Ciszjordániában, a Jordán-völgyben palesztin fegyveresek lövéseket adtak le egy izraeli katonákat szállító buszra, az esetnek hét sebesültje van – közölte vasárnap a Jediót Ahronót című újság hírportálja, a ynet.
A szemtanúk beszámolói szerint a Hamra nevű izraeli telepesfalu közelében a támadók egy gépjárműből lövéseket adtak le, és gyújtóbombát dobtak az elhaladó autóbuszra. A buszon utazó egyik katona súlyosan, öt társa könnyebben sebesült meg, az autóbusz civil sofőrje közepesen súlyosan sérült meg. A busz sebesült vezetője riasztotta a biztonságiakat, akik elzárták a forgalmat, és megkezdték a terroristák kézre kerítését.
A hadsereg szóvivője bejelentette, hogy elfogtak két, a merénylet elkövetésével gyanúsított palesztint, akiknek harmadik társa elmenekült, őt csapatok próbálják meg felkutatni. A terroristák járműve menekülés közben kigyulladt, a palesztinok is megsérültek, valószínűleg a gyújtóbomba dobása nyomán. A helyszínen több lőfegyvert is találtak.

A mentők elsősegélyben részesítették, majd kórházba szállították a sebesülteket. A környéken élőket arra kérték, hogy ne hagyják el otthonukat, az iskolás gyerekeknek pedig az oktatási intézményekben kellett maradniuk, amíg ellenőrizték a terepet. A vasárnapi támadás helyszínén az elmúlt években nem volt hasonló terrormerénylet.
„Folytatjuk és fokozzuk a ciszjordániai terror elleni célzott akcióinkat” – mondta Beni Ganz védelmi miniszter, és reményét fejezte ki, hogy a sebesültek mielőbb felépülnek.

Izraeli katonák agyonlőttek három palesztin fegyverest Ciszjordánia északi részén, a dzseníni menekülttáborban tartott éjszakai razzia során, miután azok tüzet nyitottak rájuk – jelentette a Jediót Ahronót című újság hírportálja, a ynet pénteken.

Az éjjeli razzia célja az izraeli hadsereg jelentése szerint illegális fegyverek lefoglalása volt. Két épületet akartak átkutatni, s mikor az első épületben végeztek, és a második ház felé tartottak, a palesztinok tüzet nyitottak rájuk az út szélén álló járműből.
A katonák viszonozták a lövéseket, miközben más irányból is hevesen tűz alá kerültek, és robbanóanyagot dobtak rájuk. Az izraeli kommandósok agyonlőtték a járműből rájuk tüzelőket, majd átvizsgálták az autót, ahol két gépkarabélyt, egy géppisztolyt, lőszereket és golyóálló mellényt találtak.
A palesztinok nyilvánosságra hoztak helyszíni felvételeket, melyeken heves tűzharcok hallatszanak. Az összecsapásokban nyolc további palesztin is megsebesült a palesztin egészségügyi minisztérium jelentése szerint.
Az izraeli hadsereg szinte naponta hajt végre rajtaütéseket az 1967-ben Jordániától elfoglalt Ciszjordániában, miután februárban tizenkilenc emberéletet követelő terrorhullám kezdődött izraeliek ellen. A razziákon letartóztatják a terrortevékenységgel gyanúsítottakat. Dzsenínben több alkalommal is lecsaptak, mert több támadás is onnan indult.

Elfogadhatatlan, hogy a munkájukat végző újságírók célponttá válnak. A konfliktushelyzetekről tudósító újságíróknak mindenkor biztonságot és védelmet kell biztosítani – fogalmazott a szóvivő. Lelőtték Ciszjordániában az al-Dzsazíra pánarab hírtelevízió egyik ismert újságíróját, a palesztin egészségügyi minisztérium az izraeli hadsereget vádolja a gyilkossággal. Az izraeli biztonsági erők szombaton a megszállt Ciszjordániában megölték az Iszlám Dzsihád palesztin fegyveres csoport három fegyveresét.
„Egy terrorista sejtről van szó, amely a közelmúltban terrorista tevékenységet folytatott a biztonsági erők ellen, és nyilvánvalóan újabb támadásra készült” – közölte a helyi rendőrség.
A tájékoztatás szerint négy izraeli rendőr megsebesült. Az Iszlám Dzsihád a három palesztint a tagjának vallotta.
A feszültségek az elmúlt héten fokozódtak az Izraelben elkövetett halálos arab támadások sorozata után. A tisztviselők figyelmeztettek, hogy a támadások száma megnőhet a muzulmán szent hónap, a ramadán szombati kezdete előtt, amely időszakban a múltban is emelkedett az erőszakos cselekmények száma.
Kedden egy palesztin fegyveres öt embert lőtt agyon az izraeli Bnei Brak városában, mielőtt a rendőrség végzett vele.
A lövöldözéssel 11-re emelkedett az arab támadók által Izraelben egy héten belül megölt emberek száma.
Az izraeli erők csütörtökön és pénteken három palesztint lőttek agyon ciszjordániai összecsapásokban, egy palesztin pedig egy zsidó település közelében leszúrta egy izraeli busz utasát. A támadót egy másik utas lelőtte.
Több, korábban az izraeli hadseregben szolgáló egykori katona is arról beszélt a The Washington Postnak, hogy az izraeli hadsereg arcfelismerő technológiával tartja számon a palesztin lakosságot Ciszjordániában.
Az izraeli hadsereg egy arcfelismerő szoftver, és egy ennek segítségével felépített adatbázis segítségével tartja nyilván azokat a palesztinokat, akik Izrael keleti részén, Ciszjordániában élnek – számolt be róla a The Washington Post. A lapnak több, korábban az izraeli hadseregben szolgáló katona beszélt a Blue Wolf nevű, az okostelefonokra építő technológiáról.
A beszámoló szerint a Blue Wolf fotókat készít a palesztinokról, majd egy központi adatbázisban tárolja a felvételeket. A képeket aztán hozzárendeli az adatbázisban szereplő személyekhez, a katonákat pedig egy, a mobiljukon felvillanó fény segítségével értesíti arról, hogy az adott személyt le kell-e tartóztatni.
A lap szerint az elmúlt két évben több ezer palesztin került be az adatbázisba, a hadseregben pedig állítólag még versenyt is rendeztek a katonáknak, hogy ki tudja a legtöbb palesztint lefényképezni. Az egyik volt katona szerint Izrael létrehozta „a palesztinok Facebookját”.
A hadsereg Hebronban, Ciszjordánia legnagyobb városában is kamerákat telepített, amelyek a palesztinok arcát figyelik, és jelzést küldenek a közelben lévő katonáknak. Több olyan térfigyelő kamera is van, amelyek bizonyos emberek házaira néznek, így gyakorlatilag a hét minden napján, 24 órában tudják őket megfigyelni.
A lap szerint a volt katonák azt állítják, a hadsereg a terrorizmusra hivatkozva hozta létre a megfigyelő rendszert. Bár a területet az izraeli hadsereg őrzi, mivel a helyi izraeli és palesztin lakosság között folyamatos a konfliktus, a rendszert még így is félelmetesnek nevezték.
Nem Izrael az első, amely ilyen technológiát vet be: Oroszországban nemrég élesítették a rendszert, ami a moszkvai metróban működik, Kína pedig az ujgurokat figyeli meg ezzel a módszerrel.
