У середу, 21 серпня, в Червоному морі біля берегів Ємену танкер з нафтопродуктами Sounion потрапив під напад двох невеликих катерів і був обстріляний трьома снарядами.
Судно пошкоджене, але ніхто не постраждав, заявили Міністерство судноплавства Греції та британська організація з морських торговельних операцій (UKMTO), повідомляє Reuters.
Екіпаж танкера Sounion повідомив, що до нього наблизилися два невеликих катери з приблизно 15 людьми на борту й відбулася коротка перестрілка зі стрілецької зброї.
Sounion під грецьким прапором з 25 членами екіпажу втратив можливість маневрувати внаслідок нападу, додали в UKMTO, а Міністерство судноплавства Греції заявило, що танкер був пошкоджений. Повідомлень про постраждалих членів екіпажу не було.
Пов’язані з Іраном бойовики-хусити здійснюють напади на міжнародне судноплавство поблизу Ємену з листопада минулого року на знак солідарності з палестинцями у війні між Ізраїлем і ХАМАС. Танкер під прапором Панами із вантажем сирої нафти на борту потрапив під ракетний удар поблизу берегів Ємену. Про це у суботу, 18 травня, повідомляє Reuters з посиланням на британську компанію Ambrey, що спеціалізується на питаннях морської безпеки.
Вказано, що у судно влучила ракета і на його борту почалася пожежа. Танкеру надали допомогу. Один з його кермових блоків зберіг працездатність. При цьому не вказано, хто саме допоміг команді корабля.
У свою чергу військовий Агентство морських торговельних операцій Об’єднаного Королівства (UKMTO) повідомило, що судно „зазнало незначних пошкоджень”, всі члени екіпажу перебувають у безпеці. Інцидент стався за 76 морських миль від міста Ходейда.

Південнокорейський танкер зазнав аварії в Японському морі. Урятувати вдалося шістьох осіб з екіпажу.
На сьогодні п’ятеро людей з південнокорейського танкера, який перевозив хімікати й перекинувся біля західного узбережжя Японії, вважаються зниклими безвісти, повідомила берегова охорона країни. Сигнал про лихо, поданий з корабля, надійшов до японської берегової охорони о 7-й ранку за місцевим часом. У ньому повідомлялося, що корабель Keoyoung Sun (Kojong Szon) перекинувся біля узбережжя поблизу міста Сімоносекі, префектура Ямагуті.
На борту перебувало 11 осіб: двоє південнокорейців, 8 індонезійців та один громадянин Китаю. Шестеро з них були врятовані під час рятувальної операції за допомогою авіації та патрульних катерів. Наразі влада ще не повідомила національність п’ятьох моряків, які вважаються зниклими безвісти.
Корабель, імовірно, перекинувся через сильні хвилі та пориви вітру.

Рух єменських повстанців-хуситів Ансар Аллан завдав ракетного удару по британському нафтовому танкеру Pollux у Червоному морі, повідомив речник повстанців Джахджа Сарі.
Раніше Державний департамент США повідомив, що лівий борт корабля Pollux під панамським прапором, який прямував до Індії, був вражений ракетою.
За словами речника хуситів, «по танкеру було випущено кілька ракет, удари були точними і прямими».

Хусити помилково здійснили постріл по танкеру, що перевозив російську нафту, у Червоному морі.
Про це повідомляє Reuters з посиланням на британську морську охоронну компанію Ambrey.
Ракету по танкеру з російською нафтою випустили за 90 морських миль на південний схід від єменського портового міста Аден.
„Капітан повідомив, що ракета впала у воду за 400-500 метрів, а за нею йшли три невеликих судна”, – йдеться в повідомленні Організації морських торговельних операцій Сполученого Королівства.
Постраждалих і пошкоджень внаслідок обстрілу немає.
Компанія Ambrey зазначила, що це був другий танкер з російською нафтою, який помилково обстріляли хусити.
Ймовірно, судно обстріляли помилково, на основі застарілої загальнодоступної інформації, яка пов’язує судно зі Сполученим Королівством.

