A jelentés szerint Kubaj elmondta: „Összességében a háború kezdete óta az Orosz Föderáció csaknem 5000 rakétacsapást, mintegy 3500 légicsapást és csaknem 1100 dróncsapást hajtott végre.” Az orosz csapatok katonai érzék nélkül folytatják az értelmetlen pusztítás stratégiáját, amely egész városokat tesz romhalmazzá, és ártatlan civileket ölnek meg – mutatott rá. „A teljes körű invázió kezdete óta az Orosz Föderáció bűnös akciói következtében 8 231 ukrán civil halt meg és 13 734 megsebesült.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a légierő 2022 szeptembere óta az ukrán légvédelem 700 orosz rakétát lőtt le. Az utolsó átfogó orosz rakétatámadás március 9-én történt. A csapások következtében számos megyében voltak áldozatok, valamint károk keletkeztek az energiaellátásban és a kritikus infrastruktúra létesítményeiben.

Március 9-én, csütörtökön az ellenség támadásai következtében három DTEK Enerho hőerőmű sérült meg. A hírt a DTEK sajtószolgálata közölte.
Az ágyúzások következtében a hőerőmű berendezései súlyosan megsérültek, a szakemberek már megkezdték a következmények felszámolását. Az Energiaügyi Minisztérium szerint hét régióban támadták meg az energetikai létesítményeket.
A kockázatok csökkentése érdekében az Ukrenerho Ukrajna minden régiójában korlátozta az áramfogyasztást. Az ukrán atomerőművek kapacitása szintén csökkent. A megszállt Zaporizzsja Atomerőműben megszakadt az utolsó vonal, amely összekötötte azt az ukrán villamosenergia-rendszerrel.

A hírtelevízió közlése szerint a Nyugat úgy véli, hogy a nagy pontosságú, nagy hatótávolságú rakéták hiánya akadályozza Oroszországot tervei megvalósításában. A kimerült tartalékok pedig arra kényszerítik, hogy egyre gyakrabban használjon iráni gyártmányú Shahed drónokat. A kamikaze drónok azonban hatástalan helyettesítőnek bizonyultak, mivel viszonylag kis mennyiségű robbanóanyagot szállítanak.
„Egyre egyértelműbbé válik, hogy Oroszországnak megfontolt stratégiája van Ukrajna villamosenergia-hálózatának a lerombolására. De az iráni drónok meglehetősen lassan repülnek, így sokkal könnyebb lelőni őket kézi lőfegyverekkel és más rendszerekkel. A taktika az, hogy tömegesen alkalmazzák őket abban a reményben, hogy valamelyikük át fog törni” – jegyezte meg az egyik névtelenséget kérő nyugati tisztviselő. Szerinte Oroszország ütőképessége a nagypontosságú fegyverekkel eléri azt a pontot, ahol egy ilyen stratégia fenntarthatatlanná válik.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy korábban Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök kijelentette, hogy az ukrán villamos erőművek 30 %-a megsemmisült az október 10. óta tartó hatalmas kamikaze dróntámadások következtében.
Az Ukrajna elleni keddi csapások eredményeként Zsitomir, Kijev, Dnyipro és Mikolajiv áramellátása károsodott. Az Elnöki Hivatal arra figyelmeztetett, hogy ez áram- és vízellátási szünetekhez vezethet Ukrajnában.

A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője bejegyzésében emlékeztetett arra, hogy a nukleáris biztonság továbbra is prioritást élvez Ukrajna számára, tekintettel a Csernobili Atomerőműben történt tragédiára. Az orosz csapatok azonban veszélyt jelentenek, mert militarizálták Európa legnagyobb atomerőművét – tette hozzá.
„Az orosz megszállók katonai támaszponttá alakították a Zaporizzsjai Atomerőművet, és ezzel az egész kontinenst veszélybe sodorták. Az orosz hadseregnek el kell hagynia az létesítmény területét, mert nincs semmi keresnivalója ott” – mutatott rá Dmitro Kuleba.
Mint hírportálunk tegnap beszámolt róla, az Állami Nukleáris Szabályozó Bizottság közölte, hogy az oroszok az általuk megszállt Zaporizzsjai Atomerő mindkét működő reaktorát visszakapcsolták az ukrán villamosenergia-hálózatba, de utána péntek este, majd szombat hajnalban ismét lőni kezdték a nukleáris létesítményt. „De a létesítmény orosz megszállók általi ágyúzása nem szűnik meg. Az ellenség augusztus 26-án 16:30 és 17:40 óra között tüzérségi támadást intézett a Zaporizzsjai Atomerőmű telephelye ellen. A lövedékek az 1. számú speciális épülettömb tetejét és fűtővezetékét találták el” – állt a bizottság jelentésében.
