A Jevropejszka Pravda szerint ezt az információt Jana Simunkova, a Pozsonyi Kerületi Rendőrség szóvivője erősítette meg a TASR-nek.
„A büntetőeljárás a büntetőfeljelentés hivatalos visszavonásával 2022 júniusában lezárult” – közölte Simunkova.
Jan Benczyk, a Szabadság és Szolidaritás (SaS) párt képviselője adott tájékoztatást a Fico elleni vádakról, akit kémkedéssel, titkos információk veszélyeztetésével és bizalmas információk nyilvánosságra hozatalával vádoltak. Benczyk szerint az ilyen információk nyilvánosságra hozatala veszélybe sodorhatta volna a szállítmányozásban részt vevő katonai és tranzitszemélyzetet.
Robert Fico akkor azt állította, hogy hamis vádakkal próbálják megvádolni az ellenzéket, és ellenezte az Sz–300-as légvédelmi rendszer Ukrajnának történő átadását.

A szlovák legfelsőbb ügyészség a büntetőtörvénykönyv előírásainak többrendbeli megsértésére és alapvető hiányosságokra hivatkozva megszüntette Robert Fico volt kormányfő és három társa ellen idén tavasszal bűnszövetkezet létrehozása és más vádakkal indított eljárást – közölte kedden a TASR szlovák közszolgálati hírügynökség a legfelsőbb ügyészség bejelentésére hivatkozva.
Fico és belügyminisztere, Robert Kalinák, illetve Tibor Gaspar volt országos rendőrfőkapitány és egy negyedik személy ellen idén áprilisban indított eljárást a szlovák rendőrség különleges egysége, a Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökség (NAKA) bűnszövetkezet létrehozásának, hivatali jogkörrel való visszaélésnek és adótitok megsértésének a gyanújával.
Fico az eljárást rögtön annak megindítását követően „az ellenzék ellehetetlenítését célzó politikai bosszúnak” minősítette, rámutatva: ez az eset már a negyedik, amelyben a NAKA „politikai céllal” eljárást indított ellene.
Az eljárás megszüntetésének oka a büntetőtörvénykönyv és a büntetőjogi rendtartás rendelkezéseinek többrendbeli megsértése – közölte kedden Maros Zilinka legfőbb ügyész.
„Alapvető dolgok hiányoztak, például a vádpontokban szereplő tettek elkövetésének ideje és helye” – mutatott rá a döntés okaira Jozef Kandera, az ügyben illetékes ügyész, akinek szavait a szlovák hírügynökség idézte.
Robert Fico a legfelsőbb ügyészség döntésére reagálva azt mondta: tiszteletben tartja azt.
Robert Kalinák korábbi belügyminiszter reakciójában megismételte, hogy szerinte az eljárás politikai megrendelésre történt, majd azt mondta: a legfelsőbb ügyészség „nem dönthetett másképp”, hiszen az eljárás a kezdetektől fogva megszűnésre volt ítélve.

