December 31-én hajnali 1 óra körül egy 48 éves huszti lakos hívta a rendőrséget. A férfi arról számolt be, hogy egy ismeretlen személy behatolt a magánterületére, s ő két lövést adott le a bejegyzett fegyveréből. Az ismeretlen fiatal elmenekült a helyszínről.
A rendőrség operatív nyomozócsoportja azonnal kiszállt a megadott címre, ahol lefolytatták az elsődleges nyomozást és kiderítették az eset körülményeit. Megállapítást nyert, hogy a 48 éves huszti lakos fénykép- és videórögzítő készülékről kapott értesítést a pincéjében történő mozgásról. A lakás tulajdonosa elővette a nevére bejegyzett vadászfegyvert és lement a pincébe. A bejelentő elmondása szerint ott talált egy idegent, és felszólította, hogy menjen ki, de a fiú hirtelen a felfegyverzett férfi felé rohant, aki egy lövést adott le a test alsó részébe. Ezt követően az ismeretlen személy kirohant a pincéből, majd a férfi saját udvarán egy újabb lövést adott le a földbe.
A helyszínelés során a rendőrök vérnyomokat találtak. A rendfenntartók átvizsgálták a környéket, és a férfi háza közelében megtalálták egy 17 éves huszti lakos holttestét a combján lőtt sebbel. A kiskorú halálának előzetes oka vérveszteség.
A helyszínen dolgoztak az igazságügyi szakértők és a nyomozók is. Előzetesen a tulajdonos tettét úgy minősítették, mint szándékos emberölés a szükséges védelem határainak túllépése vagy a bűncselekményt elkövető személy őrizetbe vételéhez szükséges intézkedések túllépése. Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás.

Különös betöréses eset történt az Egyesült Államokban, a Maine állambeli Brunswickben. A BBC beszámolója szerint egy 17 éves fiatal betört a 87 éves Marjorie Perkins házába, aki korábban 35 évig általános iskolai tanárként dolgozott.
„Ez volt a legrosszabb: felébredni a sötétben, hogy valaki áll feletted” – mondta a nyugdíjas tanárnő a BBC-nek.
„Meg foglak vágni” – fenyegette meg a fiatal betörő. Bár Perkins megrémült, védekezni kezdett. Felkapta az ágya mellett lévő kempingszéket és azzal ütötte-vágta a fiút, többször is fejen találva őt.
A fiú próbálta kicsavarni a kezéből a széket, de nem járt sikerrel. A dulakodásnak azzal lett vége, hogy a fiú a konyha felé kezdett hátrálni, miközben nagyon fáradtnak tűnt.
„Iszonyatosan éhes vagyok” – mondta egyszer csak.
Ms Perkins azt mondta neki, hogy segítségre lenne szüksége, mire a srác azt felelte: „Kaptam már korábban is segítséget, de nem sokra mentem vele.”
Az idős nő ekkor felajánlott neki egy doboz kekszet mogyoróvajjal és mézzel, két fehérjeturmixot és két mandarint. A fiatalkorú betörő egy kekszet kezdett rágcsálni. A nő eközben hívta a 911-et, mire a srác elmenekült.
Mire a rendőrök megérkeztek Perkins otthonába, közölték vele, hogy a tinédzsert már elfogták és őrizetben tartják.
A 17 éves gyanúsított ellen egyebek mellett betöréses lopás és testi sértés miatt indult eljárás, és a fiatalkorúak fogdájában tartják fogva. Kiderült, hogy ő és áldozata régebbről ismerték egymást: a fiú kiskorában járt a tanárnőhöz füvet nyírni.

A napokban a 102-es telefonvonalra lopásról érkezett bejelentés egy nagyszőlősi lakos házából. A bejelentő elmondta, hogy a házból jelentős mennyiségű pénz és ékszer tűnt el.
A helyszínre nyomozócsoport és rendőrségi szakértők érkeztek. Az elsődleges nyomozati cselekmények lefolytatása után megállapítható volt, hogy a tolvaj a bejárati ajtó üvegének betörésével jutott be a házba. Az egyik szobában 10 000 dollár készpénzt és ékszereket talált. A behatoló ismeretlen irányba elmenekült a zsákmánnyal.
A bűnügyi rendőrség munkatársai őrizetbe vettek egy 25 éves, korábban már elítélt nagyszőlősi lakost. A férfit már majdnem egy másik járásban fogták el, ahová az ellopott értékekkel menekült. A rendfenntartók megállapították, hogy a gyanúsított alaposan felkészült a bűncselekmény elkövetésére: két hétig figyelte a tulajdonosokat és meghatározta, hogy mikor nem tartózkodnak otthon, majd kirabolta a házat.
A nyomozók a gyanúsítottól pénzt és ékszereket foglaltak le, amelyeket a közeljövőben visszaadnak a sértetteknek. Az elkövetőt ideiglenes fogdába helyezték. A bűncselekmény miatt a férfit 8 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés fenyegeti. Az ügyben tart a nyomozás.

Bejelentéssel fordult a rendőrséghez egy 28 éves huszti férfi, aki elmondta, hogy ismeretlenek törtek be otthonába és jelentős mennyiségű pénzt, illetve ékszereket loptak el tőle.
A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, a nyomozók és a bűnügyi osztály dolgozói átvizsgálták a lakást, s mint kiderült, a tolvaj a szellőzőnyíláson jutott be a házba.
Kis idő elteltével sikerült letartóztatni a 31 éves huszti tettest, aki már korábban is elkövetett hasonló bűntetteket.
Az ellopott 29 ezer dollárt és az ékszereket megtalálták nála, hamarosan visszaadják a károsultaknak. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a nyomozás tart.

Előzetes letartóztatásba helyeztek a huszti járási rendőrök egy férfit, aki betört a templomba Husztközön és értékes tárgyakat akart onnan eltulajdonítani.
A hatóságokat a település elöljárója értesítette a történtekről. Elmondta, hogy a férfit időben észrevette a templom egyik munkatársa, aki el is fogta a tettest a helyszínen.
A templomhoz kiérkezett az operatív csoport, megállapították, hogy a 42 éves férfi betörte az üveget a bejárati ajtón, így jutott be az épületbe. Két könyvet, kilenc keresztet, gyertyatartókat és más értékes templomi kegytárgyakat akart ellopni.
A tettesre akár nyolc év börtönbüntetés is várhat – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.

Az eset a beregszászi járási Jánosiban történt. Egy helyi lakoshoz betört egy ismeretlen személy, bántalmazta a tulajt és kirabolta.
A károsult elmondta, hogy az elkövető maszkban volt, hatezer hrivnyát és egy mobiltelefont vitt el. A nyugdíjast kórházba szállították, az ügyben pedig büntetőeljárást indítottak.
A tettes egy 54 éves helyi lakos, aki már korábban is követett el hasonló bűncselekményeket.
