A jelentés szerint Hromov a bejegyzésében azt írta, szolgálati gépkocsija a Szolimjanszka utca 24. sz. alatti levéltári központ udvarán állt, miközben ő vonattal Vinnicában volt hivatalos kiküldetésben. „A szomszédos házból a szolgálati gépkocsim sofőrjére, aki a garázs mellett állt, egy vagy több lövést adtak le” – tette hozzá. Mint közölte a gépkocsivezetője az állán megsebesült golyótól vagy söréttől, de az élete nincs veszélyben.
Mint hírportálunk szeptember 22-én beszámolt róla, ismeretlenek tüzet nyitottak a Szerhij Sefirt, Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök főtanácsadóját szállító szolgálati autóra a Kijevhez közeli Liszniki település határában, a tisztségviselő sértetlen maradt, a gépkocsi vezetőjét kórházba szállították.

Lesből, erdőn át vezető úton vették tűz alá a merénylők Szerhij Sefir, Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök főtanácsadója (és gyermekkori barátja – V.B.) szolgálati autóját – közölte David Arahamija, a Nép Szolgája párt parlamenti frakcióvezetője szerdán, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Arahamija a Sefir elleni merényletkísérletet kommentálva elmondta, hogy amikor lőni kezdtek az erdőben lévő leshelyről, a gépkocsivezető teljes gázt adott. Az út ott erdőn keresztül vezet, gyakorlatilag az erdőben volt a leshely – tette hozzá.
A frakcióvezető jelezte, hogy Sefir az utóbbi időben aktívan dolgozott az oligarchátlanítási törvény tervezetén. Azonban ez kizárólag politikai értékelés – mutatott rá. Mint megjegyezte, Sefirnek soha nem voltak testőrei, és nem is észlelte, hogy követték volna.
Mint röviddel ezelőtt hírportálunk beszámolt róla, ismeretlenek tüzet nyitottak a Szerhij Sefirt, Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök főtanácsadóját szállító szolgálati autóra szerdán 10:00 óra tájban a Kijevhez közeli Liszniki település határában, a tisztségviselő sértetlen maradt, a gépkocsi vezetőjét kórházba szállították.
A gépkocsit 10 golyó találta el, a sofőrt lőtt sebekkel kórházba szállították. A rendőrség hajtóvadászatot indított a tettesek kézre kerítésére. A hatóság mindenkit arra kér, hogy ha tud valamit a merényletkísérletről, azonnal jelentse a rendőrség 102-es hívószámán. A tettesek utáni nyomozásba bekapcsolódott az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) is.
Irina Venediktova legfőbb ügyész Facebook-oldalán közölte, hogy a Szerhij Sefir autója elleni támadást két vagy több személy elleni gyilkossági kísérletnek minősítették, és megindították az ügyben a büntetőeljárást a büntetőtörvénykönyv 115. cikkelye alapján.

Az ötéves fiú a házuk közelében játszott Calabasas településen, amikor a vadállat rátámadt. A beszámolók szerint a fiú életét az anyja menthette meg, aki hallva a fia kiáltozását, kirohant a házból, és puszta kézzel ütlegelte, és rúgta a 30 kilós nagymacskát, ahol érte.
Az állat nagyjából 40 méteren át vonszolta magával a fiút, míg végül elengedte. A gyereket súlyos felsőtesti- és fejsérülésekkel szállították kórházba. Állapota stabil.
Az eset még csütörtökön történt. Egy helyi vadőr később a helyszín közelében kilőtt egy pumát. DNS-teszttel megállapították, hogy ez az állat támadta meg a gyereket. A vadőrök egy másik pumát altatólövedékkel ártalmatlanítottak, de ezt később szabadon engedték, miután meggyőződtek róla, hogy nem volt köze a támadáshoz.

Az ENSZ is felháborodott a támadás után, ami eddig legkevesebb 132 emberi áldozattal járt, mely egy újabb egészen véres támadás volt.

Roch Marc Christian Kabore elnök barbároknak nevezte a támadókat, hangsúlyozván, hogy a burkinai népnek egységesnek és erősnek kell maradnia ezekkel a obsuráns erőkkel szemben.
Egyelőre egyetlen csoport sem vállalta magára a felelősséget a támadásért, ami az elmúlt évek legtöbb halálos áldozatát követelő mészárlás volt Burika Fasóban. A nyugat-afrikai ország 2015 óta küzd az al-Kaidához köthető terrorszervezetek ellen, újabban pedig az ISIS-hez közeli csoportok csapnak le az ártatlan emberekre.
A támadások először északon, a mali határ közelében kezdődtek, de azóta azok más régiókra is átterjedtek, különösen keletre, mellyel a világ egyik legsúlyosabb humanitárius válságát idézték elő. A régóta tartó konfliktus óta mintegy 1,2 millió ember kényszerült elmenekülni otthonról az egyre gyakoribb és halálos támadások miatt.
Annak ellenére, hogy több ezer francia katona és más nemzetközi, illetve regionális erők vannak jelen a Száhel-övezetben, ezek a fegyveres csoportok újra és újra lecsapnak a hadseregre, valamint a civilekre.

