2022. február 24. és 2023 novembere között valószínűleg 180-240 ezer orosz katona sebesült meg, és körülbelül 50 ezer meghalt – derült ki a brit védelmi minisztérium legfrissebb hírszerzési jelentéséből.
A jelentés hozzátette, hogy a Wagner-csoport zsoldosai közül mintegy 40 ezer megsebesült, míg további 20 ezer meghalt.
A frissítés azt is kiemelte, hogy a valós veszteségek számát még valószínűleg az orosz tisztviselők sem tudják pontosan, mert a katonaságnál „kialakult a tisztességtelen jelentéstétel kultúrája”.
