Korrupció és vesztegetés gyanújával őrizetbe vették a JSC Voentorg orosz ruhaipari vállalat vezetőjét – írja a TASZSZ hírügynökség.
A cégvezért és egy társát az orosz védelmi minisztériumot behálózó korrupciós üggyel hozták összefüggésbe. A hónapok óta zajló tisztogatások eredményeképpen több volt és jelenlegi magas rangú katonai vezetőt őrizetbe vettek már az orosz hatóságok.
A JSC Voentorg egyike azon számos vállalatnak, amely egyenruhákat (főleg sapkákat, gyakorlókat és kabátokat) gyárt az orosz hadseregnek. Civil piacra háborút támogató szlogeneket tartalmazó (pl. „Z” hadijel) ruhákat készítenek. A vállalat emiatt nyugati szankciós listákon is szerepel.
Több hadiipari cég vezetőjét is azzal gyanúsították meg, hogy orosz katonai tisztviselőket fizettek le, akik ezért cserébe túlárazott szerződéseket kötöttek bizonyos haditechnikai felszerelések beszerzésére. Nem lenne meglepő, ha a Voentorgot érintően is hasonló vádak merülnének fel.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) és a Nemzeti Rendőrség őrizetbe vette az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) ügynökét Vinnicában, aki megpróbálta felgyújtani a megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) épületét – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU kémelhárító tisztjei forró nyomot követve őrizetbe vették a gyújtogatót, miután Molotov-koktélt dobott a TCK épületének falára, és a tüzet telefonjának a kamerájával rögzítette.
A nyomozás adatai szerint a gyanúsított egy 17 éves odesszai lakos, aki ez év tavaszán az interneten kutatott gyors kereseti lehetőség után, és így került az FSZB látókörébe. Az egyik weboldalon a fiatalember közzétette az önéletrajzát, amelyre az orosz titkosszolgálat munkatársa válaszolt. Felajánlotta neki, hogy pénzért gyújtsa fel a katonai infrastruktúra létesítményeit és az ukrán védők autóit.
A megszállók a hadsereg odesszai helyszíneinek fotórögzítésével járó tesztfeladatok elvégzése után Vinnicába küldték cinkosukat, hogy gyújtsa fel a TCK épületét. Ezt követően Zsitomir megyében kellett volna folytatnia a gyújtogatássorozatot. Az SZBU azonban meghiúsította az ellenség terveit. A házkutatások során a gyanúsítottól lefoglaltak egy házi készítésű gyújtókeveréket, valamint egy mobiltelefont, amellyel a bűncselekményt videózta, illetve kommunikált az agresszorokkal.
A gyújtogatót az SZBU nyomozói már meggyanúsították a büntetőtörvénykönyv 113. cikkelyének 2. része (hadiállapot idején elkövetett szabotázs) alapján. Az elkövető jelenleg előzetes letartóztatásban van. Életfogytiglani szabadságvesztésre számíthat vagyonelkobzással.

Bulgakov letartóztatásáról rövid közlemény jelent meg az orosz médiában, semmit nem tudni ennek körülményeiről csak azt, hogy korrupcióval vádolták meg.
Az orosz vezető elleni hatósági intézkedés szinte biztosan összefüggésben van az orosz védelmi minisztériumot átjáró korrupciós üggyel: Bulgakov már a hetedik magas rangú orosz tábornok, aki ellen eljárás indul.
A 69 éves tábornok 14 éven keresztül, 2008 és 2022 közt volt az orosz védelmi minisztérium miniszterhelyettese. Elsősorban ő volt a felelős a hadsereg logisztikai támogatásának megszervezéséért – az orosz haderő súlyos logisztikai hiányosságai felelőssé tehetők az Ukrajna elleni invázió kezdeti súlyos kudarcaiért.
Dmitrij Bulgakov tábornokot 2016-ban kitüntették az Oroszország Hőse érdeméremmel is.

Letartóztattak egy férfit Kalifornia idei eddigi legnagyobb erdőtüzével összefüggésben csütörtökön.
A hatóságok szerint a gyanúsított egy kigyulladt autót tolt be egy szakadékba, és ebből alakult ki Kalifornia eddigi legnagyobb idei erdő- és bozóttüze, amely már 180 négyzetkilométert perzselt fel, és kitelepítésekhez vezetett Butte és Tehama megyében. A tűzoltók csütörtökig az állam északi részén égő terület csupán 3 százalékát tudták körbehatárolni.
A rendőrség egyelőre sem a gyanúsított személyazonosságát, sem az őrizetbe vétel részleteit nem közölte.
Kalifornia mellett az Egyesült Államok további nyugati államaiban szintén erdőtüzekkel küzdenek a tűzoltók. Oregon állam keleti részén, Huntington kisvárosban a korábban kitelepített lakosság visszatérhetett otthonába, mert az eső és az alacsonyabb hőmérsékletek segítették a lángok oltását a mintegy 1630 négyzetkilométer kiterjedésű, erdőtűzzel érintett területen.
Az esőt hozó időjárási front Oregon és Idaho állam határán ugyanakkor villámlással járó viharokat okozott, ami tucatnyi helyen gyújtotta meg az erdőt és az aljnövényzetet.
Montana államban mintegy két tucatnyi helyen alakult ki új erdőtűz az erős szélben és száraz időjárásban, amely magas hőmérséklettel párosul.
Az Egyesült Államok Csendes-óceánhoz közeli észak-nyugati részén az idei nyáron eddig már mintegy 1 millió hektárt érintett erdőtűz.

