, включаючи всіх, хто дотримується проукраїнських поглядів», були складені росією заздалегідь».
