A Georgiai (Grúziai) Belügyminisztérium közölte, hogy 107 személyt tartóztattak le egy demonstráción a parlament épülete előtt.
A minisztérium közleménye szerint a letartóztatottak többsége „verbális és fizikai ellenállást tanúsított a rendőrséggel szemben.”

A litván bűnüldöző szervek őrizetbe vettek két spanyol állampolgárt, akik terrorcselekményt terveztek a balti állam északi részén található Šiauliai városában. Erről a litván főügyészség számolt be.
A jelentés szerint két spanyol állampolgár ez év szeptemberében érkezett Litvániába azzal a szándékkal, hogy felgyújtsák egy magáncég termelő létesítményeit, valamint a külső berendezéseket és létesítményeket.
„A gyanúsítottaknak nem sikerült végrehajtaniuk a tervet, és nem sikerült elrejtőzniük a bűnüldöző hatóságok elől” – áll a jelentésben.
A gyanúsítottak Rigában próbáltak elrejtőzni, ahol a lett állambiztonsági szolgálat őrizetbe vette őket.
„Nem sokkal ezután a gyanúsítottakat a Litvániában kiadott európai elfogatóparancs alapján Litvániába szállították. A gyanúsítottak jelenleg őrizetben vannak, az előzetes nyomozás folyamatban van” – közölte a Legfőbb Ügyészség.

Lövöldözés volt péntek este Kijev egyik kerületében, az incidens résztvevőit a rrendőrség őrizetbe vette – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a kijevi járőrrendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a járőrök bejelentést kaptak, hogy lövöldözés van Kijev egyik kerületében. A telefonáló részletes leírást adott a szabálysértőkről, ezt követően megkezdődött a keresésük. A környező területek átvizsgálása után a rendőrök fegyveres férfiakra bukkantak. „Mivel agresszívan viselkedtek, ezért a járőrök erősítést hívtak segítségül, és őrizetbe vették a szabálysértőket, akiknél startpisztolyt találtak” – áll a rendőrségi közleményben.
A rendőrök elmondása szerint a férfiak őrizetbe vétele során az egyikük barátnője megpróbált beülni a szolgálati autójukba, de figyelmeztették a rendőrök intézkedésének akadályozása miatti felelősségre.
A rendőrök a férfiakat előállították a kerületi rendőrkapitányságra, garázdaság és közterületen való ittas megjelenés miatt indult ellenük eljárás.

Vesztegetés gyanújával őrizetbe vették a Ternopili Területi Toborzó és Szociális Támogató Központ (TCK) vezetőjét. Az Ukrajinszka Pravda forrása szerint az illető Szerhij Jancseszkij.
Az őrizetbe vételre október 21-én került sor. A bíróság több mint 240 000 hrivnya összegű óvadék ellenében letartóztatta Jancsetszkijt, és felfüggesztette a szolgálat alól – közölte az ügyészség.
A nyomozás szerint a 45 éves ezredes jogtalan juttatást követelt egy katonai szolgálatra kötelezett üzletembertől 1000 liter gázolajra szóló, 1000 dollárnak megfelelő kuponok formájában azért, hogy a mozgósítás idejére halasztást kapjon a katonai szolgálat alól.
Az üzletember egy olyan oktatási intézményben tanul, ahol törvényes joga van arra, hogy halasztást kapjon a sorozás alól, a katonatiszt azonban figyelmeztette, hogy csak kenőpénz – az ezer liter gázolajra szóló kuponok – ellenében adja ki neki a halasztásról szóló igazolást.

Egy argentin bíróság hétfőn elrendelte több venezuelai kormánytisztviselő, köztük Nicolás Maduro államfő őrizetbe vételét, emberiesség elleni bűncselekmények miatt – közölte az Argentin Fórum a Demokrácia Védelméért elnevezésű szervezet, amely az ügyet bíróság elé vitte.
„Bebizonyosodott, hogy Venezuelában a polgári lakosság egy része ellen szisztematikus elnyomási terv létezik, emberek erőszakos eltüntetése, kínzás, gyilkosságok és üldözés folyik” – idézte a helyi média a Buenos Aires-i szövetségi bíróság 20 oldalas vádiratát. Döntését a bíróság az egyetemes joghatóság elvére alapozta, amely az emberiesség elleni bűncselekmények eseteire vonatkozik és amelyet kizárólag a bűncselekmény természete alapoz meg, tekintet nélkül az elkövetés helyére.
Korábban, hétfőn a venezuelai legfelsőbb bíróság elrendelte Javier Milei argentin elnök, Patricia Bullrich biztonsági miniszter és Karina Milei, az elnök húga és elnöki tanácsadó letartóztatását egyebek között pénzmosás és a szabadság jogellenes megvonása vádjával.
Buenos Aires és Caracas között a július 28-i, vitatott venezuelai elnökválasztás óta feszült a viszony. Az eseményt széles körű választási csalás vádja árnyékolja be. A választásokat követően argentin diplomatákat utasítottak ki Venezuelából, Buenos Aires pedig felszólította a hágai Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróságot, hogy adjon ki elfogatóparancsot Maduro ellen.
A 2013 óta hatalmon lévő Maduro harmadik mandátumát azután szerezte meg, hogy az ország választási hatósága őt hirdette ki győztesnek. A kormány nem szolgáltatott konkrét szavazatszámokat Maduro győzelmének alátámasztására. Az ellenzék saját jelöltje, Edmundo González győzelmét követeli, fellépésének jelentős a támogatása a régió más országaiban és az Egyesült Államokban. González szeptember 8-án Spanyolországba utazott, ahol politikai menedékjogot kért.

