A bűnözők az utóbbi hónapokban legalább 73 embert juttattak be az európai uniós tagállam területére a görög–török határon keresztül. A menedékkérők fejenként mintegy 4000 eurót fizettek a bűnözőknek.
Az ERT szerint a banda többi tagjára körözést adtak ki.
Hivatalos adatok szerint a görög határőrség több mint 260 ezer határsértést akadályozott meg tavaly a görög nevén Évrosz, török nevén Meric határfolyó mentén, s hozzávetőleg 1500 feltételezett embercsempészt fogtak el.

A bűnözőket munkácsi határőregység és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat katonai hírszerzési osztálya buktatta le. Az ügyben büntetőeljárást indítottak a szervező és két segítője ellen, akiket akció közben tartóztattak le. A férfiak épp három hadköteles korú személyt próbáltak a határ túloldalára juttatni – 9 ezer dollárért. Mint kiderült, korábban is követtek el hasonló bűncselekményeket.
A tettesekre héttől kilenc évig terjedő szabadságvesztés várhat.

Bejelentés érkezett a hatóságokhoz, miszerint a január 4-re virradó éjszakán járműveket raboltak ki Ungváron.
A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik megállapították, hogy egy Opel Combo típusú járművet egy hotel parkolójában hagytak, itt történt az incidens. A tettesek betörtek a szalonba, ahonnan több technikai felszerelést is eltulajdonítottak.
Ugyanezen éjszakán egy Opel Corsát is feltörtek a megyeszékhelyen. A hatóságok azonnal megkezdték a tettesek felkutatását, s még azon az éjszakán őrizetbe is vették őket. A bűnözőket tetten érték, épp egy Seat típusú gépkocsit akartak feltörni.
A bűnbanda tagjai egy 42 és egy 52 éves ungvári, valamint egy 36 éves nagybereznai férfi. Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

Az információk szerint a banda héttagú, egyesek közülük büntetett előéletűek. Május 17-én a rendőrség 27 bíróság által szankcionált házkutatást végzett a gyanúsítottak lakhelyén és járműiben, melyek során metamfetamint, kannabiszt, csomagoló felszerelést, pénzt és mobiltelefonokat foglaltak le.
A letartóztatott személyek hamarosan bíróság elé állnak, akár 9–12 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthatnak.

A lengyeligazolvány megszerzéséhez szükséges okmányokat hamisító bűnszövetkezetet leplezett le és számolt fel az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU), az egy cserkaszi megyei lakos által irányított szervezet kétezer euróért árulta az álokmányokat, több száz fős ügyfélköre volt – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál csütörtökön az SZBU kijevi és Kijev megyei főosztályára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az okmányhamisítás szervezője hat személyt vont be a törvénytelen tevékenységbe, köztük egy-egy anyakönyvi és állami nyilvántartási hivatali munkatársat, akik a központi adatbázisból szolgáltatták számára az információkat. A bűnszervezet az okmánykészítési szolgáltatást az interneten azzal reklámozta, hogy kideríti a hozzá fordulók „lengyel gyökereit” a lengyeligazolvány megszerzéséhez, amellyel Lengyelországban lehet letelepedni. Mint a nyomozás megállapította, az okmányhamisítási szolgáltatást mintegy 300-an vették igénybe.
A szervezet az egykori szovjet okmányok mintájára hamisította és árulta a dokumentumokat a lengyel hatóságoknak történő felmutatáshoz a lengyeligazolvány elkészítése érdekében. Egy-egy okmánycsomag 2 ezer euróba került. Az elkövetőknél tartott házkutatás során űrlapokat, pecséteket, személyi okmányokat (személyigazolványokat, katonakönyveket, tiszti igazolványokat, születési és halotti bizonyítványokat, házkönyveket, szakszervezeti tagsági könyveket, házasságleveleket), igazolványkészítő berendezést foglaltak le.

A Nemzeti Rendőrség munkatársai kiterjedt bandát tettek ártalmatlanná, a 40 fős bűnszervezet tagjai tehervonatok fosztogatásával foglalkozott a Dnyepermelléki Vasút vonalain – adta hírül a sztana.ua hírportál vasárnap a rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nagy létszámú bűnszövetkezet tagjai főként szenet és műtrágyát loptak a tehervagonokból. A bűnözők napi zsákmányának mennyisége 5-től akár 30 tonnáig is terjedt.
Az előzetes nyomozás adatai szerint a vasúti fosztogató bandát egy 34 éves Zaporizzsja megyei lakos szervezte három bűnözői csoportosulás tagjaiból. A lopásban a bűnözőkön kívül érintettek voltak a Dnyesztermelléki Vasút fegyveres őrszolgálatának a munkatársai is. A bandatagok a vagonokból akkor lopták a szenet és műtrágyát, amikor a vonat megállt valamelyik állomáson, de sokszor menet közben is fosztogatták a szerelvényeket. A lopott áru eladásából származó bevételt a bűnözők átadták a tevékenységüket felügyelő alvilági vezetőknek.

A fővárosi rendőrök egy nagyobb akció eredményeképp letartóztattak egy bűnbandát, melynek tagjai közel 150 rablótámadást hajtottak végre Kijevben, külföldi állampolgárok ellen. A hírt az Ukrajinszka pravda közölte.
Az információk szerint a bűnözők egy helyi szórakozóhelyen „tevékenykedtek”, ott támadtak rá áldozataikra. A külföldieknek jelentős felárral vitték ki a számlákat, s amikor azok nem voltak hajlandóak fizetni, fizikailag bántalmazták őket egy elkülönített helyiségben.
A hatóságok már 10 személyt értesítettek az ellenük indult eljárásról, köztük egy járőrt is, aki sofőrként dolgozott a bandánál. A bűnszervezet tagjai között izraeli, oroszországi és azerbajdzsáni állampolgárok is voltak.

A nemzeti rendőrség munkatársai letartóztattak egy csoportosulást Odessza megyében, melynek tagjai kamionosokra támadtak rá. A tetteseket már értesítették az ellenük indult eljárásról.
Kiderült az is, hogy a bűnszervezet következő áldozata egy újabb kamionsofőr lett volna, aki 370 000 hrivnyát tartott magánál és Odesszából Zaporizsja megyébe tartott. Egy benzinkúton kivágták a jármű gumiabroncsait, megvárták, míg a sofőr kénytelen lett megállni az autópályán, s rátámadtak.
A rendőrség „akció” közben kapta el a tetteseket. Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.
