Співробітники Головного управління Національної поліції в Закарпатській області, у співпраці з СБУ та за процесуального керівництва Ужгородської окружної прокуратури, провели затримання членів угруповання, які організували в області розгалужену мережу збуту метамфетаміну. До заходів також були залучені спецпризначенці КОРД та Роти поліції особливого призначення.
Група наркоторговців складалася з 4-ох ужгородців: 43-річний організатор злочину, 26-річний постачальник наркотовару та двоє безпосередніх збувачів, серед яких 30-річна жінка. За оперативною інформацією правоохоронців середній дохід зловмисників з продажу наркотиків становив орієнтовно 150 тисяч гривень щомісяця.
Для припинення їх злочинної діяльності та збору доказів у справі було проведено ряд негласних заходів.
Окрім цього, сьогодні, 23 вересня, за місцем проживання усіх фігурантів справи поліцейські провели санкціоновані обшуки. Серед вилученого – десятки згортків з метамфетаміном, пристрої для вживання наркотиків, готівка, мобільні телефони, електронні ваги та чорнові записи фігурантів. За цінами «чорного ринку» сума вилучених з незаконного обігу наркотиків становить понад 100 тисяч гривень
Усіх чотирьох членів злочинного угруповання поліція затримала у порядку статті 208 КПК України. Їх помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання. Слідчі Ужгородського районного управління поліції наразі готують матеріали для повідомлення затриманим про підозру та звертатимуться до суду з клопотанням про обрання наркоторговцям запобіжного заходу.
Кримінальне провадження у поліції відкрито за ч. 2 ст. 307 Кримінального кодексу України. Відповідно до санкції цієї статті торговцям наркотиками загрожує десятирічне ув’язнення з конфіскацією майна.

Стрілянина сталася в торговому центрі Plaza Carso на околиці району Поланко в Мехіко. За даними поліції, убитий, імовірно, був пов’язаний з організованим злочинним угрупованням, повідомляє CBS.
Чоловік, якого застрелили в Мехіко, очевидно, мав зв’язки з наркокартелем на півночі Мексики.
Це вже друге за квітень убивство в «Старбаксі». Раніше цього місяця чоловіка застрелили в кафе на курорті Тулум. За даними правоохоронців, злодії намагалися забрати годинник жертви, а потім відкрили вогонь.
Стрілянина сталася через кілька днів після того, як прокуратура США висунула звинувачення 28 членам картелю «Сіналоа» в контрабанді великої кількості фентанілу в Сполучені Штати.
Серед обвинувачених троє синів колишнього наркобарона Хоакіна «Ель Чапо» Гузмана, відомого як «Чапітос».
Згідно з обвинувальним актом, опублікованим міністерством юстиції країни, члени картелю катували своїх суперників штопорами, електрошоком та гострим перцем чилі, а деяких жертв живими або мертвими згодовували тиграм.

Мексиканський картель Перської затоки передав правоохоронцям викрадачів, які минулого тижня серед білого дня викрали та вбили громадян США. Унаслідок нападу загинуло троє людей. Тепер картель вирішив справу по-своєму.
П’ятеро чоловіків, відповідальних за напад, зі зв’язаними руками були передані правоохоронцям північно-східного прикордонного міста Матаморос, туди, де стався напад на чотирьох американців. Злочинна організація долучила й повідомлення із вибаченнями, копію якого від влади штату Тамауліпас отримало інформаційне агентство AP.
«Ми вирішили передати винних, які […] діяли через власну недисциплінованість», – ідеться в посланні картелю, залишеному на лобовому склі пікапа. Організація також заявила, що не нападає на невинних людей, і пообіцяла, що більше така помилка не повториться.
Минулого тижня четверо громадян США були викрадені за нез’ясованих обставин у районі, де регулярно відбуваються сутички між ворогуючими наркокартелями. Двоє американців були вбиті, один зазнав поранень, ще одного згодом знайшли неушкодженим у дерев’яній хатині. Під час стрілянини від випадкової кулі загинула також мексиканка.
За словами родича одного із загиблих, четверо громадян США зі штату Південна Кароліна вирушили в Мексику, бо один із них мав зробити там пластичну операцію. Імовірно, американці випадково потрапили в перестрілку між ворогуючими бандами.
Федеральне бюро розслідувань США (ФБР) призначило винагороду в розмірі 50 тисяч доларів за інформацію, а уряд Мексики відправив до міста 200 військових та 100 представників національної гвардії.
