Протягом 12 років бухгалтер Міністерства закордонних справ Румунії переказувала зарплати своїм близьким, котрі ніколи не були співробітниками відомства. Міністерство звернулося до правоохоронних органів.
Бухгалтерку підозрюють у перерахуванні різних сум із фондів відомства з 2012 по 2024 рік своєму другові та його сину, обидва вони – військовослужбовці.
Розслідування, розпочате за заявою Міністерства закордонних справ, триває.
Жінку викрив її коханець і його син після того, як вони посварилися.
Розслідування веде і військова прокуратура.
«В середньому вона переказувала від десяти до п’ятнадцяти тисяч леїв, з яких я залишав собі 3 тисячі, ніби як додатковий заробіток. До армії я працював приватним підприємцем», – розповів чоловік кореспонденту Pro TV.
За оцінками, бухгалтерка завдала Міністерству закордонних справ близько двох мільйонів леїв збитків.
За даними румунських ЗМІ, жінка вже звільнилася.

Російська пропаганда поширила фейковий пост, який стосується військової допомоги Ізраїлю, нібито зі сторінки міністра закордонних справ України Дмитра Кулеби в X. Про це повідомив речник українського відомства Георгій Тихий.
На підробленому скріншоті нібито допису Кулеби розміщено такий текст: „Важливо пам’ятати, що ресурси обмежені навіть у такої великої держави, як США. Ізраїль має уникати ескалації напруженості з Іраном. Нам потрібна повна підтримка наших союзників, щоб перемогти Росію”.
Тихий наголосив, що будь-хто може перейти на офіційний акаунт міністра й побачити, що такого повідомлення немає.
„Але оскільки російська пропаганда наполегливо працює над поширенням цієї недолугої підробки, я можу офіційно підтвердити, що це фейк. Міністр закордонних справ України ніколи про це не заявляв”, – написав речник МЗС.

„За попередніми даними, загиблі громадяни були військовослужбовцями, які проходили медичну реабілітацію в Німеччині. Українські консули уточнюють інформацію щодо підрозділів, у яких служили загиблі, та встановлюють звʼязок із їхніми рідними”, – йдеться у заяві міністерства.
Крім того, міністр закордонних справ України Дмитро Кулеба доручив Департаменту консульської служби МЗС і Генеральному консульству в Мюнхені тримати справу на особливому контролі та перебувати у постійному контакті з правоохоронними органами ФРН, аби вбивця поніс покарання за всією суворістю закону.

В Італії у ДТП загинула 21-річна громадянка України, яка перебувала в автомобілі разом із 40-річним мешканцем Швейцарії.
Про це повідомили у пресслужбі Міністерства закордонних справ, передає Укрїнформ.
Аварія сталася 31 березня на автостраді Івреа – Сантіа. Автомобіль Ferrari Gtc4, який рухався в бік кордону зі Швейцарією, на високій швидкості врізався у відбійник, розломився навпіл і загорівся.
За інформацією Генерального консульства України в Мілані, в машині перебували 40-річний мешканець Швейцарії та 21-річна громадянка України. Наразі триває ідентифікація жертв. Співробітники генконсульства в Мілані тримають на контролі дану справу.
Раніше повідомлялося, що в аварії в Італії загинули 21-річна українка Анна Краєвська та 40-річний косовський албанець Гісні Кестай, відомий як Dj Style Q. Вони обидва проживали у Швейцарії.

Одержані гроші дипломатка витрачала на придбання елітної нерухомості у центрі Києва та в Одесі.
Правоохоронці викрили у Києві консулку, яка „допомагала” нелегалам з „терористично ризикових” країн Азії переїхати до Євросоюзу. Про це повідомила СБУ у четвер, 9 листопада.
Вказано, що мова йде про другого секретаря з консульських та адміністративних питань посольства України в одній із країн Центральної Азії. Вона за гроші пропонувала громадянам з декількох південноазійських держав незаконно виїхати до Євросоюзу транзитом через територію України.
„Для цього посадовиця оформлювала своїм клієнтам візи для в’їзду до нашої держави як студентів українських закладів вищої освіти. Вартість такої „послуги» становила до 3 тисяч доларів з одного нелегала”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Дипломатці допомагали два іноземця. Вони підшукували клієнтів, домовлялися з ними про „умови поїздки” та передавали гроші організаторці схеми.
За наявними даними, „послугами” зловмисників скористалося до 900 вихідців з країн терористичного ризику. За ці гроші консулка купувала елітну нерухомість у центрі Києва та в Одесі. Жінка працювала у МЗС з 2007 року.
Під час обшуків у її помешканні в Києві правоохоронці виявили комп’ютерну техніку, мобільні телефони та чорнові записи із доказами злочинних дій.
Наразі консульці повідомлено про підозру за статтею про незаконне переправлення осіб через державний кордон України, вчинене організованою групою (ч.3 ст.332 КК України).
Вирішуються питання про обрання чиновниці запобіжного заходу, відсторонення від займаної посади та накладення арешту на її майно. Жінці загрожує до 9 років тюрми з конфіскацією майна. Планується оголошення у міжнародний розшук її спільників.

