Oroszország „terrorellenes akciót” hajtott végre vasárnap az ország déli részén található Dagesztánban, három embert őrizetbe vettek. Az ország magas szintű készültségben van a március 22-én Moszkvában elkövetett tömeggyilkosság után, amelyben legalább 144 embert vesztette életét. Ez volt a legsúlyosabb oroszországi merénylet az elmúlt húsz évben.
A Crocus City Hall koncerttermében elkövetett támadást az Iszlám Állam egyik tagszervezete vállalta magára.
A Nemzeti Terrorelhárító Bizottság jelentése szerint, amelyet a Reuters ismertetett, a három őrizettbe vett személy egy sor merényletet tervezett.
A biztonsági erők a házkutatás során automata fegyvereket, lőszereket és házi készítésű robbanószerkezeteket is lefoglaltak.
A jelentés szerint a gyanúsítottakat a tartomány fővárosában, Mahacskalában és egyik legnagyobb városában, Kaszpijszkban vették őrizetbe. Az akció során civilek vagy rendőrök nem veszítették életüket.
Juszup Umavov, Mahacskala polgármestere bejelentette, hogy az akció idejére bevezetett rendkívüli intézkedéseket helyi idő szerint reggel fél hatkor vezették be és délben oldották fel.

A pénteki moszkvai terrortámadás elkövetését magára vállaló Iszlám Állam (ISIS) terrorszervezet közzétett egy fotót, amelyen állítólag a legkevesebb 133 ember halálát okozó támadást elkövető fegyveresek láthatók.
Az ISIS-hez köthető hírszolgálat, az Amaák szombaton négy embert ábrázoló fotót mutatott be, amelyen azonban az arcokat felismerhetetlenné tették. Az automata fegyverekkel, pisztolyokkal és bombákkal felfegyverkezett harcosok „súlyos csapást mértek” Oroszországra, amikor „egy koncertteremben több ezer keresztényt vettek célba” – fogalmazott az ISIS a közleményében.
A elkövetők válogatás nélkül lőttek a péntek esti koncert közönségére a Moszkva külvárosának tekinthető Krasznogorszkban lévő Crocus City Hall kulturális központ épületében.
Az orosz hatóságok 11 gyanúsítottat tartóztattak le, akik közül legalább négy személynek közvetlenül is köze lehetett a támadáshoz.

Berlin-Friedrichshainban tartanak házkutatást a berlini és az alsó-szászországi rendőrség speciális erői. Céljuk, hogy elfogják Ernst-Volker Staubot és Burkhard Garweget, a RAF harmadik generációjának még szökésben lévő tagjait.
A berlini rendőrség szerint két embert már elfogtak, személyazonosságuk tisztázása még folyamatban van. A rendőrségi szóvivő szerint lövések hangját hallották, amikor kinyitottak egy ajtót.
A Reuters szerint mintegy 130 rendőr vonult ki Berlinben a terroristák kézre kerítésére.
Az akció miatt az érintett területen a vonatközlekedés is szünetel.
A két körözött férfi Klettével együtt a Vörös Hadsereg Frakció úgynevezett harmadik generációjához tartozott. A hivatalosan 1970-től működő, 1998-ban feloszlatott feloszlatott RAF harmadik generációjához tartozó terroristákat azzal vádolják, hogy egy gyilkossági kísérletet és több súlyos, fegyveres rablótámadást hajtottak végre 1999 és 2016 között.
A német hatóságok több mint 30 ember meggyilkolásáért és legkevesebb 200 ember megsebesítéséért teszik felelőssé a Vörös Hadsereg Frakciót.
Klette keddi elfogásakor a rendőrök nehézfegyvereket, többek között páncéltörő gránátot is találtak a terroristánál.

A közös gyakorlaton, mely több ezer szélsőséges tartalmat tárt fel, a magyar hatóságok is részt vettek.
A TikTok, az Europol Terrorellenes Központja (ECTC) és 11 ország részvételével tartottak Referral Action Day néven szeptember 28-án közös gyakorlatot az online szélsőséges és erőszakos tartalmak megfékezése céljából – derül ki az Europol csütörtöki közleményéből.
A TikTok, a részt vevő országok nyomozó, valamint az ECTC Európai Uniós Belső Hivatkozási Egysége (EU IRU) a terrorizmust és a terroristákat dicsőítő anyagok felderítését tűzte ki célként. A TikTok rendszeresen közöl adatokat az eltávolított anyagokról a negyedévente közzétett átláthatósági jelentésében, mely szerint a videómegosztó az erőszakos és szélsőséges tartalmak 95 százalékát proaktívan eltávolítja.
A közös gyakorlat részeként így is 2145 tartalmat vizsgáltak meg és jelentettek a TikTok felé a hatóságok, mint amelyek a cég felhasználási feltételeivel ellentétesek. Ezek között dzsihadista és szélsőjobboldali mémek és videók is találhatók, amelyek a terrorizmust és az erőszakot dicsőítik.
Az akciót a spanyolok és az EU IRU kezdeményezték, együttműködve a cseh, dán, francia, német, magyar, ír, máltai, portugál, svéd és brit hatóságokkal. A Referral Action Day része az Europol és a TikTok közötti együttműködésnek, melynek célja az internet terrorszervezetek általi használatának és az online radikalizációnak a megelőzése. Az Europol más platformokon is végzett hasonló gyakorlatokat korábban.

