15-річна дівчина загинула під час відпочинку, коли купалась у недозволеному місці зі своїми подругами. Подія сталася у Білій Церкві Київської області. Про це повідомила пресслужба Поліції Київської області у понеділок, 21 квітня.
Близько 16:40 21 квітня поліція отримала повідомлення від місцевого жителя про нещасний випадок у Білій Церкві. За словами заявника, у річці Рось втопилася дівчина.
„Поліцейські встановили, що четверо подруг проводили дозвілля біля річки, стрибали з каміння у воду та купались у недозволеному для цього місці. Одна з них, а саме 15-річна дівчина раптово зникла під водою. Згодом працівники рятувальної станції дістали дівчину на поверхню, яка, на жаль, ознак життя не подавала”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Наразі на місці події працює слідчо-оперативна група, щоб встановити обставини загибелі неповнолітньої.

Служба безпеки викрила ще сімох неповнолітніх, які за завданням росії підпалювали релейні шафи на залізницях у північних та центральних областях України.
Про це інформує пресцентр СБУ.
Як зазначається, наймолодшому з фігурантів виповнилося лише 12 років, найстаршому – 16. Усі вони місцеві школярі й студенти, які потрапили на гачок російських спецслужб під час пошуку легких грошей на Телеграм-каналах.
Після втягування неповнолітніх до підривної діяльності окупанти націлили їх на знищення релейних шаф Укрзалізниці. Для вчинення підпалів фігуранти використовували легкозаймисті суміші, а потім фіксували на відео загоряння пошкоджених об’єктів.
Так, на Черкащині СБУ викрила шістьох неповнолітніх підпалювачів, які навчалися в одній школі міста Сміла. Як встановило слідство, спочатку російські спецслужбісти перевіряли своїх поплічників на готовність до диверсій і терактів. Для цього окупанти доручали їм наносити провокативні графіті на стінах будівель.
Після виконання так званих тестових завдань фігуранти підпалили декілька релейних шаф і згодом отримали з РФ нові інструкції: виготовити для теракту саморобний вибуховий пристрій (СВП). Зловмисники не встигли зробити вибухівку, оскільки співробітники Служби безпеки спрацювали на випередження.
Наразі вирішується питання щодо кваліфікації дій фігурантів та притягнення їх до відповідальності.
Крім того, у Чернігові затримано ще одного фігуранта. Ним виявився 16-річний студент місцевого ліцею, який на замовлення РФ намагався порушити залізничну логістику Сил оборони на півночі України. Для цього він мав підпалити декілька релейних шаф вхідних світлофорів, що забезпечують безперебійний рух вантажних поїздів та військових ешелонів.
Співробітники СБУ затримали зловмисника хлопця після підпалу першого енергооб’єкта. Йому повідомили про підозру у диверсії, вчиненій в умовах воєнного стану. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді довічного позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Примітка: згідно зі статтею 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою в скоєнні злочину і не може бути кримінально покарана, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

1 квітня до поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що у селищі Вилок під потягом загинула людина. За викликом одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Берегівського районного відділу поліції, працівники якої провели огляд місця події та встановили попередні обставини.
З’ясувалося, що близько 14:40 машиніст пасажирського потягу сполученням «Запоріжжя-Солотвино» допустив наїзд на 14-річного мешканця села Перехрестя, який, за показами водія, раптово вибіг на колію. Від отриманих травм дитина загинула на місці події.
За фактом порушення правил безпеки руху або експлуатації залізничного транспорту слідчі поліції Виноградова відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 276 Кримінального кодексу України.
У справі наразі призначено експертні дослідження, за висновками яких поліцейські встановлять усі обставини події. Слідство у справі триває.

Українських підлітків схиляють до здійснення диверсій за грошову винагороду. Наразі за спробу підпалів військових авто та об’єктів залізничної інфраструктури затримано 11 неповнолітніх віком від 13 до 17 років. Про це повідомляє DW.
Зокрема, такі висновки містяться в доповіді Управління ООН з прав людини, присвяченій аналізу впливу війни на неповнолітніх. Її було оприлюднено сьогодні, 21 березня.
Повідомляється, що в документі не сказано однозначно, хто саме схиляє українських підлітків до вчинення диверсій, проте вказується, що „все свідчить про те, що відповідальність за це несуть особи, пов’язані з росією”.
За інформацією української Генпрокуратури, на яку посилаються автори документа, в Україні було затримано 11 підлітків віком від 13 до 17 років, яких намагалися втягнути у диверсії.
З ними виходили на зв’язок через соцмережі і підштовхували до того, щоб, наприклад, влаштувати підпал автомобілів ЗСУ або об’єктів української залізничної інфраструктури. Гроші обіцяли переказати після того, як підлітки надішлють замовнику відео здійсненого підпалу, йдеться в доповіді.

