У червні в Мексиці мають відбутися вибори. Однак ще до офіційного початку передвиборчої кампанії в країні вбили 12 кандидатів та 64 інших політиків.
У зв’язку з проведенням виборів зростає насильство, повідомляє видання Spiegel. Міністр з питань безпеки Роза Іслана Родрігес заявила, що за останні два місяці в Мексиці було вбито 12 кандидатів, 234 політики повідомили про випадки насильства або погроз.
Ще до офіційного початку передвиборчої кампанії з кінця вересня позбавили життя 64 політиків. За цим стоять злочинні організації та політичні опоненти, заявила міністр.
Проблема величезна, якщо врахувати, що на поточних виборах більше 150 тисяч кандидатів претендуватимуть на понад 21 тисячу позицій, наголосила Родрігес.
6 червня в Мексиці відбудуться вибори 500 народних депутатів на федеральному рівні, 1063 місцевих депутатів, а також 15 губернаторів та 1900 мерів.

За процесуального керівництва Київської міської прокуратури завершено досудове розслідування відносно кандидата у депутати Київської міської ради та члена його штабу, викритих в організації «сітки» підкупу виборців (ч. 4 ст. 160 КК України).
Події мали місце під час місцевих виборів, які відбулися 25 жовтня 2020 року.
Згідно матеріалами слідства, вказані особи пропонували громадянам винагороду у сумі 1000 гривень за один відданий голос за визначеного кандидата.
Згідно домовленостей, 500 грн виборець мав отримати до голосування і стільки ж після підтвердження про відданий голос.
Кандидата у депутати та члена його штабу, який виступав посередником, було викрито під час передачі частини грошових коштів для подальшого підкупу виборців.
Наразі обвинувальний акт скеровано до Шевченківського районного суду м. Києва для розгляду по суті.
За вчинене обвинуваченим загрожує до 7 років позбавлення волі, інформує пресслужба Київської міської прокуратури.

За процесуального керівництва Іршавського відділу Хустської місцевої прокуратури завершене досудове розслідування за фактом підкупу виборців, який викрито 25 жовтня, безпосередньо в день голосування на місцевих виборах 2020 року.
До суду з угодою про визнання винуватості скеровано обвинувальний акт щодо місцевої мешканки, дії якої кваліфіковано за ч. 4 ст. 160 КК України (надання виборцям неправомірної вигоди, що супроводжується агітацією зі згадуванням імені кандидата, назви політичної партії, яка висунула кандидата, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб).
Нагадаємо, за даними слідства, напередодні дня волевиявлення особа отримала від учасника виборчих перегонів певну суму коштів. Розподіливши гроші, надавала їх мешканцям Іршави, агітуючи проголосувати саме за цього кандидата в депутати. Встановлено 9 фактів підкупу, реалізованих вказаною особою.
Обвинувальний акт передано для розгляду по суті, очікується рішення суду у вказаній справі.
Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду, повідомляє пресслужба Закарпатської обласної прокуратури.

З початку виборчої кампанії правоохоронці відкрили 1154 кримінальні провадження через порушення виборчого законодавства.
Про це повідомляє Національна поліція у Фейсбуці.
«З початку виборчої кампанії до органів Національної поліції надійшло 16 664 заяви та повідомлення про порушення виборчого законодавства. Усього органами поліції складено 2480 протоколів про вчинення адміністративних правопорушень, пов’язаних з порушенням виборчого законодавства. До Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесено відомості щодо 1154 кримінальних проваджень», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Зокрема, 737 – відкрито за фактами порушення виборчого законодавства, 417 – пов’язані з виборчим процесом.

