A japán hatóságok pénteken figyelmeztetést adtak ki áradásokra és földcsuszamlásokra a Sansan tájfunhoz kapcsolódó heves esőzések miatt, amelyek már Tokiót is elérték.
A tájfun csütörtökön Kjúsú szigetén érte el Japánt. Kjúsún három halálos áldozatról és mintegy 80 sérültről számoltak be a hatóságok, amelyek két embert eltűntként kezelnek. A trópusi vihar fennakadásokat okozott a közúti, vasúti és légi közlekedésben, és átmenetileg nagyobb üzemek, köztük a Toyota és a Mazda autógyár termelése is leállt.
Fukuoka utcái elnéptelenedtek, az üzletek zárva maradtak, a lakosság védett helyekre húzódott.
A Sinkanszen nagysebességű vasútvonal kjúsúi járatait már csütörtöktől felfüggesztették, pénteken pedig a Tokió és Oszaka közötti járatát is leállították. A délnyugat felől az ország középső és keleti része felé lassan, mintegy tíz kilométeres óránkénti sebességgel haladó tájfun, amelynek széllökései a Japán Meteorológiai Hivatal (IMA) közlése szerint alkalmanként a több mint száz kilométeres óránkénti sebességet is elérik, Kanagava prefektúrában már komoly áradásokat okozott, és a szomszédos Sizuoka prefektúrában is árvizekre és lehetséges földcsuszamlásokra figyelmeztették a lakosságot.

Legalább tíz ember meghalt Vietnam északi részén a héten a Prapiroon (Esőisten) tájfun okozta áradások és földcsuszamlások következtében, kilenc embert eltűntnek nyilvánítottak – közölte pénteken a vietnami katasztrófavédelmi hivatal.
A Quang Ninh tartományban kedd óta pusztító trópusi vihar özönvízszerű esőzéseket okozott az ország északi térségében, ahol 300 milliméternyi eső esett – közölte a hivatal.
A halálesetek közül hét Son La tartományban, kettő Dien Bien tartományban és egy a fővárosban, Hanoiban történt – tették hozzá.
Az állami médiában közzétett fotók tanúsága szerint a víz szinte teljesen ellepte több száz ház tetejét Dien Bien tartományban, és elárasztotta a térségben található utakat. Az árvíz elmosott 30 ezer hektárnyi termőföldet, és elpusztított közel 20 ezer szarvasmarhát és baromfit.
A heves esőzések péntekre alábbhagytak az ország északi részén, az előrejelzések szerint a következő napokban hőhullám éri el az északi területeket.

A Gaemi tájfun hatalmas felfordulást okozott és 16 emberéletet követelt a Fülöp-szigeteken – közölték szerdán a helyi hatóságok.
A heves esőzések és áradások következtében a főváros, Manila térségében bezáratták a legtöbb kormányzati épületet, illetve az iskolákat, de a helyi tőzsdén is felfüggesztették a kereskedést.
Ifjabb Ferdinand Marcos Fülöp-szigeteki elnök kormányának ezen intézkedéseivel a katasztrófavédelmi hivatal ajánlásait követte.
A Pagasa helyi meteorológiai szolgálat szerint a tájfun csak felerősítette a délnyugati monszunt, amely július 11. óta erőteljes csapadékot hozott magával.
Az ítéletidő halálos áldozatai között volt egy várandós nő és kilencéves kislánya is a hatóságok szerint. Ők Manilától délre vesztették életüket egy sárlavinában.
Tízezrek váltak fedél nélkülivé, illetve kerestek menedéket evakuációs központokban.
A tájfun szerdán éjjel elérte Tajvan keleti részét is, ahol az első jelentések szerint már két halottja és több sebesültje van. A szigeten, ahol Gaemi idén a harmadik és az utóbbi nyolc év legerősebbjének ígérkező tájfun, csütörtök délutánig felfüggesztették a vasúti közlekedést, törölték a légijáratokat és tanítási szünetet is elrendeltek.