A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij azt írta: „Ihor Klimenko, Ukrajna belügyminisztere az imént tájékoztatott arról, hogy Dnyipróban őrizetbe vettek egy személyt, akit Irina Farion meggyilkolásával gyanúsítanak.” Mint megjegyezte, a gyanúsított őrizetbe vétele nagyon nehéz volt. „A napokban a Nemzeti Rendőrség, az SZBU és más szolgálatok több száz szakembere dolgozott a gyilkosság felderítésén. Hálás vagyok mindenkinek, aki nap mint nap újabb tényekkel egészítette ki a bűncselekmény képét, és megalkotta a teljes képet, közelebb hozta a teljes igazság megállapítását” – mutatott rá.
Az elnök hozzátette, hogy egy 18 éves fiút vettek őrizetbe Dnyipróban. „A szükséges nyomozati cselekmények és vizsgálatok folyamatban vannak. Utasítottam a belügyminisztert, hogy minden részletet tárjon a társadalom elé” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.

A törökországi Bodrumban őrizetbe vették a Moszkvában gépkocsiba rejtett pokolgéppel elkövetett merénylet gyanúsítottját – közölte szerdán Ali Yerlikaya török belügyminiszter a RIA Novoszty hírügynökség szerint.
„Ma délelőtt (júl. 24. – a szerk.) 10 óra 30 perckor érkezett az információ az oroszországi Interpol-irodától, hogy egy Jevgenyij Szerebrjakov nevű orosz férfit keresnek egy moszkvai robbantásos merénylettel összefüggésben, és hogy a Moszkva-Bodrum járaton repül. […] A mai napon a bodrumi rendőrök őrizetbe vették” – írta Yerlikaya az X közösségi oldalon.
Korábban Alekszandr Bortnyikov, az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) igazgatója Moszkvában azt közölte a sajtóval, hogy az orosz fővárosban szerda reggel elkövetett robbantás gyanúsítottja már Törökországban van, és hogy az orosz bűnüldöző szervek tárgyalnak a kiadatásáról.
Moszkva északi részén, egy parkolóban szerda reggel pokolgép robbant egy Toyota Land Cruiser terepjáróban. Irina Volk, az orosz belügyminisztérium szóvivője közölte, hogy a robbanószerkezetet a vezetőülés alatt rejtették el. A robbanás egybehangzó sajtójelentések szerint a férfi mindkét lábfejét leszakította, a nőt szilánkok sebesítették meg. Mindkettőjüket kórházban ápolják.

Tizennyolc évi börtönre ítélt egy spanyol bíróság egy férfit, aki sorozatban küldött robbanószeres leveleket Ukrajna és az Egyesült Államok nagykövetségének, valamint Pedro Sánchez spanyol miniszterelnöknek 2022 novemberében.
Pompeyo Gonzales Pascualt, egy hetvenes éveiben járó férfit, aki ellenezte, hogy a nyugati országok segítik Ukrajnát az Oroszország elleni védekezésben, terrorizmusban és robbanóeszközök előállításában találta bűnösnek a legsúlyosabb büntető ügyekkel foglalkozó madridi bíróság.
A férfire tíz évi börtönt szabtak ki terrorizmus címén és nyolc évet robbanószerek előállítása miatt – tudatta közleményben a bíróság. A per folyamán májusban az ügyészség 22 évi börtön kiszabását kérte.
Gonzales Pascual nagy felfordulást akart tettével kelteni a spanyol társadalomban, és nyomást kívánt gyakorolni a spanyol és az amerikai kormányzatra, valamint más, Spanyolországban működő jogi személyekre, hogy szüntessék be Ukrajna támogatását – áll a bírósági ítéletben.
Az északkelet-spanyolországi Burgosból származó 74 éves férfi hat levelet küldött többek között Pedro Sáncheznek, Margarita Robles védelmi miniszternek, egy spanyol katonai támaszpontnak, valamint Ukrajna és az Egyesült Államok nagykövetségének.
Az egyik levél felnyitásakor a madridi ukrán nagykövetség őrét könnyebben megsebesítette a robbanás. A többi levelet az érintett címzettek biztonsági szolgálata elfogta, és nem sebesült meg más.
Az ítéletben a bíróság rámutat, hogy a levelekbe rejtett robbanószer mennysége elegendő volt kisebb-nagyobb sebesülések előidézéséhez az érintett szerv távolságától függően.
A bíróság logikátlannak ítélte meg a férfi tagadását, aki a per során elismerte, hogy tanulmányozott robbanószerek előállításával foglakozó internetes oldalakat, és vásárolt is azokhoz alapanyagokat, de állítása szerint a csak a saját kíváncsisága kielégítésére és „barkácsolási” vágyból.
A férfit 2023 januárjában állították elő és helyezték előzetes letartóztatásba, azaz néhány héttel tettének elkövetése után. Gonzales Pascual végül szabadlábon védekezett a bíróságon, egy bíró ugyanis úgy ítélte meg, hogy nem áll fenn a bizonyítékok megsemmisítésének vagy a visszaesésnek a veszélye, a vádlott korábban büntetlen előéletű volt.

