Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) már a második illegális raktárt fedezte fel, ahol a fegyveres erőknek szánt, ellopott élelmiszercikkeket tárolták – jelentette az Ukrajinszka Pravda a DBR-re való hivatkozással.
„A DBR munkatársai Dnyipropetrovszk megyében felfedeztek még egy raktárt, amelyben az elkövetők lopott termékeket rejtegettek: sűrített tejet, gyümölcs- és zöldségkonzervet, darákat, száraztésztákat, gyümölcsleveket, párolt és egyéb termékeket, melyek súlya összesen körülbelül 3 tonna” – idézi a portál a nyomozóhatóság közleményét.
A Büntető törvénykönyv 191. cikkelyének 4. pontja (vagyon eltulajdonítása, sikkasztása hivatali helyzettel való visszaélés útján) alapján indult vizsgálat részeként meggyanúsították a logisztikai központ főkönyvelőjét, három szállítmányozót, a raktárvezetőt és a vezető menedzsert.
A DBR jelenleg az érintett személyek teljes körének felderítésén dolgozik.
A tájékoztatás szerint a lefoglalt termékek egy részét már átadták a katonáknak, a többi a szükséges szakértői vizsgálatok elvégzése után kerül a hadsereg egységeihez.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda operatív munkájának köszönhetően 3,5 millió hrivnyát utaltak vissza az állami költségvetésbe, a kárt egy vállalkozó okozta.
A Lembergben regisztrált vállalat a kárpátaljai vámhatóságon keresztül hozott be az országba elektronikai cikkeket és termékeket Kínából, melyek összértéke 11 millió hirvnya. A deklarációban a vállalat csak 600 ezer hrivnyát tüntetett fel, hogy csökkentse a vámilletékek értékét.
A kárpátaljai vámhivatal munkatársa nem fedezett fel szabálysértést, azonban az Állami Nyomozó Iroda lefoglalta a tehergépjárművet. Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a szabálysértőre jelentős pénzbírság és akár 5 év szabadságvesztés is várhat.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) büntetőeljárást indított Zelenszkij autóbalesete ügyében, mely szeptember 14-én történt Kijevben. A hírt a DBR honlapján közölték.
„Egy személyautó összeütközött az ukrán elnök járművével és az azt kísérő gépkocsikkal. A szükséges eljárási tevékenységek teljes komplexuma folyamatban van. A DBRI az eredményekről tájékoztatja a lakosságot” – írták.
Csütörtökön Szergej Nyikiforov, Zelenszkij sajtótitkára maga számolt be az incidensről, miszerint az ukrán elnök autókonvoja egy közúti baleset részese volt. A hivatalos tájékoztatás szerint az ukrán elnök autója és egy kísérő jármű egy másik személygépkocsival ütközött össze.
Az Ukrajna első emberét kísérő orvosi stáb elsősegélyben részesítették az autó vezetőjét, majd mentőt hívtak hozzá. Zelenszkijt szintén megvizsgálta egy orvos, de súlyos sérülésekről nem érkezett jelentés.

Kosztantin Zsevago oligarcha, az oligarcha Ihor és Hrigorij Szurkisz testvérek, Vadim Jermolajev dnyiprói építési vállalkozó és kollégája, Vadim Sztolar, a Kijevi Városi Tanács elnökhelyettese és sokan mások.
A DBR reagált az oknyomozó riportra, és bejelentette, hogy előzetes vizsgálatot indított. A bűnüldözők tájékoztatása szerint az ellenőrzés során vizsgálják a határátlépés körülményeit és a rendvédelmi szervek szerepét ebben a folyamatban.
Mint az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál ma beszámolt róla, Hrihorij Szurkisz parlamenti képviselő a családjával Monte-Carlóban van, ahol Európa legdrágább tengerpartján a Monte-Carlo Bay ötcsillagos szállodában évek óta bérel luxuslakosztályt. A kiadvány értesülése szerint egy ilyen luxuslakosztály bérleti díja egy évre 2 millió euró. Az újságírók azt is kifürkészték, hogy a dúsgazdag Szurkisz testvérek gyakran megfordulnak a helyi kaszinóban.
Hírportálunk március 23-án megírta, hogy a DBR eljárást indított azon a vámosok ellen, akik megfelelő ellenőrzések nélkül engedték kilépni Ukrajnából Hrihorij és Ihor Szurkisz üzletembereket, akik, mint később kiderült, több mint 17 millió dollár összegű készpénzt csempésztek ki az országból.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda öt vámost értesített az ellenük indult eljárásról. A tisztviselőket adathamisítással vádolják.
A vámosok 2021 augusztusában és szeptemberében 29 importautó adatait hamisították meg a rendszerben, melyeket egy magánvállalat hozott be az országba.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy az adathamisítás által a járműveket felmentették a vámellenőrzés alól. Az autók valójában nem érkeztek be a vámhivatalba, de az Inszpektor rendszerben a vámellenőrök elvégezték a vámkezelést és szabad forgalomba bocsátották azokat.
Ez lehetővé tette az autók vizsgálatának mellőzését, értékeik mesterséges csökkentését és minimális költséggel történő levámolását.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás – közölte az Állami Nyomozó Iroda.