Legalább öt ember meghalt és 531 megsérült, amikor a Gaemi tájfun iszaplavinákat, áradásokat és baleseteket okozott Tajvan szigetén – közölték csütörtökön a helyi hatóságok.
A helyi televíziók légifelvételein elöntött területek és megrongálódott autóutak, illetve kidőlt fáktól megrongálódott járművek láthatók. A hatóságok közölték, hogy helyi idő szerint csütörtök estére több mint 60 ezer háztartás maradt áram nélkül Tajvanon, a hivatalokat és az iskolákat pedig az egész szigeten bezárták, és a tajvani tőzsde sem nyitott ki.
A tájfun miatt több mint 400 belföldi és nemzetközi repülőjáratot, valamint egyes vonatjáratokat is törölni kellett; a déli kikötőváros, Kaohsziung közelében pedig csütörtök reggel elsüllyedt egy tanzániai zászló alatt közlekedő teherhajó. Személyzetéből hárman sikeresen partra úsztak, hatan viszont eltűntek. A tajvani katasztrófavédelem bejelentette, hogy a mentést a rossz időjárás miatt fel kellett függeszteniük.

A tajvani központi meteorológiai szolgálat csütörtök reggeli jelentése szerint a Tajvani-szoros, majd a kínai Fucsien tartomány felé haladó tájfun veszített már az erejéből, de a lakosságot továbbra is óvatosságra intették és a heves esők miatt árvízveszélyre figyelmeztettek.

A Koinu tájfun heves esőzéssel és erős széllökésekkel érte el pénteken a dél-kínai Kuangtung tartományt, miután az elmúlt napokban végigsöpört Tajvanon.
A napokig Tajvanon tomboló 4-es kategóriájú Koinu tájfun – amely japánul kiskutyát jelent – miatt egy ember életét vesztette, több százan megsérültek és több épület, közút megrongálódott a szigeten, ahol a katasztrófavédelem már megkezdte a helyreállítási munkálatokat.
A tajvani hatóságok tájékoztatása szerint az óránként akár 212 kilométeres széllökéseket is okozó tájfun miatt csaknem 5000 ember otthona rongálódott meg, a kikötőben 70 hajó süllyedt el vagy sérült meg és két iskola épülete szinte teljesen összedőlt, a légiközlekedés pedig még mindig szünetel.
A kínai meteorológiai központ szerint több mint 300 milliméter csapadék is hullhat Kuangtung tartományra, és a harmadik legmagasabb szintű, sárga riasztást adta ki a tájfun miatt.
Kuangtungban már több kompjáratot leállítottak az óránkénti 144 kilométeres széllökésekkel tomboló vihar miatt, és figyelmeztették a turistákat hogy maradjanak távol a tengerparti üdülőhelyektől.
Szakértők szerint a tájfun péntek este Kína déli partvidéke felé veszi az irányt, ahol már erős trópusi viharrá szelídül.
Tajvant és Kína déli részét hetek óta sújtják a szélsőséges időjárási jelenségek, szeptember elején a Haikui tájfun okozott kíméletlen viharokat, földcsuszamlásokat és haláleseteket Kínában.

A Koinu tájfun heves esőzéssel és erős széllökésekkel érte el csütörtökön Tajvan délkeleti részét, a viharban 190 ember sérült meg, de halálos áldozatot nem követelt, azonban több millióan nem tudtak munkába vagy iskolába menni az ítéletidő miatt – közölték a helyi hatóságok csütörtökön.
Fotó: AFP A tajvani hatóságok a vihar idejére több városban munkaszünetet és az iskolák bezárását rendelték el, így több millióan estek ki a munkából az óránként akár 250 kilométeres széllökéseket is okozó tájfun miatt. Tajpejt, a fővárost, amely a sziget pénzügyi központja is egyben, nem érinti a vihar.
A tajvani tűzoltóság 190 sérültről számolt be, de halálos áldozatokat nem követelt a vihar, az épületekben pedig csak kisebb károk keletkeztek.
A 4-es kategóriájú Koinu tájfun – amely japánul kiskutyát jelent – a Hengcsun-félszigetnél csapott le Tajvanra, de az előrejelzések szerint a Tajvani-szoros felé haladva gyengülni kezdett és a dél-kínai Kuangtung és Fucsien tartomány felé halad, majd Hongkong felé veszi az irányt, ahol már trópusi viharrá szelídül.
A heves esők földcsuszamlásokat és árvizeket okozhatnak a hegyekben, ezért a parkokat és az erdei pihenőhelyeket is lezárták. Az embereket felszólították, hogy maradjanak távol a partoktól, mert akár hét méter magas hullámokat is korbácsolhat a tájfun.
A közlekedési minisztérium tájékoztatása szerint szinte az összes belföldi és 42 nemzetközi repülőjáratot töröltek, illetve a kompközlekedés is szünetel.
Tajvant és Kína déli részét hetek óta sújtják a szélsőséges időjárási jelenségek, szeptember elején a Haikui tájfun Tajvan délkeleti részét bénította meg, sokan megsérültek, mintegy nyolcezer embert evakuáltak, és legalább 226 ezer háztartás maradt ideiglenesen áramszolgáltatás nélkül.