Lembergben a rendőrök őrizetbe vettek két embert, akik könnyű kereset reményében pénzért katonai személyautókat gyújtottak fel – közölte szombaton Olekszij Bilosickij, a lembergi járőrrendőrség első parancsnok-helyettese a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Bilosickij elmondta, hogy az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálatnak (SZBU) most elég bizonyítéka van az elkövetők ellen. A házkutatások során a nyomozók mobiltelefonokat találtak, amelyekkel a kurátorral kommunikáltak, valamint gyújtó keverékeket, amelyeket a későbbi bűncselekmények elkövetésére készítettek elő.
Mindkettőjüket meggyanúsították a büntetőtörvénykönyv 114-1. cikkelyének 1. része (a fegyveres erők és más katonai alakulatok jogszerű tevékenységének akadályozása) címén. „Folytatjuk az ellenség cinkosainak azonosítását és őrizetbe vételét. Mindenkit felelősségre vonunk” – ígérte Olekszij Bilosickij.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) megerősítette az egyik Odessza megyei város polgármesterének letartóztatását, mert védelmi zsarolással foglalkozott – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „az SZBU a Nemzeti Rendőrséggel közösen hatástalanított egy bűnszervezetet, amely Odessza megye lakóit terrorizálta. A banda élén a térség egyik kikötővárosának polgármestere állt.”
Ugyanakkor a hírportál forrásai megerősítették, hogy Vitalij Hrazsdanról, Bilhorod-Dnisztrovszkij város polgármesteréről van szó.
A nyomozás adatai szerint az elkövetők egy, a Fekete-tenger partján található helyi üdülőközpontot próbáltak jogtalanul birtokba venni. „Erre a csoport tagjai erőszakkal kényszerítették az üdülőtelep tulajdonosát, hogy a társasági jogok 50%-áról mondjon le. Ezt követően kinevezték a rekreációs létesítmény élére „az igazgatójukat”, aki erre vevőket kezdett keresni” – tette hozzá az SZBU.
Amikor a vevőket megtalálták, a banda tagjai a társasági jogok fennmaradó 50 %-át elvették a tulajdonostól. A nyomozás szerint a terv megvalósításába a polgármester egy ismerős ügyvédet, valamint a markában lévő anyakönyvvezetőket és közjegyzőket vont be. „Nekik kellett volna újra bejegyeztetni az elvett kempinget a potenciális vásárlók számára. A rendőrök forró nyomon letartóztatták a bűnözői csoport vezetőjét, a polgármestert, amikor 30 000 dolláros letétet kapott a kemping megvásárlóitól” – tette hozzá az SZBU.
Jelenleg az ügyben folyik a nyomozás. Az elkövetőket 12 évig terjedő börtönbüntetésre ítélhetik vagyonelkobzással.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) az odeszai vizeken őrizetbe vett egy külföldi teherhajót és annak kapitányát. A hajón többször szállítottak ellopott ukrán gabonát. A hírt az SZBU sajtószolgálata közölte.
A hajó az egyik közép-afrikai ország lobogója alatt teljesítette a távot, legénysége Oroszországtól kapott parancsot az ukrán gabona exportjára.
A nyomozás szerint a hajó 2023 és 2024 között többször is kikötött Szevasztopol tengeri kikötőjében, hogy felvegye az ellopott gabonát. Ezután a rakományt a Közel-Keletre szállították eladásra.
A bűncselekmény elfedése érdekében a kapitány időnként kikapcsolta a hajó GPS-nyomkövetőjét, és pontatlan információkat írt be a hajó útvonalába és a parkolási naplóba – jelentette az SZBU.
