A Ternopil elleni szerda hajnali kombinált orosz légicsapás következtében 9 ember meghalt, több mint 20 megsérült – közölte Julija Szviridenko miniszterelnök a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés sszerint Szviridenko online megbeszélést folytatott a belügyminiszterrel, valamint Ternopil, Lemberg és Ivano-Frankivszk megyék vezetőivel. Meghallgatta az orosz támadás következményeiről és a további felszámolási munkálatokról szóló jelentéseket. „Oroszország folytatja a terrort népünk és városaink ellen. Ezúttal az ország nyugati régióit támadta. Eddig 9 halálos áldozatról tudni Ternopilben, további 22-en pedig megsérültek. Részvétem az elhunytak családtagjainak és barátainak” – mondta.
A kormányfő tájékoztatása szerint a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának munkatársai felszámolják a károkat, eltakarítják a romokat. A mentőpontok is dolgoznak. Ezenkívül további infrastruktúrát telepítettek az emberek támogatására: fűtőpontok, élelmiszer. A nyomozók dolgoznak a bűncselekmény nyilvántartásbavételén. „A kormány kapcsolatban áll a régiókkal, és minden szükséges segítséget megad” – tette hozzá Julija Szviridenko.

Afrikai sertéspestis vírust észleltek Ternopil megye a Zbarazkiji kistérségben.
„A Ternopil megyei Élelmiszer- és Fogyasztóvédelmi Állami Szolgálat Főosztályának szakemberei azonnal reagáltak a Zbarazkiji városi kistérség területén vaddisznók elhullásáról szóló jelentésekre. Az információk kézhezvétele után a szakemberek az Élelmiszer- és Fogyasztóvédelmi Állami Szolgálat Ternopil Regionális Állami Laboratóriumának szakembereivel együtt a helyszínre érkeztek, ahol azonnali intézkedéseket szerveztek meg” – áll a jelentésben.
A korábbi három elhullott állatról szóló jelentések ellenére a munkálatok során összesen hét tetemet találtak, amelyek közül négy kismalac volt. Az összes tetemet elégették és eltemették az állat-egészségügyi és higiéniai előírásoknak megfelelően, hogy megakadályozzák a kórokozó terjedését.
Az elhullás és a temetkezési helyeket teljes mértékben fertőtlenítették az ASP-vírus semlegesítésére ajánlott termékekkel.
Az illetékes szervek tájékoztatása szerint november 15-én ülést tartott az Állami Rendkívüli Járványvédelmi Bizottság a további intézkedések összehangolása érdekében.
Az értekezlet eredményei alapján a bizottság veszélyesnek nyilvánította a területet, védelmi- és megfigyelési övezeteket határozott meg, és jóváhagyott egy reagálási tervet, amely magában foglalja a fokozott megfigyelést, a lakosság tájékoztatását, az állatok mozgásának ellenőrzését és a fokozott fertőtlenítési munkálatokat.
A regionális Élelmiszer- és Fogyasztóvédelmi Állami Szolgálat hangsúlyozta, hogy a helyzet nyomon követése folytatódik.

Ternopilban egy férfi szombaton menekülés közben lezuhant a Ternopil megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) ötödik emeletéről, a rendőrök az incidens helyszínén dolgoznak, az eset okát vizsgálják – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál saját forrásaira hivatkozva.
A hírportál forrásaink beszámolója szerint az incidens szombat hajnali négy óra körül történt. Egy rendőrségi nyomozó és operatív csoport dolgozik a helyszínen. A jogi minősítés kérdését jelenleg is vizsgálják.
Eközben a ternopili TCK magyarázatot adott ki az incidenssel kapcsolatban. Azt állítja, hogy éjfél után egy hadkötelest állítottak elő TCK-ba, akinek a hivatal szerint nem volt felmentése, és megsértette a katonai regisztrációra vonatkozó törvényt.
A ternopili TCK azt is állította, hogy a hadköteles be volt rúgva, ami lehetetlenné tette a közigazgatási felelősségre vonása érdekében tett intézkedések foganatosítását. A TCK munkatársai a férfit a katonák vécéjébe vitték. „Körülbelül 03:50 órakor a részeg állampolgár egy hálószoba 5. emeleti fürdőszobájában önkényesen leszerelte a dupla üvegezésű ablakot, összekötözte a saját ruháit, és miközben megpróbált lemászni, leszakadt és az első emeleten található étkező tetejére esett” – közölte a TCK.
A TCK munkatársai mentőt hívtak hozzá, a hadkötelest a Ternopil Megyei Klinikai Kórház intenzív osztályára szállították. Jelenleg stabil állapotban van. A helyszíni vizsgálat folyamatban van, a rendőrség folytatja a történtek kivizsgálását.

A jelentés szerint a helyszínelés során a nyomozó és operatív csoport, a robbantástechnikusok és a rendőrkutyák egy gránát maradványait fedezték fel. Az operatív egységek azonosították a csomag feladóját – egy 40 éves ternopili lakost. A rendőrök a vámtisztekkel együttműködve egy másik, kiürített lőszerrel teli robbanócsomagot is felfedeztek a postai elosztóközpontban.
A kijevi rendőrség a ternopili rendőrséggel együttműködve az ukrán büntetőeljárási törvénykönyv 208. cikkelye alapján őrizetbe vett egy 40 éves férfit a lakóhelyén. A lakásában tartott házkutatás során további egy tucat lőszert foglaltak le. Mint megállapították, a férfi lőszerekből készített emléktárgyakat, azokat gravírozta, majd postán küldte el a megrendelőknek.
A kijevi rendőrség nyomozói büntetőeljárást indítottak a büntetőtörvénykönyv 263. cikkelyének 1. része alapján. A cikkely szankciója legalább hét évig terjedő szabadságvesztés.
Csütörtökön robbanás történt az Ukrposta kijevi Szolomjanka kerületben található hivatalában. A detonációban öten megsérültek.