A történtek után Burkina Faso 72 órás gyászt hirdetett az országban. Az egyik forrás szerint az éjjel 2 óra körüli támadások először a támogató polgári védelmi erő egyik állása ellen összpontosultak, majd megtámadták a helyi lakosokat, és kivégzéseket hajtottak végre.
Burkina Faso egy gyengén felszerelt hadsereggel próbál küzdeni a fegyveres csoportok ellen. Az önkéntesek mindössze két hét katonai kiképzést kapnak, mielőtt bevetésre küldenék őket a biztonsági erők mellett. Általában megfigyelési, információgyűjtési, vagy kísérői feladatokat látnak el.
A szomszédos Nigerben az ehhez hasonló fegyveres támadók márciusban 137 emberrel végeztek, míg a pénteki támadással már több mint 500-ra nőtt a Száhel-övezetben lévő halálos áldozatok száma január óta, akiket agresszív csoportok támadtak meg.
A solháni támadás alig néhány héttel azután történt, hogy a védelmi miniszter és más katonai vezetők látogatást tettek a szomszédos Sebba városában, hogy biztosítsák a lakosságot arról, hogy a területen végrehajtott katonai műveletek után az élet visszatérhet a normális kerékvágásba. Az tudósításból kiderült, hogy nem messze a támadás helyétől volt egy katonai laktanya is, de nem reagáltak, és nem mentek ki a helyszínre.
A helyzet kilátástalannak tűnik, és valószínűleg további erőszakos támadások következnek. Az elemzők szerint a biztonsági helyzet romlásával ez várható Burkina Fasóban és a szomszédos országokban.

Franciaországban naponta esnek erőszak áldozatául közfeladatot ellátó személyek, egyre több a pedagógusokat ért fenyegetés és a rendőrök elleni támadás. A minap egy óvoda vezetőjét fenyegette meg halálosan két szülő, egy rendőrautót pedig kövekkel dobáltak meg a nyílt utcán egy videoklip forgatása közben – írja a V4NA nemzetközi hírügynökségre hivatkozva az Origo.
Franciaországban egyre rosszabb a közbiztonság, szinte nem telik el nap anélkül, hogy ne történne valamilyen durva agresszió. Az egész világot megrázta az októberi terrortámadás: Samuel Paty lefejezése és a pedagógusok fenyegetettsége azóta is jelen van.
A legutóbbi eset a francia–német határ mentén fekvő történelmi városban, Mulhouse-ban történt, ahol egy óvodába bement két szülő és a gyerekek szeme láttára halálosan megfenyegették az intézmény vezetőjét. A Le Figaro információi alapján a szülőket az dühítette fel, hogy az óvoda vezetője jelentette a hatóságoknak, hogy véleménye szerint az egyik kisgyerekkel nem megfelelően bánnak a szülei. A házaspár, mikor tudomásukra jutott, hogy mi történt, elment az óvodába és halálosan megfenyegették a nevelőt. Mindkét szülőt őrizetbe vették, de az asszonyt kisvártatva elengedték, mivel állapotos – a jogi eljárás alól ez azonban nem menti fel. Tettükért a szülők több hónapos börtönbüntetést és 7500 eurós pénzbírságot kaphatnak.
A történtekkel kapcsolatban megszólalt Mulhouse polgármestere, Michèle Lutz is, aki teljes mértékben támogatja a megfenyegetett óvodavezetőt és kijelentette, hogy az ehhez hasonló erőszakos cselekedeteknek nincs helye a Francia Köztársaság egyik intézményében sem.
A település vezetője a sajtónak elmondta, hogy manapság néhány szülő egész egyszerűen már nem veszi figyelembe a köztársaság értékeit és reméli, hogy a kiszabott szankció a történtekkel arányos lesz majd.
Az SNUipp-FSU pedagógus szakszervezet titkára, Ghislaine Umhauer elmondása alapján alig pár hét leforgása alatt több jelentést is kaptak a tanárokra támadó szülőkről, akik már nem tartanak tiszteletben semmiféle határt, megkérdőjelezik a pedagógusok munkáját és módszereiket.
Ám nem csak a tanárok vannak kiszolgáltatott helyzetben Franciaországban, egyre több a rendőrök elleni erőszakos támadás is. A Párizs külvárosának számító migránsnegyedben, Seine-Saint-Denisben egy rapklipet forgató banda kövekkel dobált meg egy rendőrautót, amikor a rendőrök igazoltatni akartak egy száguldozó sofőrt. A Le Figaro értesülései szerint a rendőrök kiszálltak a rendőrautóból, de ekkor körülvették őket a videoklip forgatás résztvevői, szemmel láthatóan fenyegetően viselkedtek. Végül gyorsan sikerült visszaszállniuk az autóba, de a felvételen látszik, hogy az egyik támadó akkora kővel üti a rendőrautó oldalát, amit csak két kézzel tud felemelni.
Három hete hasonló támadás történt szintén Seine-Saint-Denis megyében, Aulnay-sous-Bois településen, ahol két motoros rendőr akart igazoltatni egy sofőrt, aki azt mondta, hogy elmegy a közelben lévő irataiért, de a papírok helyett többedmagával tért vissza és alaposan helybenhagyták a járőröket, egyiküknek kificamodott a válla, a másik rendőrnek pedig több bordája is elrepedt.
