A lap információi szerint kelet-európai állampolgárok között történt az incidens. A hatóság egyelőre nem közölte, hogy fegyveres vagy fizikai erőszak miatt halt meg a 34 éves férfi, ahogy azt sem, hogy ismerte-e korábban a többi kamionsofőrt, illetve mi volt a végzetes vita tárgya – írja a Berliner Kurier.

Letartóztattak három svédet, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy tinédzsereket toboroztak a közösségi médiában bűncselekmények elkövetésére Svédországban – közölte az Europol és a svéd ügyészség.
„A letartóztatás a svéd, dán és spanyol hatóságok, valamint az Europol és az Eurojust együttműködésének eredményeként történt” – áll az ügyészség közleményében.
Ugyanezen forrás szerint gyilkossági kísérlettel és fegyveres bűncselekményekkel gyanúsítják őket a 2024 nyarán Koppenhágában (Dánia), Malmöben és Kistben (Svédországban) történt esetekkel kapcsolatban, ahol fiatalokat toboroztak „súlyos bűnözésre”.
Az Europol szerint a három letartóztatott egy „bûnügyi cellát” vezetett az interneten. Közösségi médiájukon „gyilkossági szerződéseket” tettek közzé, amelyek a svédországi „sebezhető” kiskorúakat célozták meg.
„Online csatornájukat bezárták, és a nyomozók más, a hálózatban érintett személyeket keresnek” – közölte az Europol.

Az Egyesült Királyságban megkéseltek egy 13 éves lányt, akinek állapota kritikus, de stabil. Egy forgalmas út mellett találtak rá megkéselve Kelet-Yorkshire-ben, akkor már életveszélyes állapotban volt.
6 óra 50 perc körül bukkantak a lányra az A63-as út mellett Hessle-ben. A nyakán, a hasán, a mellkasán és a hátán voltak szúrt sebek, illetve zúzódások. A hatóságok négy fiút és két lányt tartóztattak le gyilkossági kísérlet gyanújával.

Az eset október 20-án történt, az elkövető ittas állapotban követte el a szörnyű bűntettet. A lány megpróbált elmenekülni, azonban bántalmazója utolérte, s egy tégladarabbal fejen ütötte. Az áldozat eszméletét vesztette – ekkor erőszakolta meg, majd gyújtotta fel.
A lány édesanyja és szomszédja felfigyeltek a füstre, értesítették a mentőszolgálatot, azonban az orvosok nem tudták megmenteni az áldozat életét – 10 nap múlva elhunyt.
Az ügyben folyik a büntetőeljárás.

A mintegy 350 ezer lakosú Uruapan Mexikó egyik legfontosabb avokádótermelő régiójában fekszik, ahol több bűnszervezet is próbál védelmi pénzt kicsikarni a termelőktől.
A helyi polgármesterrel készített interjúban Cruz Solís az egyik piacon keletkezett tűzről faggatta a politikust. A hétvégén több üzlethelyiség is leégett, a tűz oka egyelőre ismeretlen.
Alfredo Ramírez, Michoacán kormányzója elítélte a gyilkosságot.
A Riporterek Határok Nélkül (RSF) nevű nemzetközi újságíró jogvédő szervezet szerint Mexikó az egyik legveszélyesebb ország a sajtó dolgozói számára. Az idén már négy újságírót öltek meg.

Egy vadász megölt egy osztrák polgármestert és egy másik férfit, egy harmadikat pedig megsebesített egy lövöldözésben. Helyi idő szerint ma reggel fél kilenc körül jelentették a mentőszolgálatnak, hogy lövések dördültek a felső-ausztriai Rohrbach körzetében – számolt be róla a BILD.
A lakosokat felszólították, hogy barikádozzák el magukat a házakban, miközben az osztrák rendőrök vadásznak a lövöldözőre, akinek személyazonossága jelenleg nem ismert, és akiről továbbra is feltételezik, hogy fegyver van nála és veszélyes.
Az osztrák hatóságok az EKO Cobra elit különleges egységet küldték ki, hogy segítsenek a gyanúsított elfogásában – írja a Daily Mail.

A Donyeck régióbeli Szelidove városban az orosz megszállók helyi lakosokat lőttek le. Az ügyészség nyomozást indított.
A Legfőbb Ügyészség tájékoztatása szerint október 27-én a Telegram-csatornákon olyan információ jelent meg, miszerint a megszállók civileket gyilkoltak meg Szelidove városban.
A nyilvánosságra hozott videón látható, hogy az agresszorok valószínűleg automata fegyverekkel lőttek egy civil autóra. A támadás idején ketten ültek az autóban, egyikük megsérült, közölte a Legfőbb Ügyészség.
Az ukrán fegyveres erők katonái a helyszínre érkeztek, a sebesültet elhúzták a tűzvonal közeléből, elsősegélyben részesítették, és evakuálták a civileket.
Az előzetes adatok szerint az eset október 24-én történt.
Ráadásul a sajtó adatai szerint az ellenség két nőt is lelőtt a városban. Ezenkívül, amint azt az internetes források megjegyezték, a magánszektor területén, amelyet gyakorlatilag nem érintettek a harcok, civilek holttestei vannak.
Vagyis ezek a gyilkosságok korábban, már azután történtek meg, hogy az ellenség átvette az irányítást ezen a területek felett. Jelenleg folyik a nyomozás és házkutatások, amelyek célja az események összes körülményének feltárása és az áldozatainak azonosítása – közölték a rendfenntartók.
A Donyecki Megyei Ügyészség által vezetett büntetőeljárás során előzetes vizsgálatot folytatnak a háborús törvények és szokások megsértésének tényállása miatt (Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyve 438. cikkelyének 2. része).

Amint arról a kijevi városi ügyészség beszámolt, a bíróságon bebizonyosodott, hogy a vádlott két barátjával alkoholfogyasztás közben értesült arról, hogy egyikük kártyáján 17 ezer hrivnya szociális segély van.
A vádlott pedig, mint kiderült, aznap vesztett el egy bizonyos összeget szerencsejátékon. Ekkor döntött úgy, hogy egy baseball ütővel megveri ismerősét, elveszi a kártyáját és ellopja pénzét. Belépett ismerőséhez, aki már aludt, a tettes pedig több ütést is mért rá. Az áldozat a helyszínen életét vesztette.
A vádlott a bíróságon megvizsgált összes bizonyíték ellenére nem ismerte el bűnösségét, és fellebbezett a 2022-ben kapott bírósági ítélet ellen.
A férfit a bíróság bűnösnek találta és 12 év fegyházbüntetésre ítélte részleges vagyonelkobzással.