«Неуповноважені особи» у військовій формі захопили нафтовий танкер в Оманській затоці, повідомило Британське військове управління морської торгівлі (UKMTO).
Згідно з повідомленням відомства, інцидент стався в четвер вранці у водах між Оманом та Іраном, в Ормузькій протоці, яка розташована у вузькому гирлі Перської затоки і має важливе значення для світового постачання, через який ведеться п’ята частина торгівлі нафтою.
«Шість озброєних людей піднялися на танкер Saint Nikolas і закрили всі камери спостереження», – повідомила приватна британська охоронна компанія Ambrey. Saint Nikolas — це судно грецької судноплавної компанії Empire Navigation, яка поки не прокоментувала інциденту. У вересні ця компанія заплатила вже штраф у розмірі 2,4 мільйона доларів за транспортування десяти мільйонів барелів підсанкційної іранської нафти.

Протикорабельна крилата ракета, запущена з території Ємену, контрольованої повстанцями-хуситами, влучила в комерційний танкер, спричинивши пожежу і пошкодження, але обійшлося без жертв.
Про це повідомляє Reuters з посиланням на заяву американських військових, U.S. Central Command в X.
Атака на танкер STRINDA сталася приблизно за 60 морських миль (111 км) на північ від Баб-ель-Мандабської протоки, що з’єднує Червоне море з Аденською затокою, близько 21:00 за Гринвічем, повідомив американський чиновник.
Інший американський чиновник сказав, що танкер зміг рухатися власними силами через кілька годин після атаки.
Як йдеться в заяві Центрального командування збройних сил США, яке здійснює нагляд за американськими силами на Близькому Сході: “Під час нападу поблизу не було американських кораблів, але есмінець (ВМС США) USS MASON відгукнувся на сигнал тривоги танкера STRINDA і наразі надає допомогу”.
Танкер-хімовоз ходить під норвезьким прапором, і його норвезький власник, компанія Mowinckel Chemical Tankers.

Танкери, які перевозили нафтопродукти і скраплений природний газ, зіткнулися в Суецькому каналі, порушивши рух на водному шляху світового значення, повідомила в середу єгипетська влада.
Адміністрація Суецького каналу поінформувала, що ввечері у вівторок під час проходження каналу 295-метровий танкер для скрапленого газу BW Lesmes під прапором Сінгапуру вийшов з ладу і сів на мілину. Згодом 250-метровий танкер Burri під прапором Кайманових островів, який перевозив нафтопродукти, зіткнувся з аварійним судном. Сінгапурський танкер уже успішно відбуксирували, кайманський наразі вивозять, повідомляє влада.
У своїй заяві оператор судна BW Lesmes повідомив, що всі члени екіпажу в безпеці, ніхто не постраждав, розливу нафтопродуктів не було.
Обидва танкери входили до складу конвою, який перетинав протоку із Середземного моря до Червоного.
Адміністрація Суецького каналу в середу заявила, що інцидент заблокував прохід 21 судна, що прямували на південь.
«Ми негайно усунули несправності, і рух буде відновлено в обох напрямках протягом кількох наступних годин», – зазначив після зіткнення адмірал Усама Рабей, голова адміністрації каналу.
У березні 2021 року контейнеровоз під панамським прапором Ever Given сів на мілину на односмуговій ділянці каналу, заблокувавши водний шлях на шість днів і повністю порушивши світову торгівлю.

Сьогодні вночі СБУ підірвала великий нафтовий танкер РФ SIG, який транспортував паливо для російських військ.
Як повідомляють джерела в СБУ, спецоперація проходила за вже класичним сценарієм: надводний дрон, 450 кг тротилу, вибух. Як результат – один з найбільш потужних нафтових танкерів РФ (збудований в 2014 році, майже 5 тисяч тон) розпочав „негативне плавання” біля Кримського мосту. Танкер був добре навантажений паливом, тож „феєрверк” було видно здалеку.
Свою чергову успішну спецоперацію СБУ проводила спільно з ВМС. Цікаво, що вона відбувалася саме в територіальних водах України.
