Az internetes megfigyelés során a rendőrség videót talált egy verekedésről, amely két fiú között zajlott. A rendőrök gyorsan intézkedtek, és megállapították, hogy az eset Nagykopányon történt.

Franciaországban több család pert indít a TikTok ellen tinédzserek öngyilkossága miatt, amelyek szerintük összefügghetnek a videómegosztón terjedő, általuk károsnak ítélt tartalmaival – írta csütörtökön az AP amerikai hírügynökség.
Az egyik szülő, Stéphanie Mistre elmondta, hogy évekkel ezelőtt világa a másodperc töredéke alatt omlott össze abban a pillanatban, amikor hálószobájában élettelenül találta 15 éves lányát, Marie-t. Mistre számára az a 2021 szeptemberi nap jelentette a TikTok kínai tulajdonú videómegosztó alkalmazás elleni harc kezdetét, mert szerinte az app sodorta a lányát kétségbeesésbe és végül öngyilkosságba.
Lánya halála után a telefonját átkutatva öngyilkossági módszereket népszerűsítő videókat, útmutatókat és olyan kommenteket fedezett fel, amelyek a felhasználókat az öngyilkosság puszta kísérletein túlmutató lépésekre bátorították. Azt mondta, hogy a TikTok algoritmusa többször is ilyen tartalmakat tálalt lányának.
Ez agymosás volt – mondta Mistre.
Most Mistre és hat másik család beperelte a TikTok franciaországi leányvállalatát, azzal vádolva a platformot, hogy nem moderálta a káros tartalmakat, és életveszélyes anyagoknak tette ki a gyerekeket. A hét család közül kettőnél gyerek halt meg.
A perrel kapcsolatban a TikTok azt mondta, hogy az irányelvei tiltják az öngyilkosság népszerűsítését, és hogy világszerte 40 ezer szakembert foglalkoztat – köztük több száz francia nyelvű moderátort –, akik eltávolítják a veszélyes posztokat.
A vállalat azt is elmondta, hogy az öngyilkossággal kapcsolatos videókat kereső felhasználókat mentálhigiénés szolgáltatásokhoz irányítja.
Stéphanie Mistre azt is állította, hogy lányát többször zaklatták az iskolában és az interneten. Az 51 éves anya és férje a per mellett Marie öt osztálytársa és korábbi középiskolája ellen is feljelentést tett. Hétfő este hatalmas tűz pusztított a Debenhams áruházban, Canterbury városközpontjában. Az oltáshoz mintegy 50 tűzoltó, nyolc tűzoltóautó és két magasból mentő jármű vonult ki a helyszínre. A közeli utcákat lezárták a hatóság szakemeberei és a közeli kilenc lakásból 30 embert evakuáltak.
A helyi rendőrség szerdán bejelentette, hogy letartóztattak egy 12 éves lányt az ügy kapcsán, aki óvadék ellenében szabadlábon védekezhet.
Az ügyben két 15 éves fiút is kihallgattak, de egyiküket később vádemelés nélkül szabadon elengedték. A hatóságok továbbra is szemtanúk jelentkezését várják, és köszönetet mondtak azoknak, akik eddig segítettek az ügy felderítésében – írja a The Sun.

Észak-Koreában 12 évi kényszermunkára ítéltek két fiatalt dél-koreai popzene hallgatása és terjesztése miatt – jelentette pénteken a South and North Development (Sand) nevű kutatóintézet a gyanúsítottakról készült egyik videofelvételre hivatkozva.
Az illetékes észak-koreai büntetőbíróság azért büntette meg a két fiatalt, mert három hónapon keresztül Dél-Koreából származó filmeket, zenét, valamint dél-koreai popzenei videoklipeket (K-Pop) néztek, illetve hallgattak, és ezeket az alkotásokat a vádak szerint terjesztették is.
A helyi hatóságok által készített videón mindenki egészségügyi maszkot visel, ezért feltételezések szerint a felvétel még a koronavírus-járvány idején készült. A két tizenévest nyilvános eljárásban bilincsbe verve állították ki nagyszámú fiatal elé, példát statuálva nekik. A BBC brit közszolgálati média szerint a videó narrátora azt mondta: „Még csak 16 évesek, de már romba döntötték saját jövőjüket”.
A dél-koreai popzene az utóbbi években egyre népszerűbb lett világszerte a fiatalok körében, és nincs ez másképp az elszigetelt Észak-Koreában sem, ahol viszont szigorúan tiltják a déli szomszédtól származó szórakoztatóipari termékeket, illetve az ottani beszédmód utánzását. Phenjan 2020-ban szigorított a vonatkozó törvényeken drákói büntetésekkel sújtva a jogsértőket.
Csoi Kjong Hui, az észak-koreai disszidenseket is alkalmazó Sand kutatóintézet vezetője szerint a két fiatal elítélését figyelmeztetésnek szánták a lakosság számára.
A kommunista államból 2001-ben elmenekült Csoi Kjong Hui felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy amennyiben ez helytálló, úgy a dél-koreai kultúra és életmód széles körben elterjedhetett az észak-koreai társadalomban. Mint mondta, Kim Dzsongun észak-koreai vezető számára problémát jelenthet, hogy a hazai fiatalok gondolkodásmódja megváltozott.
„Úgy vélem, azon dolgozik, hogy visszavezesse őket az észak-koreai irányvonalra” – tette hozzá.