Az Ukrán Állami Nyomozó Irodának jelenleg hét regionális igazgatósága van. Kárpátalja, és további négy vele szomszédos megye a lembergi kirendeltséghez tartozik, amely eddig közel ezer ügy megoldásán dolgozott. Mintegy felében már lezárult a nyomozás és közel száz eljárást már a bírósághoz irányítottak.
Kárpátalja az első helyen áll a vám és határrendészeti törvények megsértése terén, illetve számos hivatali személlyel szemben folyik korrupció és törvénytelen meggazdagodás címen nyomozás. A nyomozó iroda közel két tucat olyan ügyben vizsgálódik, amelyekben összesen 24 személy érintett.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) bűnözéssel gyanúsított nyomozóját teperték le és vették őrizetbe az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai csütörtökön Kijev központjában – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál csütörtökön a DBR sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU munkatársai ma őrizetbe vették a DBR bűncselekmény elkövetésével gyanúsított nyomozóját vesztegetés kiprovokálása miatt, ami a büntetőtörvénykönyv megvesztegetés kiprovokálására vonatkozó 370. cikkelyébe ütközik. A DBR segíteni fogja a vizsgálatot, az őrizetbe vett nyomozó főnökei fel lesznek függesztve állásukból az eljárás idejére – áll a közleményben.
A DBR vezetése ugyancsak ígéretet tett az ügy kapcsán arra, hogy a jövőben azonnal és keményen fog fellépni munkatársai minden egyest törvénytelen cselekményére.

Veszélyes közlekedési helyzetet idézett elő egy rendőrtiszt egy országúti kereszteződésben szombaton Herszon megyében, és megpróbált elmenekülni a helyszínről, majd miután a sértettek utolérték, tüzet nyitott rájuk, a gumilövedékektől megsebesült két személyt kórházba szállították – adta hírül hétfőn az Ukrinform hírügynökség.
Az ügyben nyilatkozva Tetyana Szkuba, a Herszon megyei rendőrség sajtószóvivője a hírügynökségnek elmondta, hogy az adott esetet nem kommentálja. Hozzátette, hogy az incidens helyszínén az Állami Nyomozóiroda melitopoli munkatársai vizsgálódnak, ők foglalkoznak az üggyel.
Mint a kiadvány emlékeztetett rá, a közösségi médiában jelent meg az információ arról, hogy Herszon megye Kahovkai járásában az Odessza – Melitopol és Csaplinka – Nova Kahovka autóutak kereszteződésében egy Dnyepropetrovszk megyei rendőr nem adta meg az elsőbbséget egy másik autónak, balesetveszélyes helyzetet idézett elő, majd megpróbált elmenekülni a helyszínről. Amikor a sértettek utolérték, gázpisztolyából tüzet nyitott rájuk, és két személyt – egyiket a lábán – a másikat a hasán megsebesített. Mindketten az ATO résztvevői, ahogy a rendőr is. A sebesült férfiakat kórházba szállították, egyiküket megműtötték.
A közösségi médiában megjelent hírek szerint az autóban három gyermek is utazott, akik annyira megijedtek, hogy sokkos állapotba kerültek.
Egy helyi kiadvány úgy tudja, a lövöldöző rendőr a Dnyepropetrovszk megyei rendőrség különleges ügyek osztályának nyomozója, és a neve Pavlo Zajac.

Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Один з чоловіків - знайомий Ніконова, намагався перешкоджати «Антикорупційному блоку» у законній журналістській діяльності, за цим фактом до поліції подана відповідна заява та відомості внесені до ЄРДР.

Házkutatást tartottak az ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) munkatársai csütörtökön Olekszandr Tupickijnél, az alkotmánybíróság volt elnökénél, akit még március végén fosztott meg posztjától Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök.
A nyomozók kora reggel kezdték meg a házkutatást Tupickij, valamint családtagjai és ügyvédje jelenlétében. A házkutatást elrendelő hivatalos iratban, amelyből az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál idézett, nem szerepel, hogy milyen bűncselekményről van szó, hivatkozva az előzetes eljárás titkosságára. A bírósági ülést, amelyen a házkutatásról döntöttek, zárt ajtók mögött tartották – írta a hírportál.
Az ukrán elnök március 27-én adott ki rendeletet, amelyben visszavonta Tupickij alkotmánybírói kinevezését. Tupickijt még 2013-ban nevezte ki Viktor Janukovics akkori elnök, aki az európai integrációt és hatalomváltást követelő, 2013-2014-es kijevi Majdan-tüntetések nyomán, menesztését követően Oroszországba menekült.
Zelenszkij tavaly decemberben egyszer már két hónapra felfüggesztette hivatalából Tupickijt, az alkotmánybíróság azonban „jogilag semmisnek” minősítette az elnöki határozatot.
Tupickijt az ukrán hatóságok tanú megvesztegetésével és a bíróság félrevezetésével gyanúsítják.
2006 és 2010 között Donyeckben volt bíró, a sajtóban kiszivárgott értesülések szerint ekkor hozzájárult egy üzem lefoglalásához, és valószínűleg részesedést kapott az ügyletből. Később az alkotmánybíróság helyettes vezetőjeként rábeszélt egy donyecki üzletembert, hogy ne tegyen vallomást egy energetikai cégcsoport körüli tulajdonjogváltás részleteiről, amelyben szintén szerepet játszott.
Január 19-én az ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) hivatalosan is meggyanúsította őt, de Tupickij úgy tett, mintha nem kapta volna kézhez az erről szóló iratot, és továbbra is bejárt dolgozni az alkotmánybíróságra. A későbbiekben nem jelent meg azokon a bírósági tárgyalásokon, amelyeken arról kellett volna dönteni, hogy előzetes letartóztatásba helyezik-e, így a meghallgatást legutóbb május 19-re napolták.