Речник МЗС України Олег Ніколенко повідомив, що в Ізраїлі зросла кількість загиблих українців внаслідок бойових дій у ході палестинсько-ізраїльського конфлікту.
Про це він написав у Facebook.
“Кількість загиблих українців в Ізраїлі зросла до семи людей. Консули встановили їхні особисті дані, підтримують зв’язок із родичами та вживають заходів задля репатріації тіл”, – наголосив він.
Зазначається, що внаслідок бойових дій дев’ять громадян отримали поранення різного ступеню тяжкості, ще дев’ять українців вважаються зниклими безвісти. Українське посольство взаємодіє із ізраїльськими службами безпеки в контексті пошуку зниклих.
“Понад тисяча українських громадян звернулися за допомогою у виїзді з території Ізраїлю через скасовані авіарейси. Дипломати готують на суботу, 14 жовтня, перший евакуаційний рейс до Румунії. Працюємо над організацією додаткових евакуаційних рейсів. Деталі будуть надіслані громадянам, які надали свої дані в українське посольство в Тель-Авіві”, – додали у МЗС.
За словами Ніколенко, близько 200 українців заявили про бажання евакуюватися із Сектора Газа. Водночас через відсутність безпеки виїзд наразі неможливий.
“МЗС, українські посольства в Ізраїлі, Єгипті, Йорданії, а також інші причетні відомства України, докладають активних зусиль, аби якнайшвидше витягти наших людей”, – наголосив він.

Шістьом сім’ям наразі допомогли знайти тимчасове житло в Ізраїлі.
Про це розповів речник МЗС Олег Ніколенко, передає Інтерфакс-Україна.
„Загалом за три доби оперативний штаб МЗС, створений для допомоги українцям в Ізраїлі, опрацював понад 700 звернень наших громадян. Минулої доби Українські дипломати розшукали 7 українців на півдні країни, які до цього вважалися зниклими. Наразі вони перебувають у безпеці”, – зазначив він
Також у МЗС розповіли, що українське посольство допомогло шістьом сім’ям знайти тимчасове житло в Ізраїлі.
Спікер нагадав, що дипломати також зараз займаються українським хлопчиком, якого вчора врятували у зоні бойових дій. Йому надається медичне лікування, психологічна підтримка та готується його повернення в Україну до родичів.
„Щодо українців загиблих чи постраждалих – у нас є підтверджена інформація про двох українок. Ми повідомляли про це раніше. Ситуація більше не змінилася. У нас є інформація про можливу загибель ще 3 українців: двоє на території Ізраїлю, один на території Сектору Гази. Але цю інформацію поки не підтверджено. Інша інформація про постраждалих українців не надходила”, – сказав речник МЗС.
Ніколенко також розповів про українців, які звернулися до оперативного штабу через неможливість залишити Ізраїль через скасування авіарейсів.
„Тут ми маємо цифру близько 300 громадян – це на території Ізраїлю. А також 150 українців у Секторі Гази, які зголосилися виїхати з анклаву”, – додали в МЗС.

Про це повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на заяву речника Міністерства закордонних справ України Олега Ніколенка.
Як зазначив він, за інформацією Державної прикордонної служби України, сьогодні вночі під час масованої атаки Росії в районі Ізмаїльського порту російські „шахеди” впали та здетонували на території Румунії.
„Це є черговим підтвердженням того, що російський ракетний терор становить величезну загрозу не лише безпеці України, але і безпеці сусідніх країн, зокрема держав-членів НАТО”, – зазначив спікер МЗС.

За словами речника правлячого в країні руху Талібан, ще є багато поранених.
Зазначається, що зловмисник планував проникнути усередину будівлі МЗС, але йому цього не вдалося зробити.
Вибух стався близько 16:00 години за місцевим часом. Правоохоронці проводять розслідування.
Нині уряд, керований Талібаном, бореться з повстанцями бойовиків „Ісламської держави”, які нещодавно атакували іноземців у російському та пакистанському посольстві, а також готель, який обслуговує китайських бізнесменів.
Вибух стався в жвавий час доби в сильно укріпленому районі, який оточений блокпостами. На вулиці, розташовані стоїть МЗС та кілька міністерств.

Грецька поліція вже розпочала слідство. Про це в фейсбук повідомив речник міністерства закордонних справ України Олег Ніколенко.
Він зазначив, що Україна очікує на пришвидшення розслідування з боку німецьких правоохоронців.
„Загалом вже маємо 33 випадки погроз в 17 країнах: 1 замах на теракт, 2 повідомлення про мінування, 1 випадок вандалізму, 1 випадок письмової погрози та 28 закривавлених пакунків”, – підсумував Ніколенко.