Ternopilban a rendőrség őrizetbe vette katonák egy csoportját, amelynek a tagjai erőszakos és vagyon elleni bűncselekményeket követtek el – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
Jelentés szerint Ternopil megyében katonák törvénytelenül megfosztottak az embereket a szabadságuktól, fizikai erőszakot alkalmaztak ellenük, kínozták őket, pénzt zsaroltak ki tőlük és kifosztották őket.
Az egyenruhás banditák kivitték áldozataikat a városból, megverték őket, és pénzt vagy értéktárgyakat követeltek tőlük. A cinizmusukról árulkodik, hogy gúnyt űztek azokból az emberekből, akik súlyosan megsebesültek a háborúban, és rehabilitáción vettek részt.
A katonák elvettek egy KIA típusú autót egy 27 éves ternopili lakostól, és saját céljaikra használták. A rendőrség a járművet Kijev megyében találta meg.
Az elkövetők egy tényleges szolgálatot teljesítő katonát, aki orvosi kezelés alatt állt, a meglőtték az utcán, egy kisbuszba tuszkolták, és ismeretlen helyre vitték. Megverték, fegyverrel fenyegették, és 50 000 hrivnyát követeltek a szabadon bocsátásáért.
A banditák egy másik ternopili lakost könnygázzal lefújva erőszakkal betuszkoltak egy kisbuszba, majd kivitték a városból. Ott levetkőztették, gyúlékony anyaggal lelocsolták, és arra kényszerítették, hogy az autó előtt fusson. Ezután megverték, és három napig embertelen körülmények között tartották fogva.
A bűncselekmény-sorozatnak jelenleg hét gyanúsítottja van.

Ternopilban egy férfi megtagadta katonai okmányainak a bemutatását ellenőrzéskor, bezárkózott az autójába, majd elütött két katonát – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál a Ternopil megyei rendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az eset 7:30 óra körül történt. A Ternopil megyei rendőrség bejelentést kapott katonák elütéséről az Ivanna Blazskevics utcában.
A területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) alkalmazottai mozgósítási intézkedést hajtottak végre, és ellenőrizni akarták egyDaewoo Lanos autó sofőrjét, hogy megvannak-e a katonai nyilvántartási okmányai. A férfi nem volt hajlandó bemutatni azokat, bezárkózott az autójába, majd hirtelen elhajtott. Ennek következtében két katona megsérült.
Az egyik katona gumilövedékkel tüzet nyitott az autó kerekére. A lövések senkinek nem okoztak sérülést. A sérült katonákat kórházba szállították. A rendőrség vizsgálja az eset részleteit, ellenőrzi a térfigyelő kamerák felvételeit és szemtanúkat hallgat ki. A bűncselekmény jogi minősítése folyamatban van.

Ternopilban a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) 31 éves alkalmazottja egy rendőrautóba és több másik autóba is beleütközött, amikor az üldöző rendőrök elől menekült, és mint később kiderült, részeg volt – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Ternopil megyei rendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrség megjegyezte, hogy a járőrök arról kaptak információt, hogy egy Skoda típusú autó sofőrje, aki Zbarazs városból Ternopil felé tartott, megtagadta a megállásra irányuló felszólítás teljesítését.
A rendőrség őrizetbe vette az elkövetőt, és a körülmények tisztázása érdekében a Ternopil megyei rendőrkapitányságra szállította. Kiderült, hogy a megyei TCK 31 éves alkalmazottjáról van szó – pontosították a rendőrök.
Később kiderült, hogy a TCK-munkatárs a történtek előtt néhány órával még két balesetet követett el. Most a férfit közigazgatásilag felelősségre vonni négy törvénycikkely alapján fogják közigazgatásilag felelősségre vonni.

A gyerek szülei az incidens idején a lakásban tartózkodtak.
Ternopilban egy öt éves kisfiú kiesett egy negyedik emeleti ablakból, miután felmászott az ablakpárkányra és nekidőlt a szúnyoghálónak. Jelenleg súlyos állapotban van a kórházban. Erről a ternopili rendőrség sajtószolgálata tájékoztatott.
Megjegyezték, hogy a baleset éjfél körül történt. A rendőrséghez bejelentés érkezett, hogy egy gyereket politraumával szállítottak be a megyei klinikai gyermekkórházba.
A rendőrség szóvivője, Szerhij Kreta pontosította, hogy a gyerek szülei az incidens idején a lakásban voltak. A családról ismert, hogy rendezett, nyilvántartásban nem állnak – mondta el.
Jelenleg a kisfiú az intenzív osztályon van. A rendőrök vizsgálják az eset körülményeit. A bűnügyi eljárást az esettel kapcsolatban nem indították el, mert a rendőrség balesetként értékeli az esetet.
