Egy régóta tartó vita miatt két dél-koreai youtuber jelent meg a Busan kerületi bíróságon. Az egyikük azonban előzetes meghallgatás előtt élő adásban támadta meg késsel a riválisát, majd elmenekült a helyszínről. A rendőrség letartóztatta a támadót, és vizsgálják az esetet.
Egy dél-koreai youtubert élő adásban késelt halálra a busani kerületi bíróság előtt egy másik influenszer, akivel jogi vitában állt. A gyanúsított elmenekült a helyszínről, azonban másfél órával a gyilkosság után elfogták a rendőrök.
A rendőrség jelentése szerint csütörtökön délelőtt tíz óra előtt pár perccel érkezett a bejelentés arról, hogy egy 40 év körüli férfit megkéseltek Busan város Yeonje kerületében. A koreajoongangdaily helyi híroldal úgy tudja, hogy a támadó azonnal elmenekült a helyszínről egy bérelt autóval.
A megkéselt férfit hiába szállították kórházba, sérülései olyan súlyosak voltak, hogy életét vesztette.
Sajtóértesülések szerint a két férfi ismerte egymást, mivel mindketten youtuberek voltak, akik a mindennapjaikról töltöttek fel videókat. A tartalomgyártók jogi vitába keveredtek, miután az elmúlt három évben többször sértegették és fizikailag is bántalmazták egymást.
Épp az ügyüket tárgyalták volna
A bántalmazásról szóló meghallgatás csütörtökön 11 óra körül kezdődött volna a bíróságon, azonban közvetlenül a támadás előtt történt a tragédia. A megkéselt néhai youtuber élőben közvetítette, hogy sértettként részt vesz a meghallgatáson. Az élő közvetítésben elmondta követőinek, hogy azt tervezi, fellebbez a bírósághoz egy kártérítési ügyben, és kérvényezi az ítélőtáblánál, hogy súlyos büntetést szabjon ki riválisára, aki azonban a bíróság épületével szemben halálosan megsebesítette az áldozatot egy kés segítségével.
A rendőrség közleménye szerint a bűncselekményt az elkövető előre megfontolt szándékkal követte el, mivel kiderült, hogy egy nappal korábban egy busani szupermarketben vásárolta meg a 30-35 centiméter hosszú, éles fegyvert.
A rendőrség a gyanúsítottat őrizet alatt tartja, jelenleg a támadás hátterét és indítékát vizsgálják.

A németországi Murnauban halálra késeltek egy 23 és egy 36 éves ukrán férfit szombaton – írja a The Kyiv Independent.
Az eset egy bevásárlóközpontban történt. Az áldozatok egyike a helyszínen meghalt, a másik pedig a kórházba szállítás után vesztette életét.
A német rendőrség egy 57 éves orosz állampolgárt vett őrizetbe gyanúsítottként.
Az ukrán külügy közölte, hogy a hadsereg katonája volt az a két férfi, akiket szombaton halálra késeltek Németországban. A németek egy orosz férfit gyanúsítanak a gyilkosság elkövetésével.
„Az előzetes adatok szerint az elhunyt állampolgárok Németországban egészségügyi rehabilitáción lévő katonák voltak. Az ukrán konzulok tisztázzák az információkat azokról az egységekről, amelyekben az elhunytak szolgáltak, és felveszik a kapcsolatot a hozzátartozókkal” – közölte a külügy az Ukranijszka Pravda szerint.
A külügyminisztérium sajtószolgálata azt is megerősítette, hogy az őrizetbe vett személy egy orosz állampolgár. Közölték továbbá, hogy Dmitro Kuleba miniszter elrendelte az ügy állandó nyomon követését, és azt, hogy a külügyi munkatársai „állandó kapcsolatban legyenek a Német Szövetségi Köztársaság bűnüldöző szerveivel, hogy a gyilkost a törvény szigorának megfelelően megbüntessék”. A külügyi tárca vezetője köszönetét fejezte ki a német bűnüldöző szervek munkatársainak a gyanúsított gyors elfogásáért.

A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a hatéves kisfiút súlyos állapotban szállítottak a kórház intenzív osztályára. Nem sokkal a kórházba érkezés után a fiú életét vesztette.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a 29 éves tettest előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték.