Nagyszabású rendőri akcióban fogtak el több izraeli kémet Iránban. A kémeknél bombákat is találtak.
Iránban 14, Izraelnek kémkedő „terroristát” vettek őrizetbe egy négy tartományra kiterjedő hatósági művelet keretében – közölte szerdán az iráni hírszerzési minisztérium. A nyomozók 43, használatra kész bombát foglaltak le.
A rendőrségi akciót azután rendelték el, hogy két hete a délen fekvő Siráz városában egy síita szentély elleni fegyveres támadásban ketten meghaltak, további tízen megsebesültek. A támadásért Teherán az Iszlám Állam terrorhálózatot tette felelőssé.
A hírszerzési minisztérium az országot érintő biztonsági kihívásokat sorolva azt állította, hogy európai országokban – Németországban, Dániában és Hollandiában – is bázisokat építettek ki olyan csoportok, amelyek Irán-ellenes akciók végrehajtásában vállalnak szerepet.
Az Irán és Izrael közötti ellenségeskedés hosszú múltra tekint vissza, Ebrahim Raiszi iráni elnök áprilisban például azzal fenyegetőzött, hogy az ország biztonságát veszélyeztető bármilyen fenyegetésre „Haifa és Tel-Aviv megsemmisítése” lesz Teherán válasza.

Elfogtak hét feltételezett iszlamista terroristát Németországban – közölte csütörtökön a szövetségi legfőbb ügyészség.
Az öt tádzsikisztáni és egy-egy türkmenisztáni és kirgizisztáni férfit Észak-Rajna-Vesztfália tartományban fogták el egy reggel több helyszínen tartott razzián.
A műveletben együttműködtek a holland hatóságokkal, amelyek két embert tartóztattak le, egy tádzsikisztáni férfit és feleségét.
A terrorszervezet alapításával és a szervezetben viselt tagsággal, valamint a magát Iszlám Államnak (IÁ) nevező terrorszervezet támogatásával gyanúsított emberek a legfőbb ügyészség adatai szerint régóta ismerik egymást.
Ukrajnán keresztül érkeztek Németországba, 2022 tavaszán, nem sokkal az Ukrajna elleni orosz támadás megindítása után, nem együtt, de nagyjából egy időben.
Németországban 2022 áprilisa óta a hét gyanúsított közül hat pénzt gyűjtött az IÁ-nak, és többször el is juttattak összegeket a dzsihadistáknak.
Júniusban mind a heten, közösen elhatározták, hogy az IÁ merényleteinek mintájára nagyszabású, sok áldozattal járó támadásokat hajtanak végre német földön.
Bevonták a Hollandiában letartóztatott férfit is. El is kezdtek lehetséges helyszíneket keresni és felmérni, és megpróbáltak fegyvereket szerezni. Konkrét tervet a letartóztatásukig nem dolgoztak ki – áll a közleményben.

A nigériai hadsereg 46 terroristával végzett az ország északi és keleti térségében az utóbbi két hétben végrehajtott műveleteiben – jelentették be nigériai hivatalos források pénteken.
A nigériai hadsereg szóvivője, Musa Danmadami közölte, 89 feltételezett terroristát vettek őrizetbe.
Emellett több százan megadták magukat a katonáknak: a Boko Haram és az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet helyi ágának (Iszlám Állam Nyugat-afrikai Tartomány, ISWAP) 511 fegyverese, valamint családtagjaik, köztük 251 kiskorú.
A hadsereg házi készítésű fegyvereket, mobiltelefonokat, motorbicikliket és ellopott jószágokat is lefoglalt.
Nigéria északkeleti részében 2009 óta aktív a Boko Haram dzsihadista szervezet, az erőszakcselekmények pedig fokozódtak azóta, hogy 2016-ban a terrorszervezetről levált az ISWAP, és fokozatosan a régió legerősebb dzsihadista csoportjává vált.
A két csoport összesen több mint 35 ezer embert gyilkolt meg, az erőszakcselekmények miatt körülbelül 2,7 millióan menekültek el otthonaikból. Az emberek zöme Nigéria más részein keresett menedéket, de az ENSZ és a nigériai kormány adatai szerint sokan közülük a szomszédos országok felé vették az irányt.