Служба безпеки та Національна поліція нейтралізували групу неповнолітніх підпалювачів, які на замовлення Росії знищували релейні шафи Укрзалізниці на Чернігівщині.

Відомо, що колаборанти діяли через 15-річного мешканця Ніжинського району. Юнак активно шукав “легких заробітків” на Телеграм-каналах, через що потрапив у поле зору російських спецслужб.
За інструкцією окупантів фігурант залучив до підривної діяльності двох однокласників та ще одного неповнолітнього знайомого.
Для виконання ворожих завдань підлітки спочатку встановлювали геолокації залізничного обладнання, а потім підпалювали його за допомогою легкозаймистої суміші. Так вони пошкодили релейну шафу, яка відповідає за безпечний рух поїздів на стратегічно важливій ділянці залізниці.
“Правоохоронці затримали всіх чотирьох підпалювачів по гарячих слідах, а замість грошей з РФ їм загрожує довічне ув’язнення”, ‒ зазначили правоохоронці.
На підставі отриманих доказів слідчі Служби безпеки повідомили затриманим про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 2 ст. 113 Кримінального кодексу України ‒ диверсія, вчинена за попередньою змовою групою осіб в умовах воєнного стану.Зловмисники перебувають під вартою.

У четвер, 10 жовтня, у місті Києві перехожі зауважили у річці Дніпро біля Набережного шосе тіло людини.
Відповідне відео з’явилося у соцмережах. На опублікованих кадрах видно, як хтось нерухомий пливе у воді.
Як повідомили у поліції, двоє 15-річних підлітків вживали алкогольні напої, після чого один з них упав у воду.
Небайдужі очевидці витягли хлопця з річки живим, а патрульні поліцейські, яких викликали на місце події, передали його медикам.
“Інший 15-річний юнак також мав ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння, тож обох хлопців ушпиталили. Про подію повідомили батьків, усі обставини події зʼясовують працівники ювенальної превенції”, – повідомили у поліції.

Зранку у середу, 4 серпня, у школі в Стокгольмі стріляли у підлітка – правоохоронці затримали підозрюваного, ситуація контрольована.
Про це повідомили агентство Reuters та мовник SVT із посиланням на дані представника поліції, передає „Європейська правда”.
Стрілянина сталася рано вранці в середу в школі на півдні Стокгольма, повідомила поліція.
За словами представника поліції, внаслідок цього, одна людина отримала вогнепальне поранення і була доставлена в лікарню для лікування.
„Коли ми прибули на місце, вона була у свідомості і могла розмовляти”, – сказав він та акцентував, що школа не вважається місцем злочину, де відбувалися активні дії.
Правоохоронець додав, що поліція не шукає додаткових злочинців, а ситуація залишається контрольованою.
Поліція розпочала досудове розслідування за підозрою в замаху на вбивство, а також перевіряє зв’язок між пораненими та підозрюваним.

У Києва з 16 поверху упали двоє підлітків 2009 року народження. Повідомляється, що інцидент стався на вулиці Жилявській.
Наразі поліція встановлює всі обставини трагедії. Правоохоронці зазначили, що відкрили кримінальне провадження за статтею 115 Кримінального кодексу України – тобто „самогубство”. У поліції зазначили, що решта деталей буде згодом.
До слова, близько місяця тому ймовірне самогубство сталося у київському тирі. Один з відвідувачів прийшов займатись стрільбою з пістолета, але несподівано вистрілив собі в підборіддя. Від отриманих поранень він загинув на місці.

Суперечка між двома підлітками закінчилася трагедією: один із хлопців, у якого був пістолет, почав ображати матір іншого, а потім застосував зброю, повідомляє DailyStar.
12-річний Кейн Хейланд проводив дозвілля разом із двома іншими хлопцями в Ред-Ліон, штат Пенсильванія. За словами очевидців, трійця пішла до будинку одного з підлітків, звідки вирушила на прогулянку, захопивши з собою зброю.
Через якийсь час хлопець з пістолетом почав ображати матір Каїна. Той сказав йому заткнутися. Це призвело до того, що озброєний хлопець схопив пістолет, натиснув на спусковий гачок і влучив жертві у верхню частину спини. Унаслідок цього, згідно із судовими документами, потерпілий упав на землю й помер від завданих травм.
Один із підлітків розповів про те, що сталося, своїй матері, і вона викликала поліцію. Удома в 13-річного хлопця правоохоронці вилучили магазини, патрони та інші речові докази.
Наразі нікого не затримали.