Holtan találtak két polgármesterjelöltet Mexikóban pénteken, ezzel tizenhétre emelkedett a június 2-án esedékes választások előtt meggyilkolt jelöltek száma.
Megöltek két polgármesterjelöltet Mexikóban – adta hírül az MTI. Az egyik jelöltet, Noé Ramos Ferretizt az észak-mexikói határ menti Tamaulipas államban ölték meg, amely régóta szenvedője a drogkartellek területi háborúinak, a másik polgármesterjelöltet pedig a déli Oaxaca államban gyilkolták meg.
Noé Ramos Ferretiz Ciudad Mante város polgármesteri posztjáért indult az ellenzéki Nemzeti Akciópárt és az Intézményes Forradalmi Párt (PRI) koalíciójának színeiben, amely 2000-ig kormányozta Mexikót.
A másik polgármesterjelölt, Alberto García San José Independencia városban jelöltette magát. Az oaxacai állami ügyészség szerint Garcíát a város közelében lévő víztározó egyik szigetén agyonverték.
„Nem hagyjuk, hogy erőszak döntsön ezeken a választásokon”– írta Alejandro Moreno, a PRI vezetője a közösségi médiában közzétett bejegyzésében.
A mexikói drogkartellek gyakran követnek el merényleteket polgármesterek és polgármesterjelöltek ellen, hogy így próbálják ellenőrzésük alá vonni a helyi rendőrséget, vagy pénzt kizsarolni az önkormányzatoktól.
A szakértők Mexikó legvéresebb választásának hívják a mostanit. A gyilkosságok áldozatai nem kizárólag egy párthoz köthetőek, általában a hivatalban lévő jelölt kihívóit célozzák. Ennek oka, hogy ha valaki megszerezte a hatalmat, akkor általában már van valamiféle egyezség a szervezett bűnözői körök és a város vezetői között.

Egy férfi megölte 15 éves lányát, majd megpróbálta az autista mostohafiát hibáztatni.
„Ott voltam a teljes gyilkossági csoporttal vasárnap, és ha azt mondom, hogy ez egy tragédia, akkor ez még enyhe kifejezés” – mondta Brian Johns, a daytoni rendőrség őrnagya.
Az ohiói rendőrség azzal vádol egy 38 éves férfit, hogy lelőtte 15 éves lányát, majd megpróbálta autista mostohafiára kenni a gyilkosságot.
Kenneth Paul Farler ellen gondatlanságból elkövetett emberölés miatt emeltek vádat.
A rendőrséget április 14-én hívták ki egy panzióhoz, ahol a segélyhívás szerint egy 15 éves autista fiú megölte 15 éves mostohatestvérét, Kayla Farlert.
A szülők a vallomásukban mindketten azt állították, hogy a lányukat a testvére lőtte le.
A történetük azonban több ponton sántított, ezért tovább nyomoztak az ügyben. A későbbi kihallgatások során az apa végül beismerte a bűncselekményt.
A 15 éves lány mostohaanyját nem vádolták meg. A gyilkosság indítéka egyelőre nem tisztázott.

Az Ungvári Járási Ügyészség eljárást indított az ellen a kárpátaljai férfi ellen, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy megfojtott egy huszonhárom éves kijevi nőt Ungváron.
A bíróság elrendelte az előzetes letartóztatást kizárva az óvadék ellenében való szabadlábra helyezés lehetőségét.
A kárpátaljai rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint, április 15-én vita alakult ki egy ungvári férfi és egy 23 éves kijevi nő között, aki vendégségbe érkezett Kárpátaljára. A rendőrségi jelentés szerint a férfi és a nő az interneten ismerkedtek meg.
A vita hevében a nő egy traumatikus fegyverrel (gumilövedékes pisztollyal) többször meglőtte az ungvári férfit. A férfi ezután elvette a nőtől a fegyvert, majd fojtogatni kezdte őt. Amikor rájött, hogy a nő elvesztette az eszméletét, felhívta nővérét, aki kihívta a rendőrséget.
A szakértői vizsgálatok szerint a nő a helyszínen életét vesztette.
A rendőrök a férfit őrizetbe vették, eljárás indult ellene. Akár 15 év börtönbüntetésre is ítélhetik – adta hírül a Kárpátaljai Megyei Ügyészség sajtószolgálata.

Az Ungvári Járási Rendőrkapitányság munkatársai egy 23 éves kijevi lakos szándékos meggyilkolása ügyében indítottak nyomozást. A bűncselekménnyel gyanúsított férfit őrizetbe vették. A nyomozás folyamatban van.
Április 15-én bejelentés érkezett a rendőrséghez, egy ungvári hölgy azt állította, hogy bátyja azzal hívta fel, hogy lakásában megfojtotta 23 éves vendégét. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkeztek a hatóságok, az egészségügyi dolgozók megállapították a halál beálltát.
Mint kiderült, a fiatalok az interneten ismerkedtek meg. A férfi elhívta vendégségbe a lányt. Az este folyamán konfliktus alakult ki köztük, mely közben a fiatal nő egy traumatikus pisztollyal több lövést is leadott a férfire, aki elkezdte fojtogatni a nőt. Amikor észrevette, hogy a lány elájult, felhívta testvérét, aki értesítette a hatóságokat.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