A trópusi ciklon szombat este óránkénti 185 kilométeres széllel csapott le.
Ruelie Rapsing, Cagayan tartomány egyik mentőtisztje szerint Cagayan négy városában összesen 388 embert evakuáltak az árvíz miatt, és két másik várost is fenyeget a vízszint emelkedése.
Az 1,2 millió lakosú tartományban kiterjedt áramkimaradások is voltak, de nem érkezett jelentés áldozatokról vagy nagyobb károkról – tette hozzá.
A helyi kormány sajtóirodája Facebook-oldalán fényképeket tett közzé elárasztott házakról Aparri településen, ahol a víz térdig ért.
A szupertájfun vasárnap kora dél felé, Luzon keleti partjainál haladt tovább. A helyi meteorológiai hivatal szerint nem várható, hogy partot ér.
A Cagayantól délre fekvő keleti partvidéken fekvő Isabela és Aurora tartományok mentőszolgálatai az AFP-nek elmondták, hogy egyelőre nem jelentettek se áldozatokat, se nagyobb károkat.
A meteorológiai szolgálat figyelmeztetett a heves esőzések következtében várhatóan bekövetkező hirtelen áradásokra és földcsuszamlásokra. Cagayan és Isabela partjainál vasárnap napközben akár 200 milliméternyi eső is eshet.
A Fülöp-szigeteken évente átlagosan 20 nagyobb vihar pusztít, amelyek évente több száz ember halálát okozzák és hatalmas területeket tartanak krónikus szegénységben.

A tájfun Vakajama prefektúránál, mintegy 400 kilométerre Tokiótól délnyugatra csapott le. Helyszíni beszámolók szerint mintegy 650-en rekedtek az Oszakai-öbölnél lévő Kanszaj nemzetközi repülőtéren, a járattörlések pedig több mint 50 ezer utast érintenek.
A Lan, óránkénti 108 kilométeres sebességgel várhatóan északnyugat felé veszi az irányt, helyi idő szerint szerda reggelre éri el a Japán-tengert és észak felé indul – jelentette be a japán meteorológiai intézet.
Augusztus elején a Khanun tájfun is lecsapott Japánra, a viharok és esők akkor halálos áldozatokat követeltek.

Fotó: ctk.cz A nagyrészt tizenéves cserkészek a világ 158 országából érkeztek a rendezvényre az ország délnyugati részén lévő Puan megyébe, ahová azonban a dél-koreai meteorológiai intézet előrejelzése szerint szerdán lecsap a Khanun tájfun.
Az elnöki hivatal tudatta, hogy a fiatalok egy részét ideiglenesen Szöulban és környékén, szállodákban és egyéb épületekben helyezik el, a helyi cserkészvezetők pedig azt mondták, ők maguk 340 evakuálási útvonalat dolgoztak ki.
Az evakuálás a tervek szerint helyi idő szerint kedd reggel kezdődik.
A környéken uralkodó erős hőhullám miatt korábban már sok turista idő előtt félbeszakította vakációját, a cserkésztalálkozó szervezőit pedig előzőleg bírálatok érték, amiért kánikula idején éppen egy nagy kiterjedésű, fák nélküli, sík területre szervezték a cserkésztalálkozót.
A múlt héten a Khanun már lecsapott Kína keleti és Japán déli részére, ahol a viharok és esőzések halálos áldozatokat is követeltek.

A halálos áldozatok száma 20-ra növekedett.
Kína fővárosában az elmúlt napokban az elmúlt 140 év leghevesebb esőzését regisztrálták. Öt nap alatt csaknem 75 centiméter eső esett Pekingben – közölte a pekingi meteorológiai hivatal szerdán.
A városban szombat és szerda reggel között 744,8 milliméter eső esett – olvasható a meteorológiai hivatal közleményében.
A kínai hatóságok kedden közölték, hogy a Peking környéki özönvízszerű esőzések utakat tettek tönkre, áramszünetet okoztak, és Legalább 20 halálos áldozatot követeltek, 27 ember pedig eltűnt.
Több ezer embert iskolákba és más középületekben lévő óvóhelyekre evakuáltak Peking külvárosaiban és a közeli városokban.
Az árvíz súlyossága váratlanul érte a kínai fővárost. Pekingben általában száraz a nyár, és idén rekordmeleget is mértek.