Трамп та його команда в понеділок подають до суду на кінцевий результат виборів після того, як виявляється дедалі більше підозрілих речей. Стало відомо, що кілька мертвих американців віддали свої голоси за кандидата Байдена, а спостерігачі-республіканці не мали права переглянути отримані бюлетені, але були також випадки, коли програма підрахунку голосів перенаправляла голоси Трампа Байдену. Незважаючи на те, що в багатьох штатах все ще очікується підбиття підсумків президентських виборів, а в кількох місцях голоси доводиться перераховувати – кандидат від демократів уже заявив про свою перемогу. Дональд Трамп, у свою чергу, оголосив, що оскаржить кінцевий результат у суді.
Експерти також кажуть, що Байдену радіти ще зарано.
Тим часом виявляється дедалі більше підозрілих речей. Після виборів у вівторок сам Байден зізнався, що був створений найбільший в історії американської політики механізм фальсифікацій виборів.
Адміністрація Трампа повідомила про кілька підозрілих випадків. Наприклад, в окрузі Антрім, штат Мічиган, програма підрахунку голосів перенаправила тисячі голосів Трампа Байдену. Крім того, те саме програмне забезпечення використовувалося в 47 округах штату і навіть у штаті Джорджія, де, подібно до Мічигану, раптовий приплив голосів призвів до результату на користь Байдена.
У окрузі Марікопа, штат Арізона, уповноважені наглядачі помилково визнали недійсними голоси виборців, які особисто з’явилися на виборчих округах.
Був також цікавий випадок, коли 118-річний чоловік на ім’я Вільям Бредлі віддав свій голос за Байдена попри те, що помер у 1984 році.
У понеділок Трамп та його команда вжиють необхідних юридичних заходів.
Президент у своїй заяві висловився так: “Джо Байден абсолютно помилково видає себе переможцем. За його словами, вони продовжать судові процеси в деяких штатах, розпочаті через імовірні зловживання повноваженнями та фальсифікації. «Вибори ще не закінчені», – додав він.

Усього органами поліції складено 49 протоколів про вчинення адміністративних правопорушень, пов’язаних з порушенням виборчого законодавства.
До Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесено відомості щодо 30 кримінальних проваджень: 16 відкритих за фактами порушення виборчого законодавства, 14 – пов’язаних з виборчим процесом.
За 4 зазначеними кримінальним провадженням 6 особам повідомлено про підозру. Відносно 1 особи – обрано запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою з можливістю внесення застави, 2 – домашній арешт, 1 – особисте зобов’язання.

За погодження Іршавського відділу Хустської місцевої прокуратури органом досудового розслідування повідомлено про підозру місцевій мешканці, яка ймовірно здійснювала підкуп виборців 25 жовтня, у день голосування на місцевих виборах 2020 року.
За даними слідства, підозрювана напередодні отримала від учасника виборчих перегонів певну суму коштів. Розподіливши гроші, надавала їх мешканцям Іршави, агітуючи проголосувати саме за цього кандидата в депутати. Наразі встановлено 7 фактів підкупу, реалізованих вказаною особою.
Їй повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч. 4 ст. 160 КК України – надання виборцям неправомірної вигоди, що супроводжується агітацією зі згадуванням імені кандидата, назви політичної партії, яка висунула кандидата, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні триває, повідомляє пресслужба Закарпатської обласної прокуратури.

Вчора, 26 жовтня, до мукачівської поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що члени територіальної виборчої комісії відмовилися приймати виборчу документацію від представників ДВК.
Прибувши за викликом, слідчо-оперативна група поліції встановила, що всупереч чинному законодавству у Мукачеві голова та члени територіальної виборчої комісії оголосили перерву в роботі на невизначений термін, не прийняли підсумкові протоколи засідань дільничних виборчих комісій та покинули дільницю.
Відомості за даним фактом слідчі внесли до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 5 ст. 157 Кримінального кодексу України.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування, повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Закарпатської області.

Чоловіка, який організував мережу скупки голосів виборців на Міжгірщині, взято під варту. Відносно його спільників суд постановив визначити для них у якості запобіжного заходу цілодобовий домашній арешт. Слідство у справі триває.
За кілька днів до виборів працівники Головного управління Національної поліції в Закарпатській області затримали групу осіб, які намагалися сфальсифікувати виборчий процес. Троє мешканців смт. Міжгір’я, віком від 29-ти до 44 років, пропонували виборцям «продати» свій голос на користь визначеного кандидата за одну тисячу гривень.
Зловмисників затримали у місцевому ресторані безпосередньо під час передачі грошових коштів.
За фактом підкупу виборців, вчиненим за попередньою змовою групою осіб (ч. 4 ст. 160 Кримінального кодексу України), слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження. Тоді зловмисників затримали та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.
Слідчий, за погодженням з процесуальним прокурором, звернувся до суду з клопотаннями про обрання щодо підозрюваних запобіжних заходів. Сторона обвинувачення клопотала про взяття під варту всіх фігурантів справи.
Вчора, 26 жовтня, суд розглянув матеріали та обрав щодо 34-річного підозрюваного тримання під вартою. Відносно інших двох – цілодобовий домашній арешт.
За скоєне фігурантам загрожує позбавлення волі на строк від 5 до 7 років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від одного до трьох років, повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Закарпатської області.