Hivatalosan „destabilizálás” miatt vették őrizetbe a külföldi állampolgárokat, miközben egyre csak növekszik a feszültség az országban a választási eredmények miatt.
Egy magas rangú kormánytisztviselő közölte, hogy Venezuela őrizetbe vett három amerikai, két spanyol és egy cseh állampolgárt a dél-amerikai ország destabilizálására irányuló állítólagos összeesküvés miatt. Diosdado Cabello venezuelai belügyminiszter szombati közlése szerint 6 embert azzal a gyanúval vették őrizetbe, hogy támadást terveztek Nicolas Maduro elnök és kormánya ellen.
A letartóztatások előzménye, hogy az elmúlt hetekben sosem látott feszültség alakult ki Venezuela és az Egyesült Államok, Spanyolország és más nyugati országok között a július végén tartott vitatott venezuelai választások miatt, ugyanis ismételten a 2013 óta hatalmon lévő Madurót hirdették ki a szavazás győztesének.
Mindez azért keltett masszív feszültséget, mert rendkívül valószínű, hogy ismét választási csalás történt: az ellenzék ugyanis rámutatott, jelöltjük legyőzte a régóta hivatalban lévő elnököt, mégis Madurót hirdették ki győztesnek. Az erősen vitatott választási eredmények tömeges ellenzéki tüntetéseket váltottak ki az országban, melyek következtében több mint két tucat ember életét vesztette, legalább 200 pedig megsérült.
Szombati sajtótájékoztatóján Cabello azzal vádolta a két őrizetbe vett spanyol állampolgárt, hogy állítólag kapcsolatban álltak a spanyol titkosszolgálattal, és merényletet terveztek egy polgármester ellen. A miniszter elmondása szerint a két férfit fényképezés közben vették őrizetbe Puerto Ayacucho városában.
Nem sokkal később a spanyol kormány is reagált a történtekre és tagadták, hogy bármi valóságtartalma lenne a miniszter állításának. Cabello három amerikai és egy cseh állampolgárt is megvádolt „terrorista” cselekményekben való részvétellel, köztük Maduro és más tisztségviselők elleni állítólagos merénylet tervével.
Az amerikai külügyminisztérium szóvivője a Reuters hírügynökség megkeresésére az ügy kapcsán megosztotta, „egy amerikai katonatisztet” vettek őrizetbe Venezuelában, ugyanakkor a szóvivő hangsúlyozta, az USA nem vesz és nem vett részt a Maduro megbuktatására irányuló kísérletben.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) őrizetbe vette Kárpátalján a Csernyihiv megyei Csihirini Városi Tanács ellenzéki képviselőjét, miközben megpróbált illegálisan átjutni Szlovákiába – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a Csernyihiv megyei SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU a városi képviselőt már korábban megvádolta Oroszország háborús bűneinek igazolásával és az Ukrajna elleni fegyveres agresszió tagadásával. A nyomozás szerint a gyanúsított a rasszizmus ideológiai támogatójaként a teljes körű orosz invázió kezdetétől nyilvánosan támogatta a Kreml politikáját. Az agitátor saját környezetében ellenséges narratívákat terjesztett Ukrajna társadalmi-politikai helyzetéről. Internetes levelezésében videókat, felvételeket és üzeneteket osztott meg a nyílt orosz propagandatartalmakkal és ellenséges hamis hírekkel.
A titkosszolgálat azt is megállapította, hogy saját kezdeményezésre felvette a kapcsolatot a betiltott Régiók Pártja volt parlamenti képviselőjével, Volodimir Olijnikkal, aki az ukrán igazságszolgáltatás elől Oroszországban bujkál. Az egykori régiópárti honatyának küldött üzeneteiben dezinformációkat közölt a fronttérségek területén működő biztonsági és védelmi erőkről, lejáratva ezzel az ukrán hadsereget. Mivel éjszakai házi őrizetben volt, úgy döntött, külföldre menekül.
Az elkövetőt Ukrajna államhatárának jogellenes átlépése, illetve annak kísérlete miatt közigazgatási felelősségre vonás céljából előállították a határőrségre. A férfi a szükséges intézkedések megtétele után az illetékes rendvédelmi szervek munkatársai kíséretében elhagyta a határövezetet.
A bíróság fokozott megelőző intézkedést – éjjel-nappali házi őrizetet – rendelt el a képviselő számára nyomkövető bokabilincs kötelező viselésével.

A lengyel belbiztonsági hivatal megjegyzi, hogy egy 26 éves ukrán 15 000 euró felajánlásával próbált kémkedésre rávenni egy lengyel állampolgárt.
A fogvatartottat az Ukrajna megsegítésére szánt katonai járművek fényképei érdekelték, amelyeket a lengyel–ukrán határra küldtek.
Az ügyész három hónapos ideiglenes letartóztatás kiszabását indítványozta a bíróságnak. Az ukrán állampolgárra nyolc év börtönbüntetés várhat.
