Служба безпеки зібрала доказову базу на російського олігарха Олега Дерипаску та його топменеджерів в Україні, які причетні до фінансування збройної агресії рф.
У результаті комплексних заходів Дерипаска отримав заочне повідомлення про підозру, а двох його топменеджерів затримано у різних регіонах нашої держави. Йдеться, зокрема, про директора надровидобувної компанії «Глухівський кар’єр кварцитів» та куратора цієї установи від російського олігарха: громадянина України, який у 2021 році отримав посвідку на проживання в рф.
За матеріалами слідства, ці двоє фігурантів допомогли бізнесмену з рф привласнити виробничі потужності кар’єра у 2012 році, попри існуючу заборону на їхній продаж.
З того часу і до початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф керівництво видобувної компанії постачало до росії оптові партії гірських порід для виплавки сталі.
Отриману з України сировину компанії російського мільярдера продавали підприємствам військово-промислового комплексу країни-агресора для виробництва балістичних рекет, зокрема типу «Іскандер».
Також імпортовану продукцію окупанти використовували для серійного виготовлення бойових дронів та радіолокаційних систем.
На підставі зібраних доказів російському олігарху Олегу Дерипасці заочно повідомлено про підозру за такими статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️ ч. 3 ст. 27, ч. 5 ст. 191 (організація привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем, вчинені організованою групою) ;
▪️ ч. 3 ст. 27, ч. 3 ст. 209 (організація легалізації (відмивання) майна, одержаного злочинним шляхом) ;
▪️ ч. 3 ст. 27, ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 4 ст. 110-2 (організація фінансування дій, вчинених з метою насильницької зміни чи повалення конституційного ладу або захоплення державної влади, зміни меж території або державного кордону України).
Злочинні дії директора української компанії кваліфіковано за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України:
▪️ ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 4 ст. 110-2 (пособництво у фінансуванні дій, вчинених з метою насильницької зміни чи повалення конституційного ладу або захоплення державної влади, зміни меж території або державного кордону України).
Його спільнику – куратору – повідомлено про підозру за:
▪️ ч. 5 ст. 191 (привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем, вчинені організованою групою);
▪️ ч. 3 ст. 209 (легалізація (відмивання) майна, одержаного злочинним шляхом) Кримінального кодексу України.
Також повідомлено про заочну підозру одному з керівників «РУСАЛу» та громадянці Кіпру, яка сприяла незаконному відчуженню підприємства.
Нагадаємо, що за матеріалами СБУ у лютому 2023 року активи «Глухівського кар’єра кварцитів» було націоналізовано на користь України.
СБУ проводила заходи із документування злочину за процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора та у співпраці з Держаудитслужбою і Фондом держмайна.
Федеральне бюро розслідувань США (ФБР) здійснило рейд на будинок російського мільярдера Олега Дерипаски у Вашингтоні. Причина операції не розголошується.
ФБР провело обшуки також у будинках родичів Олега Дерипаски у Вашингтоні й Нью-Йорку. Інформацію ЗМІ підтвердили співробітники бюро та представниця бізнесмена Лариса Бєляєва. За її словами, Дерипаска не є власником нерухомості, у якій відбулися правоохоронні дії. Тим часом, за даними американської преси, житловий будинок у Вашингтоні, де були помічені співробітники ФБР, належить саме бізнесмену.
Бєляєва сказала, що обшуки проводилися на підставі двох судових ордерів, пов’язаних з американськими санкціями. Газета «Вашингтон пост» з посиланням на джерела заявила, що операція відбулася в рамках кримінального розслідування діяльності Дерипаски.
У списку санкцій США 53-річний російський мільярдер перебуває з 2018 року. Він потрапив до переліку бізнесменів, яких американський мінфін вважає близькими до президента РФ Володимира Путіна. Ім’я Дерипаски фігурувало в розслідуванні про ймовірне втручання Росії в президентські вибори в США.
Маючи майже 17 мільярдів доларів, бізнесмен виявився другим найбагатшим росіянином в одному зі списків журналу Forbes за 2007 рік.