A pozsonyi parlament nem hagyta jóvá szerdán a szlovák főügyészség azon kérelmét, amely Robert Fico volt szlovák kormányfő, a törvényhozás jelenleg legerősebb ellenzéki pártjának, az Irány (Smer-SD) elnökének a vizsgálati fogságba vételét célozta egy ellene áprilisban indult eljárásban.
A javaslatról mintegy egy héten át tartó, rendkívül heves, érzelmekkel teli vita után döntött a parlament. A szavazáson mind a 150 képviselő jelen volt, a kiadásról szóló javaslatot 74 igen vokssal, 49 nem ellenében, 19 tartózkodás mellett nem hagyták jóvá, ugyanis a vonatkozó szlovák szabályozás szerint a képviselői mentelmi jog felfüggesztéséhez az összes képviselő többségének a jóváhagyására van szükség.
A voksolás eredménye egyesek számára meglepetés lehet, tekintettel arra, hogy a szlovák kormánykoalíció pártjai – amelynek tagjai a mandátumbizottság ülésén jóváhagyták a javaslatot – alkotmányerejű törvények jóváhagyására alkalmas többséggel rendelkeznek a parlamentben. Amennyiben a parlament jóváhagyta volna Fico képviselői mentelmi jogának felfüggesztését, vizsgálati fogságba vételéről még az illetékes bíróságnak kellett volna döntenie.
Robert Fico korábbi szlovák miniszterelnök és belügyminisztere, Robert Kalinák ellen áprilisban indított eljárást a szlovák rendőrség különleges egysége a Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökség (NAKA) bűnszövetkezet létrehozásának, illetve hivatali jogkörrel történő visszaélés és adótitok megsértésének gyanúja miatt. A szlovák főügyészség ennek az eljárásnak az alapján kérelmezte a politikus mentelmi jogának felfüggesztését.
Robert Fico az eljárás megindítását követően azonnal elutasította az őt ért vádakat, s kijelentette: politikai indíttatású bosszúról van szó, amelynek célja a legerősebb ellenzéki párt vezetőjének ellehetetlenítése. Rámutatott: a mostani eset már a negyedik, amikor a NAKA „politikai indíttatásból” eljárást indított ellene. Robert Fico szerint azért indult ellene eljárás, mert miniszterelnöksége idején „hangosan beszélt” a jelenlegi legerősebb kormánypárt, az Egyszerű Emberek és Független Személyiségek (OLaNO) elnökének, Igor Matovicnak és a volt államfőnek, Andrej Kiskának az adócsalásairól. Kiska ellen egyébként néhány héttel ezelőtt emelt vádat a szlovák ügyészség egy adócsalási ügyben.

A rendőrök röviddel csütörtök délután azért vitték el Robert Ficót, az ellenzéki Smer-SD elnökét, mert a tiltott gyülekezésről szóló rendeletet megszegve tiltakozó gyűlést szervezett a pozsonyi Tyrs rakpartra.
Fico kedden sajtótájékoztatón harangozta be, hogy autós tüntetést szervez az államfő ellen, mert szerinte Zuzana Čaputová „eltemette a demokráciát“. Fico akkor azt állította a tiltakozást a törvényekkel összhangban szervezik – számolt be a Paraméter.
A Duna partjára meghirdetett tiltakozó akcióra mintegy 50 ember érkezett
A résztvevők közül senki nem ült gépkocsiban, nyilván a tiltakozás kezdetére vártak – írta a Paraméter. Amikor Fico a helyszínre érkezett, hogy szóljon az emberekhez és az újságírókhoz, a rendőrök közölték, hogy velük kell mennie. Fico eleget tett a rendőri felszólításnak, beült a járőr autójába, az pedig elhajtott vele a gyülekezet élénk tiltakozása közepette – áll a beszámolóban.

A Denník N portál újabb részleteket közölt abból a videóból, amelyben Robert Fico egykori szlovák miniszterelnök két, korrupció miatt letartóztatott oligarcha ügyvédjével tárgyalt.
„A felvételeken Fico elismerte, hogy korábban megfertőződött koronavírussal, de meghamisította a tesztjét” – írja az Új Szó. „Fiúk, valahogy így néz ki a halál” – mondta a fertőzésről a Léva melletti hétvégi házban készült felvételeken.
A 2018-ban lemondott politikus a videóban elárulta azt is, hogy görögországi tartózkodása során kapta el a koronavírust, rosszul lett, és kórházba is került, ahonnan saját felelősségére távozott.
A felvételeken arról is beszél, hogy az előírt 14 nap helyett, 11 napot volt karanténban, majd PCR-tesztet hamisított, hogy hazajöhessen Görögországból.
Fico elmondása szerint két héttel a fertőzés után is fáradt volt és fémes ízt érzett. „Ez egy szörnyű betegség, szörnyű!” – mondta.
Az Új Szó azt is írja, hogy Fico Szlovákiában sem tartotta be az oltatlanoknak előírt 14 napos karantént, hanem Bazinba (Pezinok) ment, hogy ott a korrupciós ügyekben gyanúsított Dušan Kováčik volt speciális ügyészt támogassa.