Hét embert őrizetbe vettek Lengyelországban, miután négy holttestet találtak egy lakatlan varsói házban. Az egyik letartóztatott, egy 34 éves ukrán állampolgár, azonnal beismerte három gyilkosságot.
Az Onet.pl hírportál információi szerint a beismerő vallomás után az ukrán állampolgárságú gyanúsított nem volt hajlandó elmondani, hogy miért követte el a gyilkosságokat. A nyomozók eddig nem találtak arra vonatkozó bizonyítékot, hogy az illetőnek a negyedik ember halálához is köze lenne, akinek holttestét szintén megtalálták a szóban forgó házban.
A holttestek az épület különböző részein voltak, egyesek a pincében, mások a padláson.
Andrij S. háromrendbeli gyilkosság vádjával kerül a bíróság elé. A következő három hónapot előzetes letartóztatásban tölti. A további öt gyanúsítottat bűnsegédként kezelik. Az ügyészség szóvivője szerint a letartóztatottak 30-50 év közötti lengyel, illetve ukrán állampolgárok.
A gyilkosságok helyszíne egy üresen álló bérház volt Varsó belvárosában, nem messze attól az irodaépülettől, ahol nemzetközi cégek irodái működnek. Két holttestet vasárnap találtak meg egy harmadik emeleti terem padlóján, további kettőt pedig a következő napon egy földszinti kamrában – írta az Újszó.
Az emberi maradványok már a bomlás előrehaladott stádiumában voltak.
Az áldozatok személyazonossága egyelőre ismeretlen.

A szomorú hírt Alekszander Vučić, Szerbia elnöke közölte, hozzátéve, hogy a két gyanúsított beismerő vallomást tett.
Tragikusan végződött az eltűnt kétéves kislány, Danka Ilics keresése. Április 4-én reggel letartóztattak két embert, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy elütötték a kislányt, majd holttestét a Bor melletti Starobanjski útnál található illegális szeméttelepre vitték, hogy így szabaduljanak meg a nyomoktól.
A helyi kommunális közvállalat két ötvenéves dolgozóját letartóztatta a bori rendőrség. A gyanú szerint S. J. a Radomir Putnik utcában Fiat Panda típusú szolgálati járművével elütött egy gyalogost – a kétéves Danka Ilicset –, aki életét vesztette. Kollégájával, D. D.-vel a kislány holttestét a jármű csomagtartójába tették, majd a Bor melletti illegális szeméttelepre hajtottak vele, hogy eltüntessék a nyomokat, itt a holttestet az út jobb oldalára dobták – mondta egy nyomozáshoz közel álló forrás a Szabad Magyar Szó vajdasági internetes hírportál szerint.
S. J.-t a közforgalom biztonsága elleni súlyos bűncselekmény elkövetésével vádolják, D. D.-t az elkövetőnek való segítségnyújtással. Vállalati autóval közlekedtek, S. J.-t azzal is vádolják, hogy nem az útviszonyoknak megfelelő sebességgel közlekedett, aminek következtében a lányt a jármű jobb első részével elütötte, és megölte – mondta a forrás. Előzetes letartóztatásukat követően 48 órán át fogva tartják őket.
A szerb elnök szörnyetegekről beszélt
Danka Ilics március 26-án 13 óra 45 perc körül tűnt el a Bor melletti Banjsko polje településről. Édesanyjával és testvérével volt, amikor eltűnt.
Eltűnése miatt Szerbiában először aktiválták a Keress meg! rendszert. A bori bűnügyi rendőrség nyomozása alapján a bűncselekmény március 26-án 13 óra 52 perc körül történhetett, tehát az édesanya bejelentése szerint hét perccel a kislány eltűnése után.
Rossz hírt kell közölnöm a kislánnyal kapcsolatban, a mi bori Dankánkról. A rendőrség őrizetbe vett két személyt, akik megölték a kislányt, s ahogy értettem, beismerték a tettüket. Micsoda szörnyetegekkel van dolgunk – jelentette be Alekszander Vucsics, Szerbia elnöke csütörtökön.
A rendőrség intenzíven kereste a gyereket – soha nem látott erőket mozgósítottak a környékbeliek: önkéntesek csatlakoztak a rendőrséghez, hőérzékelő drónokkal és helikopterrel is igyekeztek felderíteni az erdőt és a család szemétlerakó melletti otthonát, továbbá annak tíz négyzetkilométernyi környékét.
A gyermek utáni nyomozást kiterjesztették Ausztriára és Montenegró területére is, de az Europol és az Interpol is körözést adott ki Dankára.
